I have installed CNG in my Zen Estilo after 142000 km in 2021, now i drove it 168000. Literally i feel ki maine phle kyu nahi lgwayi cng. In Nov 2024 the 15 yrs will completed, but seriously i don't want it to scrap it. The mileage is 2rs per kilometre in Delhi City without AC.
No extra maintenance required. Used for 12years company fitted Alto. Changed spark plug at 80,000. No ignition coil change upto 96000km/12years. Literally no maintenance like petrol only. Fluid change and air filter change only religiously at 9-10k km
you are correct, i got cng installed in my i10 years back never regreted it once , performance degradation is barely noticable , it more noticable on hills bt one can always switch to petrol for hills , i m yet to change spark plug or anything , its running same as it was on petrol most of the time, fuel efficiacy is 50% better than before, i get it serviced as i use to do it with petrol, har bande ko bhagani nhi hoti gaddi , for daily commutes its best imo, hybrid cars have 3 cylinder noisy engine with battery which can cost a lot in longterm maintainance .
@@pursuitofhappiness4257 power is at a certain rpm. If you compare cng RPM to power graph against petrol its almost similar, with petrol engine reach higher rpm hence more power. like tiago 72 bhp will be at 5000 rpm 85 bhp will be at 6000 rpm. So your top speed is affected in cng not city drive.

using outside fitting cng in xcent 2014, getting 28 to 30 milage (80- 100 speed with ac 2 people on board)without ac 32 also i got in highway, same petrol performance. but petrol milage got reduced in petrol I used to get 17 in highway with ac 4 people now I'm getting 13. but performance is same because of advancer. Observation: use fully synthetic oil. clean air filters until replacement in service replace spark plugs in service -> I use iridium spark plugs ngk.

मैंने अपनी Wagon R 165000 km chala di. Jisme se lagabhag 60 se 70 hazar km pahadon me chalai hai CNG per. A C bhi on rehata hai. Koi problem abhi tak to nahi hui. 10000 km me engine oil badalwata hun along with filters. Plugs bhi ab jaakar badalwayen hain. Sawa lakh ke baad cluch plates badelwai hain. Koi problem nahi hui
Bhai dry gas hai bola aapne... petrol kaonsa lubrication provide karta hai... ulta petrol to lubrication hatane ke liye use karte hain.. Ye sab diesel me hota hai lubrication vala ..
EV cars cost 5 lacs extra. It also take 12 hrs to charge. Wherein CNG car refills in 5 mins. I m driving CNG car and it is running as good as petrol car. Zero drop in performance. EV cars battery is damn expensive which need to be replaced after certain periof time.

Normally petrol cars jo mileage deti hain agar cng cars me petrol par car chalao to kam mileage milta hai.. Example- wagonr.. cng par 30+ ka mileage hai lekin petrol par sirf 15-16 hi milta hai wahi petrol wali wagon r 20-22 ka mileage deti hai..
Please do more research on cars fitted with CNG. I suggest you to go to Gujarat. More than 90% cars in Gujarat are running on CNG. Owners are very happy even after running cars for more than 1.5 lac kms to n CNG
I have a Honda Brio car which is running on cng: 2 lakh kilometers till now there is no problem in the engine so I am happy with cng car because the running cost is less.

No I have been using cng up to Rohtang Pass Manali for the last 12 years . I am not facing any problem even if Steve solves . I drive more than 3 lak km & after that I change my half engine @ 4k & again i drive more than 2 lak km approx 7 years old vehicle & my 2nd vehicle
CNG is Methane which is highly corrosive to metals and operates at double the temperature of Petrol . Ignition is sensitive and air filter and spark plug have to be in excellent condition

Mai bat kar raha hu ache mileage aur performance ki. CNG se better performance nikalna aur petrol se jyada acha, mileage nikalna dono possible hai aur CNG ka me agar performance dia to range kam ho jaygi jo already kam hai. Aur rahi bat Calorific value ki to dost padhai kar lo thodi.
Wagon r cng company fitted 1,43,000 kms..minor issues but no major problems in 13 years...normal city traffic roads it is very practical ,economical and reliable 2nd car being driven single person and good ac.Still drives smoothly. Yes cng refilling is a bit headache.
Arey bhai cng ka compression ratio jayda hota hai esliye gaadi ki pickup kam hoti hai, compression ratio jayda hone se engine ka wear n tear badh jata hai esliye timely engine oil badalna padta hai.
If car is properly maintained, it can run smoothly for many years. Boot loss and Power loss are obvious, CNG buyers are very much aware of it. A few car engines are more CNG compatible than others is a good subject to make a video on.

He is talking about aftermarket CNG and you had driven an aftermarket LPG Car. LPG retrofitting cars run smoothly but CNG don't. I've one. It needs a highly experienced technician to install and Tune it.

