The puff pastry recipe is awesome!
100 g soft butter.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g flour.
Mix flour with butter.
Add 200g of water.
mix everything.
Knead the dough with your hands.
The dough is very hard.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Remove cling film from the dough.
Knead the dough for 3 minutes.
The dough has become softer.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
250 g margarine divided into 4 parts.
Only use margarine for this recipe.
Oil is not allowed.
Roll out the dough ball into a circle with your hands.
Spread margarine on the dough.
Margarine should be soft.
Fold the edges of the dough over.
Squeeze the dough like me.
Roll out the dough with a 40*12 rolling pin.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Do the same for each part of the test.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a size of 35 x 10.
We fold the dough like me.
Wrap the dough in cling film.
Do the same for the rest of the test.
You can cook immediately.
You can store the dough in the freezer.
Roll out the dough into a square.
Trim off the uneven edges of the dough.
So we're going to reveal the dough layers.
Divide the dough into 4 parts with a sharp knife.
Make 3 cuts in the dough.
Put 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam on the dough.
Roll the dough into a triangle.
Press the filling down a bit.
Repeat after me.
That's easy.
You can make buns without filling.
It's also delicious.
Roll out the dough into a square.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the buns with egg yolk.
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 15 minutes.
The remaining dough can be formed into small buns.
When the layers open up, they look like roses.
Our buns are ready!

Flatten the dough then paint it generously with butter all around and then sprinkle with some maizena & 1 tea spoon of baking powder all together, then roll the dough, cool it in the frezeer for 30 minutes. Flatten the roll and cut it as you want.
●Also I will try before doing this fast flacky dough process with a spanish "churros" dough process = ( cocking the flour/dough in a pot first and then, the above fast flacky steps )
●Buttering, sprinkle with corn fecula flour maizena with baking powder & rolling it to the freezer... For fry empanadas.
Please cool it in the frezeer to succeed with the flacky layers.
☆Why painting generously with butter the flatten dough & then sprinkle with corn fecula with baking powder ? Because this way the dough in the freezer will separate the flacky layers easily and fast. • See some videos like 1) como hacer masa de hojaldre facil y rapida 2) hojaldre diferente con aceite.

Grüße aus den USA! Das war lecker mit Kirschen. Only complaint was that the butter melted and seeped out of the pastries. I minimized the damage, so it didn't cause undue mess or burning, but i think next time i need to either use less butter or roll it thinner.
