You don’t grow out of Spider-Man. You grow into Spider-Man

@SuperHenshinBros I remember back in school, someone who was big into Batman and the avengers movies bullied me for liking Spider-Man and said “Spider-Man is for babies”
That kid is stupid because spiderman is in the avengers
@@Seasonal-Shadow_4674Really? What happened to the bully now?
@@Skyler3253 hes prospering
the real Spiderman was the friends we made along the way
No
I have no friends
This anime joke might’ve flew past some people’s heads haha
Nah its me
So true!! We look up to spiderman as kids because of his power, as adults we relate to him because of his responsibilities
Exactly
What’s so ironic is that Stan Lee was criticized when he first introduced the character to his colleagues and they told him “a teenager should not be the main hero or have problems.”
Look at Spider-Man now, he’s literally us.
Agreed
Fr never doubt yourself
My older brothers used to say they couldn't "wait for the day" I'd "outgrow Spider-Man", saying if I still liked it as an adult I'd be a weird, lonely geek and be bullied for it. Jokes on them because I'll never outgrow it and so will so many other people.
Your brothers are seriously full of shit.
I don't even know why someone would want you to stop liking a superhero because you're getting older. Peter Parker is selfless, caring, and never quits. We should all aspire to have some of his qualities. And I mean that. Most of the ways he does things is exactly like how all mature adults should do.
@@DarkViperGamingmaybe his brother is a Rick and Morty edge lord-I hate that show.
Your brother is cringe.
No disrespect to your brothers cuz you should always love and respect your family - but they weird for that man ngl. Nothing wrong with liking Spiderman it ain’t like it’s hello kitty or some shit
real (im spider-man)
Stop lying, i am
But I am...

@@amogos4lifee748boys, boys, you’re both pretty
Been Spider-Man fan since 4 years old and i still am at age 30.
Spidey is the goat when it comes to superheroes.
As a fellow 30 year old, I agree.
The "once you're a Spider-Man fan, you never grow out of it" is so potent to me since I've been a fan of the character literally my entire life. Like as far back as I can remember in my super early years I've loved this character 100%
Spider-Man is simply the greatest character in all of fiction. Everything about him is just perfect, including his flaws - everything from his spectacular abilities and the iconic red and blue webbed suit, to the man under the mask and his constant struggles against the world to be a better man and do the right thing.
Woah I love Spiderman too, but to say he's the greatest character in ALL of fiction is kind of a crazy thing to say when their are billions apon billions of different characters with unique and interesting stories that are very well fleshed out in fiction to choose from a better statement would be generational popularity with in superheroes
Flash has a challenge to that
People say I'm boring for having spiderman as my favorite super hero..but this video made me understand that it doesn't matter if its boring the thing that matters that it's relateable
There’s nothing boring about that, Spider-Man represents a lot and has helped many people with their life, I know his character helped me. These people are probably shallow, because he may not be your favorite, but come on now stop acting like his character doesn’t represent something meaningful to others.
spider man
superman
batman
those superheros are amaizing
to put it simply: as kids we think Spider-Man is cool asf, as adults we think he is cool asf and is literally us
Im literally Spider-Man
If most of us did actually become Spider-Man I feel like most of us wouldn’t be able to handle it
Nope we wouldnt
We definitely would not
Though to be fair lately peter isn't handling it either
I would. But I would have died 10 seconds into swinging lol. I already see how I play Spider-Man 2 on realistic swinging. That and im not a super genius 😂 so I'm taking the city down with me, unfortunately.
@@watchmehope6560 oof
Real
Superman is the person we wish to be. Spiderman is the person we have to be
Dealing with life is already hard, dealing with life while being a superhero is near impossible, Spidey truly does have a will stronger than iron
I'm 25. The more I experience the adult world the more I realize the most amazing feat Peter pulls off is juggling the super hero work with maintaining a job and all the other normal human ressonsibilities
Are grown men not allowed to like stronger, buffer, powerful men who dress in brightly color spandex and provide a sense of comfort and protection?
Some ppl can’t imagine others still having fun. It’s best to ignore them and continue doing what ya doing if you are just being harmless. If you haven’t watched Kamen rider I say hop on that if you want more spandex wearing heroes.