I am having company fitted celario CNG since 2017 and have 90% city driven 1,50,000 with timely service and normal parts change. And I am totally satisfied with average and maintenance.
CNG cars are worse. I used CNG cars from year 2009 till 2014. You are absolutely correct at all your points, except the pollution and EVs. As Evs are worst in all. CNG are more polluted than LNG. Now we will be having LNG trucks which will emit less Carbon than CNG Cars, trucks, and buses. Mostly, buddhu people are commenting in favor of CNG.😅😅
I don't agree with you brother. My Grand Vitara CNG is completely fine in hilly areas without any trouble and is giving me 30-35 Km per kg average with cruise mode with AC.

I am in taxi business. All cng cars. Running every month 13-14k kms. No extra cost in cng. All cng cars are reliable and low maintainance if compared to petrol.
EV vehicle is suitable for local running where you will have Availability of Changing stage & not suitable for long dist intercity/ interstate / remote areas.
No Doubt Company fitted Cng Kit is Tention free & Maintenance free.. My own wagon R 1.25 Lakh Kilometre Run With out a single coin Expense.. Last 12 Yrs.

Wagon R is already very underpowered car, I have both Swift Diesel and Wagon R, driving experience of Swift Diesel with 190Nm torque is so smooth never felt underpowered on hills.

if you compare cng tiago vs petrol tiago with company claimed milege, you will see its giving 28 km per kg and today's rate of cng in delhi is 75 per kg and petrol rate is 94 per ltr. Now in Rs 1000 you run tiago: CNG 28/75*1000. =373.33 kilometer Petrol 19/94*1000 = 202 km You run 174 km less in 1000 rupees and you are saying petrol version is good

Used aftermarket cng kit in esteem 2005 model, enjoyed 280000 kms in 16 years and sold to a friend and still he has that car and uses very roughly, still it's having company fitted engine and with original company fitted parts. It's completely misguiding video and not true openion.
I drove in hilly region with steep upside with AC on in CNG.. never felt of power lag.. don’t believe this guy. Probably installer may have not tuned it probably if you are seeing power lag.. also you can get advancer that negates the power difference between petrol and CNG

No to EV because :- 1. EVs are not future friendly they are much more pollutant than diesel vehicles because electricity was produced by burning coal and coal is much more pollutant tan diesel and also coal is obtained from mines with the help of heavy diesel vehicles so this is non sense step. 2. A diesel produces little pollution only when your engine is running otherwise no pollution fill the tank once and use it anytime but on the other hand you need EVs to be charged in just a case of emergency so it means that either you use your EVs or not they are producing more pollution than diesel. 3. A diesel car does not produce that much pollution in 25 years that a electric car produces in just in its manufacturing process because lithium is extracted from mines with the help of heavy machines that burns DIESEL. 4. If you drop a can of diesel on a fertile land it causes nothing but on the other hand lithium makes fertile land into a non-fertile land like desert because when you dump old batteries or recycle it the water they use in recycling causes cancer to the land and water of that area. 5. Diesel produces carbon dioxide, the GAS which is needed for Our Plants and Trees, so keep in mind when you are driving diesel engine you are giving plants and Trees their valuable gas. 6. EV is not an alternative and sustainable model in India. Approximately 70% electricity is produced in India by coal. To charge batteries of EV cars you are dependent on electricity which is produced by coal. How come carbon emissions and dependency on fossil fuel is controlled this way. Wake up people!

Just old my CNG car at 60k km and kind of regretting it already. CNG cars these days are not like before. They are safer, efficient and run almost at par with petrol. the higher power difference is apparent when you want to push your car to it its peak band. But for a commuter, those are never issue. a performance seeker will not take cng I am sure. it all boils don to priority. safety is not an issue at all.

मैंने अपनी Wagon R 165000 km chala di. Jisme se lagabhag 60 se 70 hazar km pahadon me chalai hai CNG per. A C bhi on rehata hai. Koi problem abhi tak to nahi hui. 10000 km me engine oil badalwata hun along with filters. Plugs bhi ab jaakar badalwayen hain. Sawa lakh ke baad cluch plates badelwai hain. Koi problem nahi hui

Please do more research on cars fitted with CNG. I suggest you to go to Gujarat. More than 90% cars in Gujarat are running on CNG. Owners are very happy even after running cars for more than 1.5 lac kms to n CNG
I have a Honda Brio car which is running on cng: 2 lakh kilometers till now there is no problem in the engine so I am happy with cng car because the running cost is less.

