To see Mr Mint-Hunter get all gitty about finding great comics out in the field reminds me why we love the hunt and our hobby. Kids today are missing out on that element because now a days it's a click of the button. Great video. The hunt continues.

Hitman is a wonderful series. I met Garth Ennis just before #1 was released and he gave me on outline of his plans for the characters, and once I'd heard that I was hooked. And I'm grateful to DC for letting Ennis and McCrea wrap up the series years later - that toilet is still somewhere on the moon in the wreckage of the JLA's old base with Tommy Monaghan's graffiti scrawled on the wall.
Shame that Scorpio Rose only lasted two issues, it has beautiful Marshall Rogers art. Fun fact: Adam Kubert letters the second story in #2.
The Terminator miniseries is well worth finding the other issues of, it's a very good contribution to the Terminator mythology.

Fortunately I'll be returning to my family home in Toronto where my mom, sister and brother in-law live. All my 52 long boxes are there so I'll be able to stay a few months and get as many issues online for sale as possible. Also pick out some goodies to submit for grading too. I have some favorite locations to check in on while I'm there. Say hello to friends in the business and pickup some deals. It's so frustrating seeing all the great finds you keep posting, knowing all my stuff is back home.

I have to believe every collector owns Adventures of Superman #500 by now. All my lcs's have long boxes of them for a buck and still the box never goes down, 😆

Congradulations on a wonderful haul. I can’t even find a reasonable source for comic books. Guess I’ll have to stick with making my 3D renderings of comic book covers for others

When you said Connecticut I knew exactly where you went. There's another RUclipsr on here. Who goes to those sales looking for video games. I had to figure it was an untapped mine for comic books.

@@MintHunterComics Not to beat a dead horse, but can you not even supply a range (even if it is a $500 or $1,000)? Unless it was a policy at all three places... You would think these owners would want to drive some traffic into their stores given your audience size and place in the community.
Probably 1-3 dollars based on the stripes marked on the top edges of the bags…

detective comics 362 has an early Silver age Riddler appearance and Batman 240 has a cool Neal Adams cover overall a great haul. the Jimmy Olsen comic got me thinking about issue 141 which has an appearance by Don Rickles, drawn by Kirby. if you ever run across this, it is a great book and very affordable
This is very impressive. Is there THAT big of a market for Superman books these days? Just curious. I feel like I never see them move in my primary LCS and other shops in the DFW area.
11:38 Dark Horse Presents #1 “Black Cross” is technically the first printed Dark Horse comic, its the debut of Concrete as well as the headlining hero/story Black Cross. Just trying to help out not trying to be picky sorry guys!

Didn’t you pick up a bunch of X-Force #1s with the Deadpool card recently? If so, it may be worth seeing how many 5-pack lots you can make and unload them that way. Maybe not. Just a suggestion. 🙂

I have a question.... I use to collect comics when I was younger, especially the 90's. I recently picked up "The Death of Superman" Graphic Novel. I never read it and heard alot about it. I was trying to find out more about the collectability of graphic novels. Are they worth it and was this a good buy (I only paid $7.50 for it). Oh and it is in a possible 9.4 or higher.... never been read, brand new. I still won't read it, till I find out if it is a score. Also i bought a JLA "Earth 2" Graphic Novel for the same price. Would like more info or a video on them or other graphic Novels. Thank you
It's not a score - very few graphic novels are - I would not get it graded

On the Punisher 2099 #1, that does not look like Joe Rubinstein’s signature. I did some quick research and found out that the inker for that issue and the cover is Jimmy Palmiotti. That might be his signature.
EDIT: I looked at some examples and I will say with 99.4% accuracy that it is Jimmy Palmiotti’s signature.