Notice it was a woman complaining. She was almost certainly angry that her man spent any amount of time or money on anything other than entertaining her. Spider-Man, football, church, it's all the same to them.
You never outgrow Spider-Man; you grow with him 😢❤
A lot of people say that they liked Spider-Man in their younger years but liked Batman in their adult years. It’s reversed for me. I relate to him so much with responsibility and he’s the best written hero imo. Like my bro doesn’t understand why I’m a fanboy. He likes the X-Men which is a good pick too.
My guess is because they keep deciding to do High School or College Spider-Man and not enough of the adult version many of us grew up on. While Batman has been a grizzled ass old man since the 19 fuckin 40s
That thumbnail is accurate because I think about him taking on the Sinister Six with broken bones and then taking a nap on the roof top all the time
“That person who helps others simply because it should or must be done and because it is the right thing to do, is indeed without a doubt, a real superhero” -The Forever Legend Stan Lee
IM NOT GONNA STOP LIKING SPIDER-MAN! HE'S THE BEST!
PETER IS THE BEST CHARACTER!
He is NOT perfect! He is the most relatable character! Bruh, I love this video you made! Spider-Man will always be the best!
“When you fall off that horse. You get right back up, and you eat that horse. Now come eat that horse with me.”
“There’s a hero in all of us.”
When you’re a kid he’s a Super Hero, when you’re an adult he’s you. 🫵 Peter Parker is beloved the most because of his relatability.
We are all Spider-Man 💯💪🏼
me when i'm spider-man
Spider-Man is always my favorite Marvel hero and even a character
i think i would tell my grandkids when im older "kids, u know that spider guy? i loved him since i was a kid"
100% agree. That why I love Spiderman so much.
I’m a grown woman who loves comics, superheroes, and Spider-Man. I got introduced to it by my dad, who has a successful career, been married for decades, and we still go to conventions. You will not be a lonely geek for liking Spiderman/superheroes. There’s nothing wrong with it.
One does not "outgrow" Spider-man. Dude is literally all of us.
Spidey fans as kids: “Wow!”
Spidey fans as adults: “Wow…”
You grow into spiderman once you figure out he has the same issues as us
You a real one for putting that bully ost
One of the best videogame soundtracks of all time.
And the kingdom hearts twilight Town song
We are all Spider-Man
Not gonna lie. If I had Spider-Man’s powers I would be in the freaking NBA right now.
What I find so interesting about why grown men relating to Spider-Man (myself included) is that he always seems on the precipice of adulthood.
I remember shooting weddings with a woman who I considered to be super well-adjusted, successful, and just had it all together. So it shocked me when, during conversation, she said she still felt seventeen sometimes. She said she’s just constantly unsure if she’s making the right decisions, that she still feels that pressure of responsibility and if she can meet the requirements it takes to be an adult.
It really resonated with me because I was wondering when I would start to “feel” like an adult and I think that’s exemplified in Spider-Man.
The main draw of Spider-Man initially was his youth, his coming-of-age story. I feel like that’s ultimately what Spider-Man is; just a long drawn out coming-of-age story. This fifteen year old kid, with his newfound powers, is thrusted
into a world where he’s expected to be the one people look up to (both literally and metaphorically). A kid, pretending to be a man.
I don’t think Peter’s story is supposed to be that of one about defining what a man is. That’s limiting in it’s scope and feels really dishonest to that actual journey. It’s supposed to remind us that the pursuit of it, of being responsible, of being kind, of being an “adult” is on-going. It’s okay to not have all the answers, it’s okay to not be very confident in your decisions. Being an adult is the continuous journey of figuring out what that means and I find that very affecting.
Boys grow out of the Spider-Man "Phase" When they finaly put on the mask for themselves.
Hes the most popular/most well written superhero for a reason
I LOVEE SPIDER MANN
“People are crying and are constantly in pain have the most beautiful smiles”
At the end of the day, it is easier to be spiderman than it is to be peter parker
imagine thinking to Spiderman is childish..
💀😂
You don’t grow out of Spider-Man. You become Spider-Man 😎
That is me. School, work, church, living on my own, finances, and dating.
