Why does the local government allow this so many people consume psychotropics and look so terrible. Indeed, I am just an ordinary person from a country far from that location, but after I saw through RUclips about the behavior of the people of Philadelphia, I became concerned. Concerned about the people and also concerned about the Philadelphia government. Why let that happen. I hope there is a policy from the local government to immediately make regulations prohibiting the use of psychotropic drugs that damage the body and soul. And provide legal sanctions for violators. Because humans were created by God not to do damage to damage. But to worship. For the good of the good. Build the country. Marry. Work. Save. Happy. romance. And further.
