You are very good at showing the RV, both of you. I don’t like the pull down steps, because many times we pull into gas stations and while pumping gas, we run in to use the restroom. You can’t do that at gas stations. HOWEVER, with this design, you can’t use the bathroom anyway since the slide is blocking the doorway. Even though this is a great “baby 5th wheel,” it’s a no-go for me.
It's great to see the stove vented outside. I wish that the awning had more angle to it & didn't lay so flat. Like others have said, no access to the bathroom on the road is a pain. All in all a very nice floorplan as an entry level unit.

When you were looking at the bottom of the stairs, did I see disk brakes on the axles? I hope so. Our last one we upgraded the axles from 2- 3500# to 2- 7000# and added disk brakes. That was after an axle broke at 65mph on an interstate!! Glad you mentioned the upgraded suspension on this one. I also went through and upgraded all the look-like-wood everything to solid oak using the parts removed for templates. With a medium stain they came out very nice. Electronics and plumbing look good on this one also, nicely organized and accessible. I'm 72, and retired. I had the time to do all that. Thanks for the tour! --gary
Thank you for watching our video. If you order the RV you can add extra upgrades to it, disc brakes are nice, we highly recommend getting disc brakes, even as an aftermarket if you don’t have it. The MOrryde Independent Suspension has been an amazing upgrade to our Alliance Paradigm 340RL 5th wheel (not the 5th wheel in the video, we just did a walk through tour on this one while at the factory). If you’re interested in the MORryde IS, call them & tell them that we, Venturesome Couple sent you, you’ll get a couple hundred dollars credit towards accessories, which is awesome, they have so many other smaller upgrades that are worth it.
Nice! I especially liked the u-shape dinette. Nice & roomy. I wasn't impressed when you opened the bedroom cabinet. I could hear that low quality wood they use. No place for a washer/dryer hook-up?

Not sure if you are aware…but the refrigerator looks like the new styles that open both way. We discovered this feature at an RV show near us. There are hinges on both sides so you may open the doors either way on it!😁
It is wonderful, with the exception that it is contemporary, which means in about two-three years it''ll feel dated. Very hard to make RV's that are "classic" in their styling. Otherwise, outstanding. Great job you guys!

We are all about mods and upgrades. We have yet to take paint to any of our RVs that we have owned and own, but we’ve seen how others have transformed theirs to fit their style.
Very informative review . . . I've probably watched more than THIRTY of this type of review video and I like this one the best, so far. The only problem I have is not having a space for at least a combo washer/dryer - I guess one could be installed where the drawers are under the closet in the bedroom ? I'm assuming I'd have to get a longer floor plan to get room for that appliance.
This is a handsome unit. I would prefer a booth type dinette so that occupants at the table can still have an outside view. Also, a telescoping tv at eye level for all to comfortably view.
Nice trailer, however it looks like the bathroom and bedroom aren't accessible when the slide is in, and that's a tough sell for me. If I'm traveling I want to be able to use the bathroom if we stop somewhere and there's not one available. I know you can open the slide and get through, but in some parking areas that's not going to be possible or you will have the slide possibly out into the roadway. I wish that the designers would think that part through when they make their floor plans. We have a 29' 5th wheel that has bathroom access when the slides are in and I love that!

We appreciate your feedback and have the same conversations about rv’s when we walk through them. Our current Delta Travel Trailer has access to the bedroom and bathroom with our slides in. We do not have access to the kitchen or living room. It is definitely a challenge to find a floor plan that gives you complete access with the slides in. That is a benefit that drivable rv’s have over towable RV’s.
This the second video I have seen Alliance and you do great job going through them. I would like to see A video n the 32RLS as I have been looking at them. Keep up the good work

Looks like Alliance left you a can of primer behind your water controls. Also a sticker was not sticking. Alliance quality control power 😅 input wires need some zip ties. I hope you all hired an inspector before taking the delivery, Congratulations!!

