The safety Structure of the Bus is (0). In case of accident or Roll over, it is (0) safety feature. Department of Transport of Pakistan should not allow such kind of Bus production. People lives are not cheap. The government authority concern should really taking care for people. Pakistan administration is so weak in such kind of road safety rules. This is why EU countries does not allow PIA to fly over their sky. Safety rules are out of standard there.
