- This one is a real killer. I got inspired by my own workouts that I always did before a shooting or job as a model, learned with other personal trainers how to get a nice round butt and lean abs like the Victoria's Secret models have.
I used different booty exercises that work the best to pump that booty and my favorite abs workouts to make your abs become more visible and lean.
This is my model workout routine to get the physique I have and maintain a lean core & a round strong booty. Let’s try it out together.

Is it me or did Donkey kicks (L) and the following 2 exercises were done 3 times?
It was repeated yes, but that’s because repetitions are good for growing the glutes😊
I thought I clicked on a stretching video
The exercises are a bit too repetitive. Especially in the first part of the video. Would love to see more variety in moves
The more repetitive exercises you do for one muscle the more it will grow. I like to mix it up as well but there has to be a repetition somehow that you muscles will grow 🤍
