10 to 16 Lakhs would rt price to beat competition n make stand in Indian market
Some website is showing estimated prices starting from 10.9 L (Petrol) onward for base variant. Which is quite aggressive and disruptive. But SMART variant showing price tag of 13.5 L (Petrol) and 14.5 L (Diesel), which is 50 k more than harrier base variant. Since Smart variant is having i-smart system, which is actually the USP of hector so MG should cleverly keep it's price near or below harrier base price. I wish if SMART variant is near 12.5 L then it would be real killer for harrier, compass and in fact Creta will also die.
Although 3 big disadvantages i see are (1) MG is very new to India so all new vehicle first need to prove Indian driving conditions (2) More gadgets and electronics comes with more issues and troubles, need to see how reliable it's electronics are (3) After sales service and support is still questionable.
SAIC GM duo don't want to fail again in India. MG will package it quite aggressively and in disruptive way between 12 to 15 L from base to top variants. Or else there is no chance of survival.

Harrier me Range Rover ke Parts or Platform istemal kiya gaya hain jo Safety, Handling, dynamics mein Hector se Far Far SUPERIOR hain....

All reviews are just focussing on the features which is nothing but done with short sight. I can find a hell lot of issues with this car or the concept. Yes, it's good on papers however will be a burden for an actual owner.
Eg, almost all features are tied to the central headunit and no way to do them manually. So anything happens to the head unit not only traps the owner in buying another one from the company but also have to completely rely on the sim connectivity range. Eg, the ac don't have any other manual controls, even in high end cars almost all controls have the option to use manually. Even with the display car, the screen hanged and not allowing anything to function and no way to get out of the stuck screen page.
Yes it will turn few heads for some time and many features are there to attract the initial rush, but with time it will have the fate like compass like the higher maintenance.

listen to your heart,harrier's drive quality is better then hector harrier has no bouncy feel,clutch is light,almost no body roll which very good hector has turbo lag to,hector looks like mpv harrier has perfect suv look.i don't need internet car or sunroof for chochlebaaji(show off) i will buy harrier just waiting for automatic.

Knowingly you people do not minus point. In Diesel Sharp Model. No Auto Dimmer Rear View Mirror Available, While over take its air conditioner compressor stop working for few minutes to support 2.0 Ltrs Engine. No Value Of Money.
It’s not British it’s chinese cheap failure vehicle in international market.... don’t only se features see the body roll and other defects of it
