I don't blame him for how he has handled it.

well if you think about it, something becomes more dry as it loses water, technically the ice block is losing water so the ice itself is becoming more dry and only the surface is becoming wet

@@ItsDannyio in situations like these, there's usually never one side that is better/right/ they're different people with different reactions, and this probably could've been resolved privately or wouldn't have even happened if chat wasn't so toxic and parasocial. that being said, what happened happened, and we should just not butt in to the interpersonal relationships of people that we don't even know personally.
@@mr.supersonicultra9131 essentially some of smallants fans took the “rivalry” thing between pointcrow and smallant too far, harassed pointcrow and due to some miscommunication pointcrow felt like smallant was ignoring his stress from it all and decided to end the friendship. It seems that it is largely due to pointcrow getting too emotional over it but as a human being that had his stress piling up I guess that’s to be expected.
My issue with PointCrow is that he copies a ton of small channels and doesn't credit them. Like how he did with ImBrandonFerris and the "Google Translate Makes..." series
ImBrandonFerris isn't even a small channel, they have 4 million subscribers? From my experience of watching pointcrow, he never intends to rip off people and take away from them when he does something similar to their content. While he didnt credit the original creator of the idea of the translated recipes, there are a ton of several videos that don't credit them either, which probably means that Eric didnt even know who did the first video. He always tries to credit people when credit is due, and doesn't like repeating content without putting his own twist to it. If this is really your biggest issue with him, you should probably stop thinking about it so hard because in reality he isn't the type of person to wildly steal peoples ideas, especially from smaller creators. I just wanted to let you know because I believe he is a good person and its unfair that people make accusations about him without knowing how he really is :)
