Ummmm, I just cancelled the bi-monthly pedicure appointment I had for tomorrow! All of your videos are such a breath of fresh air. It's almost as if you remind me that none of the BS I do supposedly for "beauty" is actually necessary and all of it could possibly be damaging. I love the simplicity of this foot care routine. Your feet are perfect, so is your skin, and hair and sense of humor and everything! I am so hooked on you! Thank you for all of the hard work you put into this excellent RUclips channel.
thanks for watching
@@DrDrayzday, It is impossible not to watch your content!
"we're friends guys but we're not that close!" 😂 I love this channel!!!
I have been using these products for about 2 months now, and they are wonderful. My feet look beautiful, this is the first time in years that my feet are not peeling. When I wear flip flops I just keep staring at them in disbelief. Thank you, thank you, thank you
We're you able to find the callus cream?
Crap! I’ve been using the St. Ives scrub on my face for over a year, specifically because a RUclips swore by it😫. Looks like I have a new foot scrub.
Love it😂😂
The Kerasal is a godsend! I can actually see the outline of my toenails and it looks like I just got a pedicure. Thank you for the recommendation, gonna upgrade with the callus cream soon.
Nail salons gross me out so much 😬 I much prefer painting my own nails at home and doing my own moisturizing treatments and whatnot.
TY Dr Dray. I will purchase today what a great person you are for educating us and sharing your knowledge! 🌟
This foot care video is exactly what I needed. Very helpful -- gives me hope. Thank you, Dr. Gray! I'm looking forward to applying your recommendations. After seeing your video routine, I 'm confident I'll have great results at home. 10x thumbs up!
Wonderful results! I’m going to be all over this routine. I’ve never had a manicure or pedicure, I’m happy to say. My heels will hopefully be smoother very soon. Thank you!
Love Dr.Dray!! Thank you!
I died wen she said " if I don't do this my feet start to look like something out of Harry Potter "🤣 she is so hilarious 😆
This is just what I needed, thank you Dr. D!!!!
thanks for the video, Dr. Dray! I care for my 83 yr old Dad's feet and will be picking up the products you mentioned!
Thanks! Hope ya'll like them too :)
For a guy I have to say I have the most softness feet ever,, i used low grit sandpaper and just regular cream and it works excellent
Never thought about getting sand paper. Genius
That's a really good idea
Bruh
Ordered a tube of Kerasal from Amazon and it came today! Thanks for the tips :)
Dr Dray, I have been using your recommendation Kerasal foot ointment right out of the shower for a couple of times these last few months. I was about to give up on Kerasal, but after watching this video, it turns out I haven't been doing my foot care step properly, I am glad that I found this video for more of your guidance.
So very helpful! Thank you!
Okay so I may be binge-watching your videos right now but I can't thank you enough for the kerasal recommendation! My husband's feet are like a before-and-after advertisement for this product, and it's only been a week! I wish I found you sooner, I could've fixed all my skin issues earlier and had more money in my pocket! You're the best, Dr. Dray!
Thank you Dr. Dray! I am going to purchase some of these products! Urea is such a efficacious healer! I don’t know if we have seen the Kerasal foot product or Neutrogena Foot Cream here in Canada. However, I use the outside of a small organic coconut to use as an exfoliating tool. It works wonders! I make a tiny hole in it and as it ages, coconut oil comes out and helps to soften the heels of my feet! Thank you so much Dr. Dray! Susan
So glad I found your channel. I've been using the St . Ives on my face and it's probably why my face has this pigmentation. Definetly changing my skincare routine and I'm going to start using my face wash in my feet!
Yeah it is notorious for doing this to people's face
I’ve been binging on your videos. I have a lot of work to do!
I love you Dr.Dray!
I am just so glad I found your channel dr. Dray. God bless you
Thank you so much! Hope you are having a great week!
Thanks a lot! I also love this Neutrogena cream and I use Azengear silicone heel protectors. The result is great!
Ok. This was SO freaking helpful. Thank you!!
Great video I love watching pedicure videos they are so relaxing to watch ! I always do my pedicures ones a month or every 2 weeks if I need it ! I cant wait until the summer 🏝️⛱️☀️
I tried the Kerasal. That stuff is magic! My feet look better than they have in years!!
