HI Mary! Do you have any recommended modifications for people who can't put weight on their wrists? I love your workouts but have trouble with putting weight on my wrists when bent at a 90 degree angle.

You can find really affordable deals on Amazon. I got a 4 pack of fabric resistance bands. Each is a different level of resistance. You should get some. It really ups your game for a low cost!

Yes I have a small waist did workout 3 times a week , saw a difference but with also cardio too, but also ate the right foods ...!!! With everything I did saw results for me in 2 months I was really dedicated
