Tata has moved the game in terms of cng’s and EVs
But way too late to the game..!
But late to the game..!
Only in evs
ABSOLUTELY and the best part it recently moved is ICNG Automatic Bhi!!
@@vijay1808able
Haan jabhi fr se flop.tatti ho gayi 😂😂
Thank you for not doing a 0-100 test and then booing it down, like a lot of reviewers do with irrelevant cars. Most people want to drive from point A to point B safely with peace of mind, and perhaps a good music system.
CNG + Automatic is the ideal recipe for city commutes.. Only Tata was able to do this ❤
PROUD to be A TATA Product owner!!🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Almost 7 years since its launch as Zica in 2016, and add 3-4 years research, which makes the car 10 years old. Sad it hasn't seen generation update. Holds the same decade old interior designs. iCng with AMT is a appreciable though.
No RUclips channel including Autocar highlights the shortcomings of the car. The biggest drawback of Tiago AMT is lack of hill hold assist which will certainly be a deal breaker for people like me.
Thats why I didn't buy Altroz DCA because even it does not have hill assist.
But even Autocar will deliberately hide this fact and give partial information only. Very sad.
ICN did mention
Hill hold is overrated, they made a hype around the lack of hill hold in the Tiago EV, I have been driving it on all sorts of terrain including ghat roads, never felt the need for it.
@@sabyasachisarangi You will realise it when you are stuck into bumper to bumper traffic on hilly terrain with steep slope like Landhour in Mussoorie. Even cars like Grand Vitara with manual transmission is giving this feature. It gives you a great peace of mind. However, I believe that there may not be any issue in continuous driving.
@@rv-dr5ii I'll see.
Not a single channel mentioned in their reviews that Altroz DCA is without Hill Assist. Not even ICN Studio. Luckily I was stuck on steep slope during Altroz Test Drive and the Tata executive told me to use hand brakes but even hand breakes were not effective. Then he told me that Altroz DCA doesn't come with hill assist. God saved me otherwise I had completely decided for Altroz DCA. @@rv-dr5ii
One more thing. You cannot calculate actual mileage on CNG by filling the partial tank as every time the pressure varies there is an change in the quantity of gas that goes under but not in the case of Petrol
True! CNG mileage can only be tested by emptying the cylinder.
@@bubblybhai7647 Bro this is the reason.. the cylinder will never be empty.. there will always be some gas left in the cylinder
Just like humans stomach.😂😂😂@@gogreenev2034
you can, if you go to the same filling station that maintains the same pressure. And most cng pumps maintain a constant 200 pressure. The better ones perhaps 220.
Exactly
The car has a good built quality. It has good grip over the road, feels planted on the road. No wind noise, no steering shakes. I touched over 100 on the highway and I was surprise to see it was so stable.
Tata must improve its customer services.
Well done!!
Thanks for the update
Tata has done a commendable job....first of its kind Indian car...
Tata needs to work on next gen tiago now
very good well made review 🎉
Tata may be lacking on QA and service quality, but they are innovating like crazy. They have revolutionized CNG vehicles in India now. First, the dual cylinder technology and now IMT on cng.
it's quite good 😊
Balanced review. U r great
I still hear.. long line for CNG... and we are thinking of Hydrogen as the next fuel for the cars.... hahahahah
air will be better
@@aryasalona😂
Kudos to Tata to get AMT in CNG..1st in the Indian market..A big plus for city users..Are there plans for a CNG DCT/CVT/TC for a better performance in the pricier versions?
Awesome
Excellent tata
how many liters of petrole and how many kg CNG can be filled maximum??
iC(i)NG on the cake!!!!!
I need this in punch
Could have been a instant but for me has they launch in December, just got a car 😢
Petrol Tank Capacity?
very nice, bring the CNG AMT powertrain to the Punch top end variants with Sunroof! i'll buy it!
Won't the EV be a better choice? Even lower costs, much quicker, more features, no gearbox
@@drinlovewithmusic EV is a big change, would depend on personal preferences. It can be a better choice, for daily city use, i think it makes a strong case. Personally, I am not yet fully sold on EV's.
@@drinlovewithmusic evs are shit
TATA is best ❤
Petrol Plus cng or only Cng ?
Bhai all CNG cars are Petrol also.
On road price
Nice review, but this is not the right way of testing CNG Mileage
Putting that spare tire back under the car will be a task!
Punch CNG Auto when its coming
Cng pump availability
Cng tank capacity
The tiago xta amt cng costs Rs 8.75 lakhs on road in Kolkata, a major metropolitan city with 5 or 6 cng filling stations. The price is ludicrous for a small hatchback and you can take years off your life waiting in line for cng. Apart from silly and expensive batteries on wheels, which some people call EVs, Tata hasnt even got a good 4 cylinder engine for its ice cars. And dont even mention after sales service. Tiago xta amt cng - grossly overpriced and impractical.
How is this driving at 1/3rd the petrol cost? CNG costs 93/kg and petrol is 110/liter. Petrol gives a rated mileage of 20/liter and cng gives 28/kg. How is this 1/3rd difference. Just want to understand
Understand the difference between kg and litre. Both are different quantities. Convert them to same units and then compare.
tiago petrol is giving 12-14 kml
@@sauravchhabra840 Bro, whats the use of comparing litre or kilogram. The underlying thing is how much it costs per km running on petrol vs cng. Litre to kg or kg to litre comparison doesn't matter at all.
@@abhishekbhardwaj142 I am just comparing the ARAI tested mileage as provided by car manufacturer. Not comparing anything with respect to real world mileage
I thought about it later on. I missed the fact that we were calculating just running cost. My bad. @@VJ_1985
That moustache like black hard plastic at the back make the car look a little bit ugly when viewed from back
Tata got the Idea of two cylinders only now
But I got i this 5years back itself.
Im using 2 cylinder in my swift .
And CNG can be suitable for any petrol Engine vehicle. Vehicle means not only just car.😅😊
Does your car have amt with cng combo?
Angrez ka 14
TATA - What's even the point of a Test Drive!!!
Obviously, TATA is being bought majorly for safety and not for engine performance or driving dynamics
In fact, a Test Drive might change the buyer's mind if the buyer has any point of reference.
Please don't waste Dealership's petrol !!!🙏
Tiago needs a facelift
Wagon r cng gives 30 milege
Plz use hindi
High cost
Tata better fix their shitty service
Count your annoying 'ANDs'
Hard suspension ruins ride quality of Tiago....
Does anyone except cab drivers buys CNG ? Any sensible person will rather pick it's EV derivative.
Ev has range problems
@@gohan12991and how much range does CNG gives in one tankful ?
@@turbohead2009 this car will give around 250kms with cng tank full but also feature 37L petrol tank. Add both of them together and you'll end up getting more than 750kms range
@@gohan12991 It's been over 25 yrs since CNG is used in our country, I have yet to see anyone using 250kms + 37 Litres of fuel in one go. People only keep spoonful of petrol, just to start their cars, be it personal vehicles or cab drivers.
