How is 9:18 a 50/50 fault. Biker clearly shouldnt have lane splitted if he wanted to take that exit
look at the lane markings theres no reason for the car on his left to be turning right, that lane goes straight into the left hand lane off of the roundabout
Car was in the wrong lane also idk what that countries rules are for lane splitting
@@fullm3tal90car was in the correct lane, the lane allows you to turn off the roundabout or continue to the next exit. Biker made a bad decision to overtake and paid the price for it
That first clip is so ridiculous because those bikes were probably further away from her car than the other two cars next to hers.

Um it's not illegal to park there. The only place it's illegal to park in is a handicap spot if you don't have a plaque, or a fire lane. You can literally park on the slanty lines that say no parking and they can't ticket you. A parking lot is a private lot it's not governed by the same traffic laws as public streets.
@@overeasy4175 I am one of those who think of it doesn't affect anybody and it's not a ticket able offense then why get your panties in a twist.
@@overeasy4175 I know the stadium that they are at, as I live about 30-45 minutes from it depending on traffic, parking attendants generally ask those with bikes to park in those lines so there is more space for other full sized vehicles, also she was illegally parked, in the state you are not supposed to back into angled parking spots she clearly just pulled through and parked because she was facing the wrong way and over the lines to begin with. So the bikes were not illegally parked when being as of by the parking attendants, she was illegally parked facing the wrong way
@@overeasy4175 I didn't say pulling through to park was illegal I said the way her vehicle was oriented made her illegally parked. In an angled spot you can not back in otherwise your vehicle will be facing the wrong direction to pull out which can cause an accident. Hence why it's illegal to back into angled spots. I also mentioned she was over the line which if there were another spot there she'd be double parked also illegal here, yes there are a lot of spots available because the bikes got there early but the parking attendants at Raymond James stsdium still ask bikes to park in those lines because the stadium parking fills up and they have certain areas painted that way for motorcycles. Tampa code of ordinances article II section 15-42 it is unlawful to park any vehicle in any such way that is shall not be within the area so designated by such lines the front bumper of the vehicle must be even with the lines, markings, or sign post that corresponds with the parking space.

1:02 I wouldn't call it "a sudden stop" when it happens in front of a ped crossing that has a pedestrian standing next to it. Sudden implies that it's unexpected, but in that situation I would expect a stop. Maybe in America people generally ignore pedestrians but I would always stop in a situation like that even if the vehicle in front doesn't.
Most states in America make it the law to stop at a cross walk when pedestrians are trying to use it. But the biker is a perfect example of Americans not caring about the law and wanting to blame others for their own mistakes.
to be honest, if i see someone in front of me blinking with the break lights i slow down because, well, because of this type of situation

Could the biker have done better? Yes, but in the eyes of the law (at least in the U.S.), the biker did nothing wrong. It is the job of the person changing or merging lanes to do it safely. Turning signals do not give right-of-way.
@@viclobejr it's the same in the UK. However, the biker moves out of the lane and begins to pass on the left which is seen as driving without due care and attention. Driver did zero observations but the biker put himself in a terrible position by trying to undertake. At a roundabout too which makes it worse.

my guess he assumed the car was going to keep going so he shoulder checked to make sure it was clear to his right but when he looked back he realized the car hadn't moved.

First one, you know those lines exist for a reason. She's not wrong. There is nothing special about us that allows us to park illegally or disregard common courtesy. Just park like a normal person, ride like a normal person and it would quite literally prevent the majority of these confrontations.

Soooo many bikers from this video doing stupid things. Surprised that they are alive still 0_o. Filtering there, it is really dangerous, driving in a blind spot, do not react to cars actions, look behind when car drives across your lane. And blame anyone but yourself

@Kaiberus car is a right hand drive and probably wouldnt be able to see rider in mirror. Driver should have turned their head and looked before maneuver but its a stupid position for the rider to put themselves in.