I bought everything you mentioned and my feet feel amazing! My heels are not dry and cracked anymore. I have tried so many foot creams in my life and nothing compares to this foot concoction. I loved this video!! Thank you Dr.Dray for sharing your secrets!!!
glad this helped!
you have fabulous feet dr dray!! i am picking up all these products for some major foot care ! thanks for sharing ! :)
Thanks! I find that it is affordable and easy to keep up.
Hi Dr. Dray! Thanks so much for sharing your foot care routine. I have bought the St. Ives Apricot Scrub before and disliked using it as a face scrub since I found it to be too abrasive for my skin but I never thought of using it on my feet, thanks for the tip. I need to try this routine because my feet are in serious need of it. Have an awesome day!
I blame that stuff for the dark spots under my eyes/upper cheeks, lol! Glad you were able to repurpose on the feet too!
I'm going to order some of that foot cream tonight. Thanks for you great videos and helping us all!
I like it!
I totally used this video...... thank you 😊 relieved
Your videos are so helpful . Thank you for sharing :)
I recently tried Kerasal and is AWESOME!!
I have rediculous calloused feet. Mostly the heels from years of wearing Redwings at work and Birkenstocks the rest of the time. (That heel cup makes a ridge around the heel) so I can't wait to try this! Thanks so much for sharing this and love all your videos
:)
This is great! I don't like going to salons for nail care period. I always do my own. I've never done anything as extensive as this. Looking forward to nice feet! (Because I always go barefoot in my home)! I might have to rethink that! Have a great day!
Thank you very much for this video! I went to Walgreens yesterday and found the callus cream on sale for 5. Something and bought the last three! I just finished my pedicure! 😊
that stuff is awesom :)
Hi dr Dray. Thanks a lot for another useful video. Such a good advice. I have spent tons of money for pedicures but my feet still never looked so nice! Plus I always walked barefeet weather permitting. Not more. Will definetely implement your routine and advice! Thank you!
thanks for watching :)
I used to get pedicures on the regular at what was considered a very reputable salon. Then both my big toenails fell off from a nice case of fungus. No more pedis for this gal
yikes!
Sorry I'm late. Just found this channel and binge watching! I used to get pedis and manis. Stopped last year when the guy cut me and then burned the heck out of me with those hot stones (it was my first time using stones) I almost kicked him in the face as a reaction of being burned. I prefer at home care.
This was so helpful, thank you!
Thanks!
thank you again for good, sensible info!
thanks Ms Debra!
Thanks! That was great! All the products lined up and a step by step demo! I think I like this better than a salon pedi. Every time I go for a salon pedi, I wonder if this will be the time I pick up some disease/crud.....lol.......but serious!!!Rita
Thanks Ms Rita!
The best thing about this is all of this stuff is really cheap. And effective.
I really enjoyed your foot care routine. I never thought about using the apricot scrub on my feet. I am going to buy all those items and do your routine. Thank you.
Thanks! Yeah I am not a fan of that stuff in general, but it works well on the feet
Great information. I use the same scrub on my feet too and love it!
Thanks! Terrible anywhere else on the skin, but the feet can hack it
This is fantastic! I happen to be prone to those same Harry Potter feet you mention. LOL . And since I much prefer to DIY, this is SOOOO appreciated! Thank you again for another great skin care video. Have a great day!
thanks for watching!
My feet need tons of TLC right now. Thanks so much for this video!
Love this- thanks! I have never had a pedicure and I am 54 (fearful of infection...plus some stranger touching my feet is not appealing to me). I will try that Kerasol for my calluses. Have a great day!
Never had a pedicure? Think of all the $$$ you have saved Ms Cindy!!
I'm picking up this foot routine.
Thank you thank you thank you for posting this. I have a natural based scrub which I've been trying to figure out how to use up (lol). Love the Puma socks :) Have a great day.
Thanks!
Salon pedicures are nice but I appreciate your concerns about hygiene. I've been trying to find ways to maintain my feet and toes at home and I think I need some Kerasal ointment! Great tip!
I find it really cuts the crust, lol!
