Finally someone put the kitchen in the rear and fridge out of the way on the slide-out. This has more usable space than some that are 5-6 ft longer. And NO lame kitchen island or useless dinette. Very clean and open.
I like this as we want small so we can travel more. Love the washer/dryer hookup, the hidden storage, windows in kitchen!!! Really only dislikes we are old and fat so we need electric recliners which I’m sure we could get without a problem.
It would be absolutely perfect if it was two feet longer with a larger fridge, couch and shower. Do you think you could suggest that to the manufacturer? I love the layout! I love the hidden pantry and the washer and dryer prep. The breakfast bar with the giant windows - ‘very nice’ 😎This is an amazing unit. Suggestion: Could you have Will sit in the living room seats and try out the bed as well to see if it’s “Big Boy Approved”? Jen could graphic design a Big Boy Approved sticker.😀🙌🏻😀
I must be the only person who loves carpet in the bedroom. Nowhere else. Just the bedroom. Also the front window over the bed makes it look more open in the bedroom, which I like. And that awning coverage deserves more credit.

I love this plan! Love the colors, no carpet in the main area, didnt see vents in the floor. Dislike carpet in the bedroom, wish there was outside storage for 2 foldable e-bikes, wish there was an option to swap out the dinette area for more storage
This would be great as a weekend getaway, but I don’t think my wife and I could live in this full time. However, tens of thousands of people live in far smaller areas such as vans, or even cars!
I like this RV, the layout is fantastic. No dinette to take up extra space, the TV is perfectly placed for my hubby, the kitchen is small but nicely laid out, and the “hidden” storage is a great bonus.
It's an extremely well layed out small 5th wheel. As far as the shower goes just stand up closer to the skylight.....it's not like you are spending hours in there.
Hi Matt and Jen! My dislikes are the carpet in the bedroom, not much storage, the shower dome. My likes are the floor plan the dinette the storage behind tv and the theater seats. Thank you Matt and Jen! It’s a nice fifth wheel for the size it is.
One thing you missed, aside from the divider in the theater seat, is that the cheap blind in the window at the head of the bed will let a lot of light in which can be disturbing for sleep. Other than that I am Impressed with what they fitted into this length
Matt, do you know if you can option a trifold in place of the theater seat? I’ve emailed Forest River with no response. Would be nice to have if we have a visitor .

The one thing you missed was the insane CCC...4000 lbs. And the price was much less then I would have guessed. Love the safe room idea, or perhaps MIL suite...
Great video as always, guys. But Will is always testing the showers with his shoes on. And with sneakers and other shoes often adding inches in height, Will’s really failing showers for people taller than himself. Or Will wants to make sure he has plenty of room to really get into shampooing his hair 😃

It's also a great place for a broom and dustpan, Swiffer type thing or vacuum (for the bedroom). I also like the breakfast/dining bar. Very cool 😎

That is a great little 5th wheel for a couple and the price is not bad at all.
It's an extremely well layed out small 5th wheel. As far as the shower goes just stand up closer to the skylight.....it's not like you are spending hours in there.
Need to be tall to use kitchen cabinets. Liked the hidden pantry.
Pro: small, breakfast bar, and no valances. Con: queen bed, shower skylight placement and carpet in bedroom

I want to love this one but the stairs are on the wrong side. I need to be able to get to the head with slide closed.

In my opinion, that’s a lot of empty payload. It’s unfortunate though, I would love this unit with my 1/2 ton👌

This is a couples or a single person fifth wheel. For it's size it is nicely laid out. The paint job is bland.
Dislike for me - No Slam latches outside! Other than that its a great rig!
