I felt amazing after this workout, it was amazing, before I used to stop twice or three times but this time I didnt even stop once, I'm very proud of myself.
I love these workouts so much, much more than other channels dance workouts. Most channels come up with complicated combinations and by the time I get the hang of them, they move on to the next move. They also shout a lot and you can't hear the music. Pam's are just so much better
This is a perfect morning workout, just enough to get your heart rate up but not difficult or tiring :) more cardio dance please, whenever you're able to make more! This is much more fun than regular cardio
Once I broke a guys nose with a backwards elbow in the club. He was holding onto me and not letting me go (I did know him) and the spirit of Pamela came over me and I walloped him. Blood everywhere. Proudest moment

The hip movement will come handy once the pandemic is over and I can go dancing on a girls night out. I may look clumsy at first but after a few months they should look pretty cool.

my workout idea: dance workout with metal music just shaking your head for 15 minutes straight. you'll get strong neck muscles and probably you'll be a little light-headed [please take it with humor. ik that that would be a pretty unhealthy thing] - greetings
Actually using neck muscle is the wrong technique. You should use your shoulders a bit, too. Also avoid doing downward motions with force and know windmills are good for you and so is air guitar.

To all the girls who skip working out in their mensees... i highly recommend doing dance workouts!! They are such a blessing , one they put you in a great mood and secondly you don’t need to skip days and lastly they are Sooooo Muchhh FUN!!!😍🤩🤩
