    00:38 -- I love the way the sheep's' gaze follows you as you leg it up the road. There are rumours around, that Gary is going to do a giveaway for the best 'what the sheep is thinking' caption.

    Always enjoy the content, and the humor the comes along with it. Off to train and of incorporating strides at the last 2km 4x 1min, 🤙🏽

    Thanks for these videos Gary. As a new longer distance trail runner, am finding all these tips really helpful leading in to my first trail ultra. Just hoping the body stays together long enough to carry me through 😂

    Thanks Gary, I’m sending this to my better half whose in the process of training for her first trail marathon. I’ve tried to explain strides before, but I’m an idiot. Good luck with pica pica.
