- Hey guys, I did another Chloe Ting challenge! I filmed my fitness journey that went on for 28 days. You will get to see my before and after results. This was hard for me as I’m an unfit person but I pushed through and tried my best. Comment down below on another workout challenge you’d like to see. Aww, hun. There is a big difference. Muscle weighs more than fat, so that's probably why the scales didn't go down much. I think you did great. And as Chloe always says, "it's results over time!". I bet, if you did a few more of these challenges, you be right where you wanna be! I really enjoyed your video. Especially the dogo on the yoga mat!
Great video! Love that you were very honest and real. I do see a difference in your before and after . And you can tell you feel more confident and that’s more important than physical changes ! Im also doing the challenge. I think I’m on day 23 and haven’t seen changes in my weight . But do feel better . Thanks for the video !
I liked your video, it makes me motivated to do it. I want to go in the army but they told me to lose 6 to 7 kg in 3weeks. I'm 73kg so knowing you were the same weight as me cheer me up to take this challenge with the 2023 and 2022 weight loss challenge and the 2023 summer shred. Thank you for your work and congrats 👏 😊

I feel like if you ate very clean you could've seen more changes but i feel like you did great and you definitely changed in the low stomach and top you did great btw this could be muscle gain and fat loss and that could be why you didn't lose that much weight❤🥰

You are too funny and you are inspiring me to do the challenge! And I could 100% see a change in your face, arms, stomach and back-- which is what is motivating me!! Also you looked like although it was still hard at day 28, you were way more coordinated and able to complete the workout easier ❤❤

I did the same and my body shape has changed and I can see differences after 3 days of this challenge. It's only 28 days and it gave me 😊 a chance to try the other challenges so now I can see more results 😅 don't stop keep going 💪🏽

Thank you so much for sharing i am proud of you i just started this and i am struggling and super soar and no adjustment with my food so far i i am not friendly to salad but i do eat more fruits though. todday is my Fifth day of this 28 day of challenge...

Great video!! Proud of you 🎉 you made me smile and inspired! ❤️ My first day after being years out of shape was definitely hard, but the sore thighs and butt 2 days after it was horrible. But I'm struggling with mental health among other things (for example I have eczema and was unable to do some exercises bc of my wounds) so I try to the the workout more easily, as it also helps me. You're beautiful!❤️
Who cares about form, who cares about keeping up with CT's pace, just don't quit. Them muscles want to move. It get's easier in time and you do see results when yr body really wants that change. Chloe Ting's workouts are a great stepping stone, but don't feel any pressure to mirror her. Her form ain't the best always either. But keep moving! Keep going! By Day 28 you can see it has gotten easier for you! And when yr ready, say bye bye top Chloe Ting and her awful music choices, get to a gym and move onto weights and watch the gains come! ( I still do CT when I can't get to the gym and just wanna tone up, but she wears on ya after a few years)
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm definitely motivated to start. I could see a difference. It looked like you lost some inches. And maybe gained muscle even though the scale didn't show your progress. I hope you kept up the good work.
