It's almost like a LEGO version of Legends. I hope that people who watch this special start to take an interest in the other specials and series!
Yeah, with the exception of two books, it kind of feels like Disney Star Wars has forgotten about Padme and focused on pushing Ahsoka as the female protagonist of the prequel era.
@@disgustan3747 Agreed, with the exception of Dooku: Jedi Lost, Dooku has been cast aside in favour of Maul, which is a shame because he's an incredibly compelling character once you delve into his background.

I've been looking forward to this. I enjoyed the SHIT out of this special(seeing the Child, Lumpy, Chewie's wife also Rose Tico.....voiced by Kelly with more lines than Rise). Also CW appearances by Tom Kane, Matt Lanter, JAT and Dee Bradley Baker. I loved the 2 nods to Robot Chicken
Throwback to when last holiday special where Shane said it feels like theyre about to drink kool aid and die. One of the funniest moments on the channel. I miss Shane
This special gave me something I wanted from episode 9. Rey struggling to teach because she's The Last Jedi. Because Force Ghosts don't seem to really train Force sensitive people on their own so Rey having to teach when even she doesn't fully understand the Force yet would've had some potential.
If you listen at 16:03 on the Disney+ version of the movie you can hear Lumpy make the noise he makes in the holiday special, I'm surprised you guys missed it, it's pretty great.
The jar jar speech joke may be more deep than we think, mostly because the only speech/talk he does in front of the senate (at least in the movies) he proposes to give Palpatine emergency powers.
Great reaction, Guys! I actually hope the planet (Cordoku?) that the crystal key is to be found (only on Life Day), in that special Jedi Temple, is included in Star Wars canon. Love the sweaters! Thanks for uploading. Have a happy, healthy, sane Thanksgiving.

whoever voiced palpatine was the absolute star of the show. the emperor just seems to work really well as a comedic character.
It's the same Palpatine from robot chicken.
it's Trevor DeVall. who sounds like he's doing a kind of Mark Hammil-Joker performance.
He reminds me of DBZA Frieza
He's been doing Lego palpy for years
