He had plenty of time to react, I count 2 seconds until collision. Plenty to stop his maneuver. The problem is he was too focused and filled with anger to pay attention to other vehicles.

The 360 cam is already positioned on the left of the bike so it already has an angle advantage over the biker who was leaning towards the right. Then as soon as the trailer comes into view for him, he gets off the throttle and you can hear him try to brake. Taking the human situational awareness time and reaction time into the equation he did all he could. Plus he was accelerating before the trailer came into view so to get off the throttle and go to dead still in that short a distance is impossible for a bike. The Porsche 911 GT3RS comes to dead stop from 98kmph in around 23 meters so I would like to know which bike you are riding that can come from close to 50 kmph to dead zero in around 12meters approx. Remember, the only thing worse than a fool is an oblivious fool with a loud mouth.
@@ParotrickIa He didnt do 'everything he could'. He changed lanes without having a clear view of the traffic there, even-though it is a busy intersection. And why? Because he was too focused on the car in front of him and wanting to pass him. There is no excuse for that, and he should just own up to that.
Next to this, he accelerates whilst overtaking, before knowing the road is clear, is that a smart move too? He put himself in that position.
The positioning of the 360 camera has barely any influence. The transitioning moment where neither he or the camera could see the trailer, versus where both he and the camera could see the trailer is marginal. This is also part of the above point, where he changed lanes way too fast (no way in hell that he was accurately able to determine that it was safe to change lanes, which is his responsibility).
And if you are talking about 'oblivious fool with a loud mouth', your thinking pattern is filled with falsehoods, assumptions and generalizations based on nothing. Total bullshit. You pretend its 12m that he had to stop within, clearly not true. At 2:58 he has full view of the trailer. I count 4 cars between him and the trailer, in the line next to him, excluding gaps between those. Lets be generous and call each gap 0.5 car length, making for 5.5 cars total. Average US car length is 4.5m (14.7ft) making this a distance of >25m, not 12m.
Following this you bring on some totally unrelated numbers of a car (which is totally incomparable both in terms of braking performance and amount of kinetic energy it needs to brush off) at a completely different speed.
Hell, if you know anything about physics, the amount of energy you need to brush off coming to a stop from 90kmh to 0 is massively more than 50, which would already totally falsify your claim. Just as a comparison, a 300kg rider at 50kmh needs to brush off about 29kJ of energy, whilst at 90kmh it would be almost 94kJ, over 3x more. Thus a braking time wouldn't simply be 2x less for 2x less distance, but much more than 2x less time.
Never mind that your entire assumption is that the rider is traveling at 50kmh in the first place, which I doubt.
He has under 2 seconds from the previous 25m to the trailer calculation, which would imply his speed is under 45km/h. Then looking at the braking distance, according to 'mocktheorytest.com' among others, at 30mph (50kmh) your braking distance is 14m.
And in the end, whether you want to add up reaction time etc (which I think is irrelevant, as he should be paying attention when doing such a maneuver safely) it would be 23m which would make for a 'shit your pants' moment, but not a collision.
Again, this is even under the assumption that he has to brake! If you notice in the video, he swerves from right to left lane in under 0.5 seconds, so he could do the same to get back in his original lane. That would leave him with a good 1.5s reaction time which, if he was indeed paying attention to the trailer, would be plenty.
Lastly you claim he 'gets off the gas' right when he sees the trailer, which is clearly not true either. Rinse your eyes and rewatch the video. He cuts the throttle when there's ~2.5 car length in the queue to the left. About half the distance sine he could first spot the car.

I've been riding since 18 and the sketchiest/dumbest shit that I was ever around was when riding with others. IMO only ride with your friends who you trust, riding with random people you barely know is asking to be involved in a stupid accident because they overestimated their skillset or got too distracted with all the other riders. Ride with the bois not randos.

i’m an EMT, his leg was broke, had the worst concussion i’ve seen ever, he wasn’t going to cooperate also i don’t expect anyone to walk after a crash let alone walking on a broke leg

I’m an EMT i deemed it necessary to get him away from any other danger(gas leaking from the bike, he was in a ditch where he couldn’t have been seen, he also flew through the rusty metal barbed wire

For clarity, I put over 13k miles on my ADV bike in under one year. In that time/miles, the number of dealings with a-holes I can count on one hand.
