The scene where goblin shouts " Can the Spider-Man come out and play?" After launching his pumpkin blades. You can see Tom doing the same movement done by Tobey to avoid the blades.(the scene where peter got his slash in his arm)
There was also a pretty cool parellel between Tom Holland's Peter saying this isn't my problem to Aunt May when learning about Norman, and Tobey's Peter saying "I missed the part where that's my problem" in the OG Spider-Man!
I grew up with the spider man movies, I’ve seen them all a lot and they’re all so good and some of my favourite movies ever. So seeing no way home bring back some memories from the other spider man movies with some scenes, it meant a lot. No way home was perfect
@@ironmatto3 To me it was so much more, I thought it was really good in my opinion and one of my all time favourite movies ever tied with spider man 2 imo
Pretty good scene comparisons. You missed the one at the end of NWH. MJ waves, Peter waves back only to see that MJ was actually waving to a friend behind him.
There’s so many beautiful things in this movie but seeing Marko returned to normal 14 years later is amazing, this movie was as close to perfect as I believe I’ll ever see
Tobey is kept as is to show his maturity being the oldest of the Spider-Man trio. NWH villains are de-aged to make them closer in-line with their state before they got dragged into Tom's universe
When the 3 peters meet, tom says(looks at tobey) that this isnt his problem and tobey is shown, he did the same mistake once and then tom says(looks at andrew) that she died and it was his fault then andrew is shown and he experienced the same aswell. Coolest part is they dont say anything right away, they understood his anger waited for tom to come to the responsibility part himself. Fanservice, masterpiece scenes, vfx, soundtracks, pacing, extraordinary ending this movie has it all.
The parody movie of Spiderman is hilarious, the one where he almost pees on the guy while he's stuck to the ceiling 😂😂 I think the movie was called the superhero movie or something
I'm so glad somebody else noticed the "trying to do better"... that was killing me inside and i loved it so much when i noticed it the during my first watch. It was adorable and perfect 🥰
I know that it's Norman picking food before their dining starts and when Aunt May slaps him it's the Goblin that takes effect, but you putting those two scenes together is the funniest shit because it implies the Goblin, not Norman, is the one on some rebellious teenager shit literally getting food for their own liking/survival and he's being scolded like a child. I think the Goblin is a twisted and malicious entity but I also like to think as a darker half, who in the context of the Sam Raimi series was made and around for like a couple of weeks to month, he's just a fucking child lol (an evil one to boot)
In amazing spiderman, the bridge scene with dr. rajit trying to get out of the car is similar to the vice chancellor in nwh. Both stuck in a vehicle that was pushed to rail. Both tried to open the door. The villain knocks the vehicle off the bridge and spidey catches it with his webbing. If I also remember correctly, both spideys webbed cars to the bridge and saved civilians.
I gotta say, I miss how the other spider man films focused more on facial cgi, as in putting more focus on the face and close up shots, I feel like that's why they mad the suits so textured it showed up alot in close up shots even with mask on
i just love the fact when green goblin comes in at the end of no way home tobey knew it was osborn and did the backflip to dodge the pumpkin grenades like he did when he dodged the homing ones in the burning house its just the cool details
The scene where Tom saves the car with the family in it that is falling off the bridge fighting doc ock and crawls on it as it is rotating in air is shot very similarly to when plain clothes Tobey fights Harry and is crawling on the falling brick wall. Nobody else seems to have caught this one!!
Many people appreciated the quote but yeah that's probably the most sloppy. The structure of the scene, its location at that stage of the plot, the presence of Aunt may and donuts and Norman reaching out his hand, the whole situation looked like a callback to 2002.
Another, the shot where the cloak stops Peter from running with the box around the corner of the sanctum and how and where the clock stops him is where Peter was caught in the beam while trying to save Strange in Infinity War. Same frame, same vibe.
You forgot about the one scene where Electro is focusing on Andrew, and it looks very similar to the scene where Electro is touching on Andrew it TASM 2. Bye focus I mean not shooting anything else, and when Andrew couldn’t use his web shooters.
you missed one scene where electro holds peter 3 using his powers in tasm2 until gwen rams him with a car. In a similar way electro held andrew in nwh.
Dang, just imagine in No Way Home, when Electro was doing that to Peter 3 he said, “I am going to enjoy killing you Peter, and this time, your girlfriend won’t be around to save you!”
I miss you when 2 spiderman look at each other and know they are spiderman (it's in spiderman into the spiderverse), also when tobey's hair hurts he's also in into the spiderverse
The scene where Peter is unknowingly swinging his way towards Electro through field of electric towers seemed so so familiar to when Miles and Peter B are fleeing from missus Doc Oc in Into the Spider-Verse
A personal favourite thing of mine. Is that they brought back allll the villains but Ifans and Church were only CGI. (Probably due to Covid) so they just do the voices. But it’s still so cool to have all the voices back.
I just finished watching spiderman 3, and I noticed a similarity with a scene from NWH, in said scene that Harry sacrifices himself for Peter, the angle that they focus on Tobey, and the expression is very similar to that scene from NWH where Tobey's spidey stops Tom Holland before he kills the green goblin.
