Hagoromos we're my favorite chalk for drawing YEARS ago. I heard that they had gone out of business. Blast from the past. I'm picking up a few boxes just for nostalgia. Thanks.
The original manufacturer in japan sold the business, equipment and recipe to a Korean firm, and did a full technology transfer. Afik they managed to keep the quality up.

Do the Noodler’s wet erase whiteboard ink! Not many colors but, super super economical for schools and companies that use a whiteboard ... it requires a damp cloth to erase but, it is not any harsh chemicals and it goes A LONG way
These Sounds very promising, where can i find these 2in1 chalk/whiteboard? And also do you know if i can use liquid chalk marker on these chalk Board as well? 🤩
Working with good quality chalk, or pastels, is so satisfying, but these days it is quite a task finding a school that still has blackboards...... and whiteboards are just,,,,, not the same....

She has come to the same conclusion as I have .. there is too much time wasted and social interaction with the Chromebooks..so back to tried and tested ways.

Home Depot sells a great chalk/dry erase board, 2 feet by 4 feet for 10 dollars.
That's a pretty good deal! Definitely a good alternative in case you dont feel like painting your own board :D