No I have been using cng up to Rohtang Pass Manali for the last 12 years . I am not facing any problem even if Steve solves . I drive more than 3 lak km & after that I change my half engine @ 4k & again i drive more than 2 lak km approx 7 years old vehicle & my 2nd vehicle

Power loss is not because of reducing power and torque but because of difference of thermal efficiency between petrol and CNG
CNG is Methane which is highly corrosive to metals and operates at double the temperature of Petrol .
Ignition is sensitive and air filter and spark plug have to be in excellent condition

Drop in power is due to less calorific value of CNG per gram of fuel burned 2500 kcal/kg where as petrol is 11,110 kcal per kg and diesel is 11,000 kcal per kg.
Mai bat kar raha hu ache mileage aur performance ki. CNG se better performance nikalna aur petrol se jyada acha, mileage nikalna dono possible hai aur CNG ka me agar performance dia to range kam ho jaygi jo already kam hai. Aur rahi bat Calorific value ki to dost padhai kar lo thodi.

Wagon r cng company fitted 1,43,000 kms..minor issues but no major problems in 13 years...normal city traffic roads it is very practical ,economical and reliable 2nd car being driven single person and good ac.Still drives smoothly. Yes cng refilling is a bit headache.

Arey bhai cng ka compression ratio jayda hota hai esliye gaadi ki pickup kam hoti hai, compression ratio jayda hone se engine ka wear n tear badh jata hai esliye timely engine oil badalna padta hai.
I owe eeco cng for 12 yrs. 98,000 km. running g, No problem till now.
If car is properly maintained, it can run smoothly for many years. Boot loss and Power loss are obvious, CNG buyers are very much aware of it. A few car engines are more CNG compatible than others is a good subject to make a video on.

I've one. It needs a highly experienced technician to install and Tune it.

I am having company fitted celario CNG since 2017 and have 90% city driven 1,50,000 with timely service and normal parts change. And I am totally satisfied with average and maintenance.

CNG cars are worse. I used CNG cars from year 2009 till 2014. You are absolutely correct at all your points, except the pollution and EVs. As Evs are worst in all.
CNG are more polluted than LNG. Now we will be having LNG trucks which will emit less Carbon than CNG Cars, trucks, and buses.

I am in taxi business. All cng cars. Running every month 13-14k kms. No extra cost in cng. All cng cars are reliable and low maintainance if compared to petrol.

Wagon R is already very underpowered car, I have both Swift Diesel and Wagon R, driving experience of Swift Diesel with 190Nm torque is so smooth never felt underpowered on hills.

if you compare cng tiago vs petrol tiago with company claimed milege, you will see its giving 28 km per kg and today's rate of cng in delhi is 75 per kg and petrol rate is 94 per ltr.
Now in Rs 1000 you run tiago:
CNG
28/75*1000. =373.33 kilometer
Petrol
19/94*1000 = 202 km
You run 174 km less in 1000 rupees and you are saying petrol version is good

Used aftermarket cng kit in esteem 2005 model, enjoyed 280000 kms in 16 years and sold to a friend and still he has that car and uses very roughly, still it's having company fitted engine and with original company fitted parts. It's completely misguiding video and not true openion.

I drove in hilly region with steep upside with AC on in CNG.. never felt of power lag.. don’t believe this guy. Probably installer may have not tuned it probably if you are seeing power lag.. also you can get advancer that negates the power difference between petrol and CNG

No to EV because :-
1. EVs are not future friendly they are much more pollutant than diesel vehicles because electricity was produced by burning coal and coal is much more pollutant tan diesel and also coal is obtained from mines with the help of heavy diesel vehicles so this is non sense step.
2. A diesel produces little pollution only when your engine is running otherwise no pollution fill the tank once and use it anytime but on the other hand you need EVs to be charged in just a case of emergency so it means that either you use your EVs or not they are producing more pollution than diesel.
3. A diesel car does not produce that much pollution in 25 years that a electric car produces in just in its manufacturing process because lithium is extracted from mines with the help of heavy machines that burns DIESEL.
4. If you drop a can of diesel on a fertile land it causes nothing but on the other hand lithium makes fertile land into a non-fertile land like desert because when you dump old batteries or recycle it the water they use in recycling causes cancer to the land and water of that area.
5. Diesel produces carbon dioxide, the GAS which is needed for Our Plants and Trees, so keep in mind when you are driving diesel engine you are giving plants and Trees their valuable gas.
6. EV is not an alternative and sustainable model in India. Approximately 70% electricity is produced in India by coal. To charge batteries of EV cars you are dependent on electricity which is produced by coal. How come carbon emissions and dependency on fossil fuel is controlled this way.

Just old my CNG car at 60k km and kind of regretting it already. CNG cars these days are not like before. They are safer, efficient and run almost at par with petrol. the higher power difference is apparent when you want to push your car to it its peak band. But for a commuter, those are never issue. a performance seeker will not take cng I am sure. it all boils don to priority.
