  • This 15 minute Victoria’s Secret booty lift workout will give you a perky booty, lift your booty up and will make you feel absolute confident! You can do this workout at home and add ankle weights for an extra burn & to make your bum grow faster. I included butt exercises that the Victoria’s Secret models always do before a shoot or a show. During these 15 minutes we focus on lifting the bum, make it nice pumped and perky. I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts and other VS MODEL WORKOUTS.

    Ich liebe ihre workouts...aber das Hohlkreuz jedes mal bei glute Bridge Übungen triggert mich.Das kann doch nicht gut für den unteren Rücken sein...Ansonsten 💣❤