I been struggling for years with depression and not having friends or a relationship and hard to find a job it's good to find a super hero you can relate to Spider-Man has always been my favorite growing up and Batman but I've always seemed to be in that same relatable situation and I guess that is another reason why Spider-Man has always been my favorite now to ^_^
My favorite is Spider-Man & Superman
Batman and spiderman have always been my favorites.
Batman is relatable but spiderman is definitely more relatable in realistic ways.
You don’t grow out of Spider- Man it grows with you
Finally! A video that helps explains why this character means so much to me. It's not because of the amazing powers (even though there cool as hell lol) but the man (or woman) under the mask who never gives up ♥️
Also keep up the good work 👍
Because Spider-Man has taught us SO many life lessons when we were young, unlike any other hero. Now that we are older (I’m 25 been a fan since I was like 4) we appreciate the lessons in the movies even more. Tobey is the 🐐
For so many yrs I have called myself a Spider-Man. I had an uncle Ben moment and I know what it’s like to lie in order to protect someone from a life and death situation.
I also know what it’s like to break apart. Back when I was 18, I temporarily thought about suicide to get away from a family members constant verbal attacks.
I’m glad you overcame that darkness🙏🏽
@@DaGeekStar I still have my turmoils and emotional stresses. The suicide I mentioned about? It wasn’t a constant thought. That day I was thinking about suicide was only in that one day because a family member of mine said something very hurtful.
@@DaGeekStar like I said I had my own uncle Ben moment and I let it be my drive of motivation. As much as I want to change something, there are times I don’t want to change it and remain miserable because without that pain, I don’t have the motivation to make things right. I allow myself to feel this pain to do the right thing. I am planning to get one day get a tattoo to remind myself of my wrong (and I hate tattoos btw) because I won’t be young forever and I don’t want age to diminish the memory of this pain from my mind. Why? Because a wise man once said “Never forget those you have wronged because I can assure you they will not forget you “
I want that tattoo to be on a part of my body where I will always see it to remind me of my wrong. Since hands are always in use in everyday life; I will be putting that tattoo on my dominant hand. I refuse to forget.
I did something back in 2000 that I can’t get over; I was 5. I refuse to heal from or forget.
Spider-Man is for life. The mask is forever
This is so true! I bet that woman from the tweat doesn't even know anything about spidey
as a kid i always wanted to be like spiderman, as an adult i wanna be like peter parker
Bruh for me it's just the fact he's broke. Man will go save the entire universe just to come back to a shitty 1 bedroom that he can't afford with no lights and no bread or milk. It's that and the fact that no matter how much life shits on him, he always tries to better not just for the world but also for him.
The spiderman “style” that I’ll always love is when his life truly sucks, yet he perseveres. Spiderman 2 is the best at this, Peter’s life is really in the shitter, but he still dons the mask and tries to help
Spider-Man should always be happy and energetic, but his life should always be miserable, if that makes sense
It also ties into the struggle of young men in our current day. Getting that job, keeping finances in check, trying to build out your future, it’s tough stuff and a lot of pressure. But you still should be an uplifting person and try to help others
Spiderman a lot of the time is broke but needs to keep moving juggling responsibilities, keep your head down and focus to break the adversities. If that is not what adulting is I don't know what is.
Because it’s okay to like Spider-Man as a grown man
This is the realest video I’ve ever seen ever
Spiderman is dope, imma ride wit em for ever
Into the Spiderverse and Across the Spiderverse really made me getting growing appreciation for the OG spider-man as well as the others we got a peek into. Those movies really encompassed the “all of us could be spider-man” feel. Your video was really nice and I think summed up why a lot of us like him and still like him to this day regardless of how old you are or what gender you are, he just hits different as you begin to go through life and understand his struggles as you encounter your own.
Single greatest piece of IP ever created
Putting the twilight town music in the background was just perfect 😤
We ain't outgrowing nothing but our clothes over here.
I loved Spider-Man because I could relate to him and his powers and suite were coolest shit ever.
And as I rewatched and reread his stories I was shocked how much it all resonated with me. Peter is just like us he just chose to be responsible. For me he is the true inspiration. Not Superman, not batman, not Captain America, but our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
Thank you for making this, I've been thinking about how relatable Spider-Man is a lot lately. The last few months of my life have been really, really tough. I've been stressed out of my mind with work, being a caretaker for a loved one who just recently passed away, and dealing with a betrayal that has left me next to broke, from a brother who I use to be really close to. I'm also realizing my career isn't going where I wanted. There's someone I'm interested in having a relationship with, but as a consequence of all the other stress I feel like I shouldn't (and don't have the time/energy) to get her involved in my life. And the fact that Spider-Man has been through so much like that too, yet chooses to continue being a hero (and eventually figures out how to balance that with life) has been a big motivation for me.
