Almost exactly a year ago we were awkwardly playing Starship Troopers in an Arma mod so it feels wild that there’s an actual FPS game for it now. There’s obviously still a lot of rough edges to it but I’ll take any opportunity I can to blast some bugs. On top of everything we had our first big collaboration event with other creators by complete random chance, so wacky play session all around.

i feel like from all the Starship Troopers things this man does, he will eventually just be able to see a cockroach, and just think about all this trauma in war he went through lol
Seeing ragdolls soar gracefully through the skies, propelled by orbitally-dropped structures or a few explosive charges is perhaps the one thing that will never cease to amuse me.
Y'know, compared to rimmy, starcat and the rest, it's even more apparent to me that Jay is essentially the mobile infantry equivalent of the over worked and over stressed intern trying to keep the place from burning down and failing despite those attempts whilst the rest are having an office party.

I did not expect a GreatDictator animation in this video, but I like it nonetheless.
Also, I think next time you and the boys meet with Rimmy, you gotta do an ArmA game. Maybe a TvT event with the Cadian XXth on one side, and Ignis on the other.
This has to be one of the best co-op games I've played this year thus far. I love chatting up people and hearing a bunch of movie quotes and tactical chatter. That and the pure panic when the bugs breach the wall due to bad construction layout.
I love how everyone who plays this game regularly will have an incredible and goofy sense of humor

How perfect I watched the first Starship Troopers movie yesterday and then RubixRaptor posts a video covering the rad new game
“The ground consooms!!! It hungers!!!” If I had a penny every time you said that, I’d have 2 cents. I wish this was 1940 so I could use them.
It straight up looks like Planetside 2 with bugs. The way you run, the gunplay, the C4, the building mechanics. The teamkilling. I'm honestly shocked that they're not related.
This game is so much fun and watching the chaotic energy you all share is the highlight of my day