I currently have the Eucerin intensive repair lotion - do you think thats appropriate to use for now? Would rather use it up before getting the regime you recommend (which I would love to try out!). I also love the st ives idea! So ingenious.
Thank you very much for this information. I know that I said it before, but I can't believe how nice your feet look -- especially since you are an avid runner! I have horrible calluses on my foot pads, thanks to years of walking barefoot and wearing high heels.
To me, the best part of a pedicure is the foot massage.
Thanks so much!! I should have mentioned...I don't wear very fashionable shoes, lol!
This is awesome! Your feet are in excellent and healthy shape, especially for a runner and busy doctor! Tell us all about warts next!
Thanks :)
Maybe I need that apricot scrub. I have been just using the Alfa SA lotion which isn’t solving the callous issues. Also need to use the socks too! Thanks!
You have helped me get rid of my perpetually cracked feet...the charges are ridiculous at salons... Thanks dr.dray...
glad to hear this helped :)
I love your videos, its so nice to have someone FINALLY give honest to goodness scientific knowledge for once! Was wondering if you would consider doing a video on supplements for the skin? overall health and "anti-aging" (i know its not a thing but u know what i mean!) thanks! :)
Yes plz
Thank you for a great informative video!
thanks!
Hi Dr Dray, this is wonderful information. my husband has thick, dry, cracked skin on the bottoms of his heals, and thick toe-nail fungus. Is there anything about your foot care routine you would change for his kind of advanced dry skin and fungus? Many thanks for this highly educational and enjoyable channel.
Hi i'm a GP myself in country . .and i love how well you communicate and educate us! keep going doc!
anyway, how often do we do this to our feet? thanks doc
Yay!!! Thank you! I’m on my feet all day doing makeup on people and my foot feet feel it. I like getting pedicures cause I like my toe nails painted haha but this is an awesome routine for day to day. Can’t wait to pick these items up
hope you like them
great video!! Enormously helpful 🤗🤗🤗! Thank you😊
thanks!
Dr Dray acne skin pores please help me ma Pakistan hun
Great advice Dr. Dray. I am 60 + and need to massage my feet more often, if my feet are well groomed, I’m more inclined to touch them.
I'm definitely going to give it a try. Thanks😚🙌
:)
Living on the edge lmao 😹😹😹 love you Dr Dray
Hi, I'm new to the channel and have been watching your videos. They are great and so helpful. I live in London and I can't seem to find a kerasal cream. Do you have another recommendation for me?
I know it's an old video! But Thank you for spreading all your knowledge love everything you share. Can I use Kersal if im pregnant?
Helpful information. Thanks for the tips and demonstration.
thanks for watching
Thanks for this video. Any recommendations on how to deal with toenail fungus?
I'm Canadian, so can't get Walgreens stuff here but I did go to Walmart and picked up a few of your recommended products. Thanks soooooooo much, you are so helpful.
Yeah it sounds like the Walmart in Canada carries Cerave? Glad you were able to locate some of my faves :)
Yes the Walmart in Canada carries CeraVe, in the pharmacy section of the store. Is not at Shoppers Drug Mart or Rexall so far.
David Paul Hi, I’m in Nova Scotia and I can find CeraVe at Shoppers, Walmart (pharmacy, not cosmetic area), and Superstore grocery stores.
I'll be trying this routine. Thanks. I have cracked, calloused heels, and live in the Arizona desert.
hope it works well for you too :)
Dr Dray I'll let you know!
Love it!!!! Can you do a video for hands especially for those suffering with dark and creepy hands?
Thanks!
thanks for the info.....I will be getting the callus cream for sure...xo Simone
I like it! Very affordable and effective :)
@@DrDrayzday Do you have any alternatives? It is currently discontinued it seems. I can't find it anywhere.
I love your videos! You should do a video on your journey to dermatology. Like where you went to medical school, and what you majored in in college, and what made you decide to do medicine, ya know that kind of stuff. 😊 I'm an aspiring physician who has a lot of interest in dermatology and ophthalmology.
Thanks!