Spider-Man is just too good
Yo thanks for the quick video it was really good. Everyone can learn something from Spider-Man
Bully Soundtrack makes it perfect bro
Video about Spider-Man with twilight town theme song playing… this literally my entire childhood
Really fantastic video there and you are spot on as Spider-Man is truly a relatable character
Holy shit the spiderman ps4 mod clip went hard
When I say this I mean it. If Spider-Man was never created I wouldn't be half the man I am today. To be honest, I don't know if I would still be alive. He means that much to me. He showed me that I should never give up and I'm glad that I didn't. Cause I feel like this is the happiest that I've been in awhile. Of course I still have my bad days but because of Spidey I've learned how to get through those better. Spider-Man forever 🕸️ 🕷️
As a millennial, since Toby... Still a fan. Spiderman is my favorite superhero at age 30. There's something different about Spiderman, a different vibe.
What a perfect analysis.
You‘re so right!! Spidey is a classic and there’s something about him and his story for everyone. Even for teenage girls like me. Most people laugh when they find out I like Spider-Man but I‘m sure if they were to give him a chance and look further into it, they‘d see his appeal, as you already mentioned:) Great video ☺️
Because HE IS DA GOAAAT
Spider-Man always blames himself for many things. Has dealt with loss so many times. Sometimes, his good deeds aren't appreciated.
But he still keeps going and never abandons his principles. At least, not for too long.
Because with great power, comes great responsibility.
My kid is 5 1/2 and he is already a big spidey fan . And me , I always was .. still am ..
" Once You become?" bro I have a spiderman Blanket that Says 2002 On it Given to me when I was 3 Beat that 💀
with great powers comes great responsibilities.
Wolverine , spiderman and hulk..3 relatable superheroes.
How do you do, fellow Spider‑Men?
good editing
I don't normally comment but I feel like telling you this since this is a small channel (right now ;)).
Keep making videos man!
I loved this one, your voiceover hits just right, as well as the pics in the background!
All the best, I've subbed ❤
"I'm vengeance " 🦇
Spider man just to cool bro 😭🙏🏽
Dude he’s literally me if u guys knew my life story. I grew up psychic and the things I learn in life if it wasn’t for Spider-Man or naruto I probably would have not made it this far in my 25 years of living. Thank u for this reminder man. Nice video new sub and like good shid man. Relatable indeed. If my gf don’t know spiderman she gonna learn cuz literally I been thru so much shid to even be happy is a accomplishment most ppl can’t get by themselves.
Sick video bro
Great video and quality, you gonna spike soon! Just subbed
I think what I've always like about Spider-Man is that he always has to deal with consequences of being a superhero. Which is what makes him relatable
Its always Spiderman and Batman to me and I'm not getting over it forever, sorry ladies
1:52 that shit caught me off I’m dead😹
I am the biggest Spider-Man fan ever I have tons of plushies Spider-Man. A Spider-Man couch I live streamed Spider-Man ps4 Spider-Man 2 ps5 and miles morales on my channel I love spider man since I was a kid watching spider man in the 90’s and I am almost 39 years old🤟
Young men in this country are eager to serve the people who despise them. Same story with spiderman
TL;DR.
Peter blends both lives as a civilian and a superhero. Amazingly, you can tell which persona he's using at that instant; everyone else can't. And those who know both are the same individual and can't coexist, still attack Spider-Man as Peter. In some cases, they will attack Peter as Spider-Man. Nothing is ever easy for him such as his lease, obtaining photos for an ungrateful editor (unless the comics show something different). I had always been made aware how broke Peter was, but when I saw Into The Spider-Verse it finally clicked when Peter asked Miles if he could pick up his tab at the tab. I finally uttered, "Broke ass."
We all are our own Spider-Man just in different ways yet the message with great power comes great responsibility 🤟🕷️🤘🕸️ is the same ❤
It always fits, eventually
