This will surely affect each and every user of OpenAi regardless of your geographical location. More so this will be a bigger headache for Asian or per se Non- American countries and their governments, as this gives in a way the CIA and US secretservices the access to track, analyze, and even influence people of different countries(read adversaries).

decided to buy a modest 12GB gpu and been running local LLM's ever since, knowing that this kind of tracking stuff would come just because a lot of people started using commercial chatbots.

Is there a way to get llamacpp work to create react agents? Lammacpp has not implemented "tools" or "tool_choice", so what can one do to create agents with langchain and llamacpp (also note that no framework that is opensourced has such agents, except for maybe opendevin, but those who do, are really slow and not optimized, better to create your own RACT agents that are optimal for particular situation).
As far as I can remember America gave good things to the world. I think it would continue to give good things to the world. This is just my opinion.
