- This 15 minute Victoria’s Secret booty lift workout will give you a perky booty, lift your booty up and will make you feel absolute confident! You can do this workout at home and add ankle weights for an extra burn & to make your bum grow faster. I included butt exercises that the Victoria’s Secret models always do before a shoot or a show. During these 15 minutes we focus on lifting the bum, make it nice pumped and perky. I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts and other VS MODEL WORKOUTS.
