thanks for this Abdul and Gowthami, you both are doing an amzing job!
Thanks for the kind words!
Thanks Bro, please bring more such intelligent guest on your Channel
Sure bro. Thanks!
@Great Transition Abdul!!!! 👌🙌
I like this new podcast format. This is bringing different percpectives. Keep doing the good work!
Thanks! Will do! Glad that you enjoyed.
Well done by providing exposure to young researchers in this field. Another good question to ask at the end would be about her future work, whether they will train a model on this dataset to evaluate its feasibility. Has anyone tried this approach? If not, it presents a good opportunity for another researcher to build on her work.
Thanks for the video interview. Good to see this!
25:50 Stay passionate! This is a super exciting time for Machine Learning / AI, so keep at it.
Glad you enjoyed it! Any feedback for me ?
@@1littlecoder Well sure, but don't forget you asked for it!
Your glasses are reflecting a lot of the light from your computer screens, so I recommend changing the angle of the camera so you don't get that harsh glare.
Also, try to avoid "Lights" that are in the path of the Camera's view. So, I would probably turn off that Lamp you have in the background. Or move it to behind the camera. This will improve your video contrast substantially.
Always check your interviewer's mic and cam for quality. If it is cracking, too low, distorted, you should try to optimize before recording. (For example, some mic distortion can be cause by too little bandwidth (the video portion of the call using too much), so you can improve audio by reducing the cam's video resolution to you).
Are you using Zoom / Discord or some other? Remember that "free" versions are lower call quality than the paid versions. I prefer Zoom Paid, but you can look around. (If you want to test paid version let me know, because as long as I make the call, the quality holds for both users)>
Don't forget to concentrate on how you say "AI", because it sounds like E A to me... and since your interviews are about "AI", your probably want to get that pronunciation right.
When you mention a "paper" or "dataset" or something like that, try to show it on the screen briefly...
Overall I like the content, and I think this idea of interviewing people in the field is a great one.
@@marcfruchtman9473 Great set of feedbacks. I'll see what all I can change the next time
I've just started watching and it sounds super interesting, I'm glad you can highlight talents you're in touch with.
After a minute tho I'm already struggling with understanding her due to the low audio quality and it's made worse by removing pauses aggressively, so my brain doesn't have the time needed to process and decode what she says.
I'm not gonna struggle further on that one, but I hope you'll give more space and time to breathe in the next podcast.
Ideally, ask to have a local recording at the same time for the audio that you sync later.
I'm really sorry. That's my poor editing skills. I'll take the feedback for the next one !
@@1littlecoder thanks for taking that in 🙏😌 I'm looking forward to the next ones!
Riverside is very good to record and edit such podcast and I've had a great experience with it. It's expensive tho.
Yeah, I wanted to check if I'm consistent in recording podcast before I'm going to pay for a solution, but mostly I'm going to go with riverside as some solution that has the client-side recording
Good to highlight dataset work! We should take the lesson of Fei-Fei Li and ImageNet but sometimes we de-emphasize it.
Thanks for the appreciation. That was main intention. Somewhere during the conversation I mentioned Imagenet :)
You should be doing more such video. Abdul. I loved this. ❤
Thanks Kashif. I'm glad you found it useful
great interview. more interviews please 👍👍👍
Thank you. Any interested topic
Absolutely loved this video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
@1littlecoder Thanks for this. Contribution like these should get more traction.
Glad to hear that!

You mean it's less or more 😑
@@1littlecoder i'm trying to encourage people to like the video ♥
Thank you. That's nice of you ❤️

Great video, thanks ✌️
Glad you liked it ☺️
It was a great video. Promoting good stuff.
Are you going to do any videos on the new mamba-2?
I thought it was just a paper and they hadn't released the model, i'll have to check it out!
Amazing podcast!
Great to hear this feedback from you.
👏👏🎉
🙏🏾
Would have liked to see the girls name in title or description if we wanted to know more or see their paper that you all are exited about.
Very good initiative to highlight foundational work. Excellent channel.
It's definitely in the description with her personal page
Sir any tool to convert whole Hindi book to an audiobook in Hindi sir?
well thats interesting
Thanks!
❤
The number of comments says, people are less interested in knowledge. All they want is every thing served in plate. Yet these people will cry for job loss😢
NOICE
I'm glad you liked it. Ang feedback? (Probably the editing was a bit messy)
@@1littlecoder Yes Continue this kind of podcast. In the online meeting can you use external camera instead of the built in webcam.
thanks for this amazing podcast ❤ also, am I the only one who sees her face as a AI generated one lol?
Always find it cool to hear directly from the authors there’s a link to her paper and audiobook format ruclips.net/video/GAHieSdCACo/видео.html
you tell the ladies that you have a podcast lol 1litteplayer
I should have called my podcast that?
Thanks Abdul and Gowthami. This was really helpfull and informative. How can I connect with you too on LinkedIn?
Gowthami's personal page is given in the description, please check!
