This was on a back list of games people had been recommending us to try out so we finally got around to it! Wish we could have done the whole thing in VR but the glitches ended up being a little whacky. More than one time I got myself stuck in a door and we had to restart an entire level lol.

Honestly its fun to see new and refreshing content every once and a while also nicely done on the short animation
Even though it's only 4 player co-op it might be hilarious to see Jay, Cypher, Tails, and Scorch traverse The Outlast Trials together. And as someone who grew up in Houston I can confirm what Jay said is true.

Isn't there an above-ground level where you have to avoid shadows or shelter in abandoned houses at night or something? Or am I just confusing other existential dread-inducing escape room type media with this game?
You will never escape the back rooms you will be traumatized in an endless loop. You can never escape the exit seem so near but it’s not.
Reminds of that one level in Trepang 2 where you get blindsided with the Backrooms in the middle of a Soviet mining tunnel network.

you know what you should do is make a map of the back rooms in Arma 3 and make it where you have like a hundred players that have to survive in the back rooms and grab like 10 or so people to be the monsters that chase down the players also to make the players really exciting you can give him a cash prize of like 200 bucks or so it will be so funny if we can get some vtubers and maybe a few young adults also to make sure everyone has hot mics on so everyone can hear that person's screaming the top of their lungs when they get dragged away in the Darkness also more the players the more the fun.
Ignis invaded the Backrooms but their madness was so great it broke off from our current universe and made one of its own just to get rid of them.
There are rumors that every direction you look at the stars they always read "f*ck Tails" for some reason or another.

Me and my buddies completed this game at least 10 times by now and it's awesome but we have come up with the most rat strategy's to play some levels and it feels like cheating and bulling at the same time
