    Report:
    On 03/23/2022,
Officer responded to a road rage incident that occurred
Upon arrival officer made contact with the victim who stated that she had accidentally merged in front of another car exiting from a loop. After she turned left the suspects vehicle, a bronze Mercedez Benz E320, quickly drove around her and slammed on the brakes in front of her in the roadway, forcing her to stop behind it. The suspect of the vehicle then approached her side window and began knocking. She described him as a white male, with long brown hair and a brown beard, and a black t- shirt in his mid 20s-30s. The male driver continued to knock on her window and she ignored him. The suspect then began striking her driver side mirror with his knees, and then began to kick her mirror until the housing fell completely off. He then went back to his vehicle and drove away. While he was outside her window, she took a photograph of the vehicle and its tag.
The officer called the registered owner of the vehicle, who stated that the vehicle was being driven today by his son. The owner stated that his son lives at home with him and said that his son should be home.

There seems to be an epidemic of children/grandchildren in this age range... partially due to over diagnosis of ADHD and prescribing of medication.. ultimately creating an 'it's not my fault' mentality and a dependency on others and more medication while inability to take responsibility and acting out in rage...
In my day.. I'm 71..we were told to sit on our hands..be quiet..and pay attention...if we couldn't we were either sent to the principal 's office..paddled..or separated to allow others to hear the lessons...when we got home it was then taken up by the parents...
When children aren't allowed to learn..the adult doesn't have the capacity to refer to responsibility and consequences of conduct ...
Personally I lay this at the feet of the 'progressive' and medical systems.. children must learn and parents must chastise.. otherwise civility is gone...we see this increasingly apparent...
