I'm so glad you decided to do voice overs and talk on your videos. I love all the facts you put in them and your voice is lovely to listen to. I've never been to Brighton, but it looks worth a visit for sure! Another fab video!❤
I watched a show on the BBC about all the places Queen Victoria stayed in. The Brighton Pavilion was one of them, I was one of her holiday homes. She spent her Christmas holidays there one year. They also gave a little tour of the inside, YES it is worth going inside. you could make an episode for your channel touring it. 🙂
You might have seen our graffiti down Quadrophenia alley 😉 my daughter and I were there in July from Winnipeg, our second visit, and had a fantastic tour with a dear friend who is lucky enough to live there. Love the seafront and the pier, and I’d suggest a good browse around Resident Music
I love Brighton too (and I nearly moved there as well!) just got such a vibe/atmosphere. I think the Pavilion and museum are def worth going into, and I love all the shops in the arches. It's shut down now but did you ever visit "The Market Diner"? Was a proper old school late night cafe you could pile into at 4am after a night out and get a proper mug of tea and a chip butty! 😂
I've not been to Brighton since the early 90s, so it's interesting to see what has changed. I used to enjoy the North Laines, as opposed to The Lanes, as the North Laines had more alternative shops, and being a metalhead, that was where my interest was.
I love Brighton. I've only been twice, but I loved the lanes and the pier. We were amazed to get free deckchairs and sat for a couple of hours In the glorious sunshine. Thanks for bringing back some lovely memories.
I used to live in Brighton and have visited the Pavilion a couple of times, definitely well worth a visit! If you go the free audio guide is worth using as it gives lots of additional information.
Hi Lucy, I don't know if you'll see this comment, but I visited the Pavilion last year and it is very worth going inside. It's very beautiful and lots of history to learn. Hope you'll get to visit one day 😊
Was carry on girls also filmed there, Sid James escaping on a go cart The Zoltar machine pangs of Tom Hanks movie BIG Only beer twice, 1st time was 37 years ago and spent hours on the pier then again 24 years ago with my young children, travelled from North Yorkshire and actually bumped into our neighbours along the arches on the front lol Fabulous update again Geoff
Oh I don't know! I love carry on films so I'll have to look that up.. and yes. I can't see a ZOLTAR without thinking of BIG. That was my absolute favourite film when I was a kid!
A great video thanks for showing us how you can enjoy yourself in England 🇬🇧
Glad you enjoyed it! There’s loads of amazing places here aren’t there?

I love Brighton so much! I did a whole project on the Royal Pavilion when I was at art college.
Have you been in? I’m sort of annoyed with myself I didn’t take the opportunity, who knows when I’ll get to go back!
@@throughlucyslens no, I haven't been in, I'd love to though!

North Laine is my fave too. Camden on sea .. As a fellow metal head I totally understand! I could still spend all day in Snoopers! X
Brighton is a place i’ve always wanted to visit, and your video just strengthens this desire. Thanks Lucy, yet another belter x
Thanks Neil, it’s a smashing city! You will love it.

Brighton Pier is fantastic. I love just being able to sit and watch the water. It’s the closest I get to the actual beach
Exactly and no sea sickness 😅
😘👍💚
You’ve really made me want to go, very traditional seaside.🐞
Go for it, there’s nothing else like it!
Fascinating! 💕🇺🇸
Thank you Linda x