Riley Cooper, and future aspiring physicians, don't commit a slow suicide unless you really know what you're getting yourself into. Whatever you do, do not enter the current bullyish narcissistic NHS environment. Falling in love with Medicine is the most elaborate form of self harm, especially in the current scary NHS environment
Love your videos! I'm a third year undergrad Cell and Molecular Biology student and I'm planning on going to medical school, so I was wondering if you could do a medical school "run down" or if you could share some tips and tricks for getting into medical school or tips for being a medical student! Thanks Dr. Dray!
that was a LONG time ago for me and things are very different now
Thanks 👍
I have a callus on the top of my foot from wearing no socks with shoes. My doctor said I would have to get it cut off but I’ll try these products. Thank you!
:)
Thank you for that public announcement about Diabetic nail care. I've been a Podiatric Medical Assistant for 12 years before becoming their Billing manager. I could tell horror stories of improper diabetic foot care and the aftermath. Great foot care techniques Dr. I similarly do the same, but never thought of the St Ives scrub.
Thanks Ms Cara!
Really? 😬... I’m type 1 , and here in Europe my doctor just tells me to take care of my feet but that’s all. Maybe it’s because my feet are in great condition. I never thought about going to someone else? Would you say it’s very necessary as I get older? Would love your advice.
Can you update a “supply list” for this routine? I can’t find the Walgreens callus cream and the one linked isn’t available anymore! Also, what other options other than the Ives scrub do you recommend? Other than SA, what ingredients am I looking for? Thanks!
Do you know of an alternative to this Walgreens foot cream? I am unable to find it.
Can you please tell me what you recommend for bums on tors I think it may be corns? Hope you see this.
Thank you
I've bought the St Ives cream today. Thanks for the recommendation :)
Good for the feet only
Dr Dray thanks :)
Thanks for great info and videos
:)
TARGET is the place for socks! I have quite a collection and I don’t spend a fortune! 👍🏼
Harry Potter hahahahaha!!
Love your channel very simple is how live, thank you friend🙋
lol
I don't run, but I walk outdoors and work out. The skin on the bottom of my feet gets tough. I bought the callus cream a couple of weeks ago, but keep forgetting to use it. Thanks for the foot tutorial, I'll try it soon!
I hope you like it too Ms Sherry :)
Wer u found the callus cream?
Hi Dr. Dray, love your channel. Could you do a review of Baby Foot peel? :D
good idea
I started using Kerasal last week because of your videos, and already my heels are a lot softer. Can you talk about foot/toenail fungus in a Q&A video? What should you do with socks and rugs if you get it?
Thanks!
We're friends, but we're not that close. Hahaha .... 😂😘
Thanks to you I now have feet that match my age, as opposed to feet that look about 80 yrs old haha! I bought some Kerasal a few months ago after watching one of your older vlogs. :)
Glad to hear it worked well for you too Ms Jennifer :)
My feet look 40 and im half that! Same same here! 😂😂
Hey! I’m 80! And my feet look 30! My hands about 40 and my face 50! Not too bad for an old broad! Lol 👍🏼👍🏼
Tyyyyy xx
Do you advice using foot file or stones. If yes glass file maybe or just ragular file.?
Are the metal heel Sanders ok to use? I tried just using a callus cream and the St Ives scrub and I found my heels getting dryer and dryer and cracking but then I went back to using my metal sander and my heels are soft again so is it safe to use it along with with items in this video?
I rarely go to get a pedicure and now, I won't ever go. Thank you for this info.
can you recommend something else if the kerasal foot ointment is no longer available to buy?
Can you do a video about Friction blisters and recommendation how to protect your toes from friction. Are toes socks recommended?
Would you recommend this for someone with dry and dehydrated skin and if not what alternative foot care products would you recommend for them
Thank you for this video. It's very helpful. I never walk barefoot either.
I just realize that my RUclips name is my husband name lol!
Thanks!!
You’re so cute! AND so darn smart!
Hi, I know this is an old video but I actually haven’t ever tried to get rid of the callouses on my feet before and they were really thick..I bought that st Ives scrub, a foot cream and kerasal and used them last night. I woke up this morning (feet still in socks) and they are really sore and it hurts to walk on them… is this normal? Is it just because I’ve never tried to exfoliate my feet before or am I having a reaction to one of the products?
Hi there! I’m curious, does the callus cream and kerasal have the same ingredients, or differing ones?
