Wow - thanks H.W.! So glad you like the Jouster and I am flattered to have a product that wins an award for tone and touch sensitivity....but "fire breathing dragon-ness"? - I am at a loss for words!
This is (imo) The Best Sounding and most Versatile Overdrive Pedal - I have ever heard. Awesome Demo. Simon may be hearing from me in 2020. Does it come with A Power Supply?
it would be great to have a comparison with the jester. I would like to know if the touch sensitiveness is the same and I would love to hear how the different boosts in the jester compare with the channel two of the Jouster... Well...just a thought....Maybe one day :-) Anyway... great review, Thanks for this and great playing by the way.
Ninho de Vespas Ninho de vespas hey there. I have a harlot on the way and plan on comparing that as well. I'll keep my eyes open for a jester. It's one I'm wanting to try for sure.
Thanks for the reply... I am really interested in the jester because it seams to be the most versatile of all Simon's pedals... I really fancy the option of using the boost as a clean boost as well... I really liked the dynamic of the jouster in channel 1.. So I am hopping the jester to be more or less like channel one of the jouster... I will wait for your review until i pull the trigger for it. All the best, and thanks for the good work :-)
Check out the review I did of the Kingsley Minstrel. Simon from Kingsley commented that the Minstrel and the jester are his most similar pedals. In fact the Minstrel is basically the OD side of the Jester without the boost. If you like that pedal you will like the jester. BTW i just got a Kingsley Harlot in the mail and I am going to do a review and do a Kingsley comparison video of all three pedals.
They stopped making them. Guess I'll have to find a used one. Been out of action for a while, for family reasons, so I'm late to the party. This is the one I want. Hot damn'!
Great video! You should check out other Kingsleys. The Page and Harlot are absolute fixtures on my board and sound incredible. Simon Jarrett is also an absolute gentleman to deal with.
How would you put the Jouster and the Harlot in order? Harlot -> Jouster or Jouster -> Harlot? I'm liking both on lower and high gain settings! I got these two on order and I cant figure out how I would put them on my board.. I will use on of these two as an always on pedal.. if you would you use one as an always on pedal drive tone sweetener, what would it be? Thank you..

Simon! Love your stuff brother! I look forward to checking out more of your stuff!
Would be great if you once demo Kingsley pedals on a real tube amp with two mics.... 👍

They are definatly on my radar. I'm trying to get my hands on a harlot right now.
Have you profiled this pedal into any of your profiles? If yes, does the Kemper keep this amount of dynamics?
Sounds amazing! Didn't realise you did PandW too. I'm a worship pastor who plays a bit of electric too! Keep going dude!
Yeah man, I play electric with a church out here in Nashville. Before that I was a worship leader in San Francisco.
ToneJunkie TV dude that's some amazing cities! Great vid, this sounds awesome.