With all the issues with “Frame Flex or Frame Failure “ whatever you choose to call it. How has Alliance managed this problem for the rigs they manufacture? 😊
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We really appreciate your time. Alliance has the “Benchmark” chassis and has not had the issues that the other manufacturers have. Each manufacturer designs their products and Lippert builds to the manufacturer’s specifications. Since Alliance took a different approach than most competitors, they have not had the same problems.
They do however two different sized I beams instead of one solid length. I see that as a potential weak point. This length however should have just one size. As for frame flex it seems to be the larger rigs-36+ feet & toy haulers. And not just GD.
Frame flex is definitely a hot topic right now and far too many people are experiencing the problem. It’s really a shame; Lippert (And others) should be building heavier frames to keep them from breaking.
If the dinette can be removed or option for free-standing table, dislike those table legs. I need room a large dog kennel and place to store e-bike. But, nice looking RV. Wish it was a foot or two longer so you could have more room at end of slide to access bathroom. Another manufacturer makes the same plan and they have made it where the bathroom is accessible.

the panel is too low to the floor, hard to work on and access,they need to move it up the wall to about 48"...very nice design Alliance really did a good job on building that model, only thing i need is more sleeping quarters for up to 6 people.

@@VenturesomeCouple Never could find one of these. We were lucky to find a dealer who had a 23ML coming in. We were first in line for it, and we bought it. We did have a few problems. The base plate under the cabinets over the sink fell down on the trip home. And, we broke a shelf in the refrigerator. We only had a jar of peanut butter and a jar of salsa in it! Other than those things, we really like it. The windows are massive!
I seen one that had a spot for a washer dryer spot under the closet does this one have that option I wonder this one is bigger and 0:20 set up different with the bigger dining table booth it’s Water co. the whole thing is bigger I think the other one was smaller in Links

That dinette table looks like it would make into a bed that is longer than 6 ft. Only drawback to this trailer is you lose access to the bathroom with the slide in.

I would recommend going onto a tow calculator website and entering the numbers from the trailer (everything should’ve be in the video) and the truck tow numbers. There are a lot of variables to consider when you decide on a tow vehicle.
Staples hot glue, plastic trim laminated particle board. Rubber gasket foam insulation lots and lots of silicone caulk, Finished nails brads. COVID leftovers.

To each their own but I don’t care about the bathroom on travel days. Is it handy…..sure. But pushing a button or touchpad to put the slide out a little isn’t hard.

Sometimes it’s hard to open a slide on travel day if you just need to use the bathroom real quick depending where your stop is. We did get this feedback to Alliance RV and they are receptive to feedback.
I would not attempt to put a 1500 truck under this RV. The problem you'll run into is your trucks payload capacity. At least a 2500 series truck for towing this unit. I just don't like the way the put the TV in the main cabin. Get rid of that dinette and build a cabinet system on the floor that has a good electric fireplace built in along with a televator that will hold at least a 65-inch flatscreen TV in it. I'd also prefer to have hanging closets on each side of the bed and drawers at the bottom on both sides of the bed. The roof looks like it may hold up to 4 400-watt solar panels. If it would I'd like to see them offer it along with a good 4 battery system (200 amp each) located in the main storage area. With that you could do some serious boon docking. Overall though I do like the trailer. What is a price point for this trailer?

May I have a computer print out of all the complaints Given. To your company the last 6 Months. Would like to be aware of all pending lawsuits. And settled lawsuits And one last thing may I park my RV? If it's broken on the CEO's driveway. Yes to all of this I will buy.

I like the bathroom, not enough drawers in kitchen, no place for trash can, I like the location of A/C vents in bedroom, bedroom should have 4 smaller drawers for clothes. I hate manual recliners, recliner only has 2 drink holders instead of 4. I would not be interested at any price.

We got an Alliance Avenue 30RLS for one year only because we had so many issues. Its a real junk product that i don’t recommended. Composite floor bending and cracking every where, roof leak brand new, leaf spring hanger broken first trip, water leak in the basement. No heating in the kitchen because the duck was not connected and many holes in it…….door was bend and water got in it while travelling ……we got 4 rigs and this one was a real junk and really bad quality. Get away from Alliance!

Men can pee in a jug, or use a rest stop or McDonald’s on the road. But yes, for everyone making long trips, that is a NEED. 😊

This is a handsome unit. I would prefer a booth type dinette so that occupants at the table can still have an outside view. Also, a telescoping tv at eye level for all to comfortably view.

Nice trailer, however it looks like the bathroom and bedroom aren't accessible when the slide is in, and that's a tough sell for me. If I'm traveling I want to be able to use the bathroom if we stop somewhere and there's not one available. I know you can open the slide and get through, but in some parking areas that's not going to be possible or you will have the slide possibly out into the roadway. I wish that the designers would think that part through when they make their floor plans. We have a 29' 5th wheel that has bathroom access when the slides are in and I love that!

