I learned to make these in Home E.C. yrs ago, they aren’t called Strawberry Fluffies , you can use any flavor of cake mix, they are called crinkle cookies! Noted for the way they turn out when, they bake, aka/ notice the cracks or crinkles when, the cookies have been baked!

PROTIP: THIS WORKS WITH OTHER KINDS OF CAKES TOO!! i used a spice cake mix and it was really good. ALSO! if you press them down they'll get really thin and (once cooled) crunchy! i made these in the air fryer (i always set the temp to 50°F lower than a recipe says when it's supposed to be cooked in the oven but the same amount of time). the baking sugar also caramelized the outside of the cookie and tbh i really preferred it over the regular way (which i also made).
I love how this is obviously a recipe made to be as easy as possible but it still ends up being exactly the same amount of effort as just using the cake mix to make cake

My grandpa started making these after my grandma went to the nursing home and he was still living in their house. Despite not doing much cooking for their married life, he really enjoyed it and would make these (usually with a lemon cake mix) to take to her, her roommate, and the nurses at the home. My grandpa started making these after my grandma went to the nursing home and he was still living in their house. Despite not doing much cooking for their married life, he really enjoyed it and would make these (usually with a lemon cake mix) to take to her, her roommate, and the nurses at the home. Sometimes simple is exactly what you need ☺️
