There's a fair amount of wear to the driver's front tire, I'd say tread's at -1/32. It should probably be replaced. The radiator cap seems to be missing. Have the shop get a replacement. The lights don't seem to be working on the rear. We'd better have the shop fix that. I believe there's a small dent up front. The body shop should see to that at the bi-monthly inspection. The exhaust is...there, but I think there's about 152 leaks. We should have the shop look into that soonest, for passenger safety. If the mechanics have time, they should source a seat for the front spare driver. Then, with some alignment work, this bus should be ready to go...oh yes, and we'll need some windows.

Old engines without electronics, especially those diesel one with mechanical pump and injector are indestructible. There is literally zero wiring. Not electronics, wiring. Just 2 cables to the starter motor, that's it. Today's cars, engine and ecus are destinated to fail. If they reach 20years is already a good thing. After the 20y everythign will start to fail. And you can't rebuilt an ecu. Even the wiring with time start to degrade and lose connection. Just 1 signal cable broken and the car doesn't even start. All the sensors ecc, those vehicles can't drive in Africa. I'm more curios to see what they're going to do with the new junk we will sent there. Petrol cars can be converted with a carburator and distributor. And bye bye electronics. Commonrail diesel engine require timed pressurized fuel, it's a bit harder to convert them with a mechanical pump/injector.

Later versions where named OM364 , with 90hp , that one was also available as OM364LA with turbo and intercooler ,it had 140 pk and was also indestructable .
The OM 314 was originaly a OM352 6 cylinder ,with two cilinders cut off
