From what seems to have been a terrorist attack, to a life of luxury. This bus has been through it all. In reality though it seems the only part of the original bus which survived, was the under-carriage chassis. Everything on top was discarded and rebuilt from scratch. Incredible ingenuity and skill!
Amazing Informal Bus body Manufacturers of PAKISTAN. These guys are simply amazing and best, when it comes to building a World Class Product from scratch with just hands and basic tools. No other people can do this, as precisely and perfectly as Pakistani workers. They also have World Class Factories, manufacturing cars for Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai, as well as Hino Trucks and Yutong Chinese Buses, and many other manufacturers that have proper World Class Factories. These videos showing such talent are Outdoor mechanics and informal sector.
Haha yes also make me laugh, dont get me wrong they sure can do something, but there are no safetybuffers or crumple zone, nothing is calculated by engineers, they simply weld steel bars together and off you go…the result may look nice but i rather sit in a real bus made by a respected bus manufacturer.
I am amazed. They have got enough expertise and experience to build an entire bus. I am enticed by how the final product looks except for the spelling of "Welcome"..
I like how things are done in Afghanistan, where no safety gloves and boots are worn, ear plugs are not required, etc, etc... The cheap laborers also work under the sky with no roof, come rain and shine. If I'm the boss, I make sure the laborers are daily wage workers, ie, if they don't turn up for work, they're not paid. No medical + dental benefits, no annual leave, nothing. Pure evil.
In some countries, chassis and the serial number and vehicles log book is worth more than the metal it is. They can do whatever they please to the vehicle as long as there is a paper work for it. This donor bus basically was rebuilt without any restrictions as the previous paper work is legal enough to have a plate...
Vietnam used to do this kind of work also. I am not sure if they are still doing it now, only use bottom chassis... I think it might might not be called luxury coach, instead it is called "sleeper bus LIMOUSINE" when translating directly from Vietnamese.
good for you, can do it in your country, but you should know that burnt cars are very dangerous to rebuilt, all metal left are degraded (weaked) , will be fatique, any accident will be failed to support, weld failure, corrosion etc, and so many more
Well this video is so confusing. First, renovated an accident bus which is almost burnt entirely? Second, does YUTONG know that you are doing this assembly? So many questions.
The attention to detail in this build is amazing. Every step was so well-documented and executed. Truly inspiring work!
Was für tolle Jungs 😊
Their creativity is unlimited!
Bravo, c'est de l'art à ce niveau.

Question is who will seat and test the safety ? As body is no more unibody but several parts of metal sheet and frames

The best good job perfect amazing awesome work
I like it ❤❤❤
This work is very good, I've never seen it before.
This looks great. Is the frame as strong as this bus looks at the end? The old frame looked like it was ready to collapse.

Why they don't restore and paint chassis before build bus body?
excelent
I am amazed. They have got enough expertise and experience to build an entire bus. I am enticed by how the final product looks except for the spelling of "Welcome"..
you guys are great

Don't they have any safety regulations in Pakistan? This place would be shut down in a heartbeat in developed countries.
You mean those developed countries who been defending genocides
grandes profissionais.

Maior respeito por estes trabalhadores
Nice good job is awessome 😮

Wow amazing job
Nice 👍😮
Oh may good respec ❤
Wow that's amazing
This PROVES that these people can do better things with their time than call people and tell them they have a windows computer virus.
That precise by hands was god skilss .... Hats off to these people
incredibile....
Reallyyy Super
😮 It looks amazing. 😮
Awesome work
Parabéns 👏👏👏
Was the bus chassis effected by the fire I would assume so as the body and body frame was badly burnt
Am I the only thinking that frame is trashed and should go to the dump site?
Buttt.. they did a great job recycling the bus into a new yutong coach
all they really used back was the chassis
In the transfomation cost you can buy new bus
Meanwhile Yutong CEO.... 🤨🤨🤨
im from 🇪🇹 Ethiopia
That's a new bus. Not a restoration.
What about the suspension and engine ??????????????
Like PO product Indonesia manufacturing bus Indonesia Adi Putro, laknsana, new armada, tentrem, morodadi prima
Vocês todos ai conhece muito meus pa
i must try get a pair of steel toe sandles.....and invisible safety glasses....
Wow
I'm guessing this bus was hit by a missile...?
I was about to say looks like they got it from battlefield Ukraine, almost rebuild from scratch!😂
Só aproveitam. Longarina.
It looked very nice but safety equipment was not used to carry out the service 😅
Muita informação, muito colorido,muito carnavalesco
Restauré un bus
Vietnam used to do this kind of work also. I am not sure if they are still doing it now, only use bottom chassis... I think it might might not be called luxury coach, instead it is called "sleeper bus LIMOUSINE" when translating directly from Vietnamese.
Wonder 🤔
This is how buses are built in India also....
good for you, can do it in your country, but you should know that burnt cars are very dangerous to rebuilt, all metal left are degraded (weaked) , will be fatique, any accident will be failed to support, weld failure, corrosion etc, and so many more
but please buy a co2 welding machine and loose the sandals get work suits and helmets i understand your area is hot but protect yourselves also
Sono Forti💪🏻
How much y'all want for one of them luxury buses?
Well this video is so confusing. First, renovated an accident bus which is almost burnt entirely? Second, does YUTONG know that you are doing this assembly? So many questions.
Mui bonito
Hey, be careful with that torch, you could start a fire!
YUNTONG bus ?
They real tigers
It’s a replica 😮😮😮😮
laborer protection?
Why did they choose a bus (chassis) which had been burnt and transformed to another coach? Is the chassis solid enough?
No Safety measures are being implemented
