Report:
On 09/08/2021,
Officer was dispatched to Captain D's in regard to a disorderly employee.
On arrival officer met with the caller, Manager, She reported that she was having problems today with her employee Takaneshia Hubbard. She said that she told Takaneshia to go home for the rest of the day. She said that Takaneshia threw a bucket full of dirty water and chemicals on her. She said that Takaneisha was yelling and threatening her. She said that Takaneshia said that she would have to get a restraining order to keep her away. She said that she was going to slash her tires, whoop her butt, and come back to the store to get her. She said that Takaneshia was coming after her. she said that Takaneshia took her phone that was on the counter and walked out the store. She said that Takanesha came back into the store with her phone. Ofc Hawkins stated that the phone was next to Takaneshia on the counter when her arrived on scene. He said that Takaneshia admitted to taking the phone.
Officer spoke to another employee, She reported that she told Latasha to go in the back and be professional. She said that Takaneshia was yelling and threatening Latasha. She said that had to stop Takaneshia from going after Latasha and going into the kitchen. She said that she was concerned that Takanesha would grab something and try to hurt Latasha. She said that Takaneshia was trying to go after Latasha, She said that she attempted to pic up the tea pitcher holder and throw it.
Takaneshia was barred from Captain D's for two years.
Takaneshia was arrested and transported to Jail.
While searching Takaneshia, two pills were found in her pocket. She stated that one of the pills were [blacked out]. She also told officers that she had MJ in her sock.
The pills and the green leafy substance were taken and admitted into evidence. They will also be sent to the GBI for id.

She was actually pretty nice to the LEOs. It was only when she felt like she was getting physically assaulted by police then her attitude changed.
This employee should have gotten rid of all the weed, Percocet and Ecstasy pills before the cops arrived. She knew the police were coming. That’s why she was talking so fast. On those Percs or Oxys. Once arrested now she makes it about her kids. Pitiful. She knew she had no bail money.

That’s the reason I got out of fast food. They will work the hell out of you on that front line esp if we short staffed. She also said she was having her monthly so that could have played a part in her decision making. I’m sure she was pissed and cramping. Glad she didn’t put up to much of a fight. I feel that employees pain. I used to work at Church's chicken. It's extremely overwhelming when you're new and the manager just hangs you out to dry. If they are arresting one then both should be arrested. If the manager's phone was taken and that's considered stealing, then the manager threw water at the employee that's considered assault or battery.

She said that she felt like she's overworked and underpaid basically. She said that she came in and nobody else was doing anything so she stocked everything up and right when she got done the manager told her she's getting sent home. She then says that she had told her manager that she wanted to transfer to a different location, and said that the manager was just upset she wanted to leave, and she thought it was fucked up that she waited until everything was fully stocked up to be sent home.
She also said that she was using a mop bucket and when she was sent home she hit the table and the mop bucket tipped over because of it, and then the manager threw the bucket at the worker.
If she knew that the manager or whatever called the cops why the hell wouldn’t she try to hide or get rid of the drugs? Shit was stupid af lol

I stuffed a guy , head first, into a 50 gal garbage can(about 1/4 full) ,kicked a butcher knife out of a deaf dishwashers hand, 😁 what I'm saying is- it's already a stressful job, personal drama can bring it to a life, or death type situation. This looks fairly tame.

They probably dropped most of them. They usually add all the charges on at first then over time they'll cut her a deal and most of the charges besides the drug charge will b dropped
You charge what you can, the rest is up for the prosecutor to decide. Police always err on the side of more charges, rather than less, UNLESS you’re cool with them. That’s why you should always be cool with them and treat them with respect, they have discretion.

The female cop had no remorse. This was sad to watch. The worker could have handled it differently and simply told her shift manager, she was going to report her to higher management. But sometimes we you've had enough, you go off emotions.