We appreciate your feedback and have the same conversations about rv’s when we walk through them. Our current Delta Travel Trailer has access to the bedroom and bathroom with our slides in. We do not have access to the kitchen or living room. It is definitely a challenge to find a floor plan that gives you complete access with the slides in. That is a benefit that drivable rv’s have over towable RV’s.
This the second video I have seen Alliance and you do great job going through them. I would like to see A video n the 32RLS as I have been looking at them. Keep up the good work

Each manufacturer designs their products and Lippert builds to the manufacturer’s specifications. Since Alliance took a different approach than most competitors, they have not had the same problems.

They do however two different sized I beams instead of one solid length. I see that as a potential weak point. This length however should have just one size. As for frame flex it seems to be the larger rigs-36+ feet & toy haulers. And not just GD.
Frame flex is definitely a hot topic right now and far too many people are experiencing the problem. It’s really a shame; Lippert (And others) should be building heavier frames to keep them from breaking.

If the dinette can be removed or option for free-standing table, dislike those table legs. I need room a large dog kennel and place to store e-bike. But, nice looking RV. Wish it was a foot or two longer so you could have more room at end of slide to access bathroom. Another manufacturer makes the same plan and they have made it where the bathroom is accessible.

the panel is too low to the floor, hard to work on and access,they need to move it up the wall to about 48"...very nice design Alliance really did a good job on building that model, only thing i need is more sleeping quarters for up to 6 people.

@@VenturesomeCouple Never could find one of these. We were lucky to find a dealer who had a 23ML coming in. We were first in line for it, and we bought it. We did have a few problems. The base plate under the cabinets over the sink fell down on the trip home. And, we broke a shelf in the refrigerator. We only had a jar of peanut butter and a jar of salsa in it! Other than those things, we really like it. The windows are massive!
I seen one that had a spot for a washer dryer spot under the closet does this one have that option I wonder this one is bigger and 0:20 set up different with the bigger dining table booth it’s Water co. the whole thing is bigger I think the other one was smaller in Links

more manufacturers need to get their road mode figured out, we need access to the bathroom without having to move the slide while travelling.

Tow capacity for my ram is 11.300
I would recommend going onto a tow calculator website and entering the numbers from the trailer (everything should’ve be in the video) and the truck tow numbers. There are a lot of variables to consider when you decide on a tow vehicle.
Staples hot glue, plastic trim laminated particle board. Rubber gasket foam insulation lots and lots of silicone caulk, Finished nails brads. COVID leftovers.

In my mothorhome the onboard propane tank is horizontal. So the valve is below the liquid part. How does this work since it’s not vertical ?

Welp, as it is in the RV world, especially for Alliance, this model is old news and has been replaced by the 22ML. MUCH better layout AND access to the bathroom with slide in. Matts RV review just did a prototype premiere, go check it out!

To each their own but I don’t care about the bathroom on travel days. Is it handy…..sure. But pushing a button or touchpad to put the slide out a little isn’t hard.

I would not attempt to put a 1500 truck under this RV. The problem you'll run into is your trucks payload capacity. At least a 2500 series truck for towing this unit. I just don't like the way the put the TV in the main cabin. Get rid of that dinette and build a cabinet system on the floor that has a good electric fireplace built in along with a televator that will hold at least a 65-inch flatscreen TV in it. I'd also prefer to have hanging closets on each side of the bed and drawers at the bottom on both sides of the bed. The roof looks like it may hold up to 4 400-watt solar panels. If it would I'd like to see them offer it along with a good 4 battery system (200 amp each) located in the main storage area. With that you could do some serious boon docking. Overall though I do like the trailer. What is a price point for this trailer?

We would recommended emailing Alliance RV for that answer, they will have all the correct specs and be able to give you that answer. It's a great floor plan and perfect length.
If it's built on a Lippert frame I want nothing to do with it. Had they built it on a BAL frame that would be whole different story.

I like the bathroom, not enough drawers in kitchen, no place for trash can, I like the location of A/C vents in bedroom, bedroom should have 4 smaller drawers for clothes. I hate manual recliners, recliner only has 2 drink holders instead of 4. I would not be interested at any price.

Tubing with pex connections? Point of failure

We got an Alliance Avenue 30RLS for one year only because we had so many issues. Its a real junk product that i don’t recommended. Composite floor bending and cracking every where, roof leak brand new, leaf spring hanger broken first trip, water leak in the basement. No heating in the kitchen because the duck was not connected and many holes in it…….door was bend and water got in it while travelling ……we got 4 rigs and this one was a real junk and really bad quality. Get away from Alliance!
