Also, given how badly things went last time Ignis tried to melee squigs, I was astonished to see how quickly the squig flanking attack melted to swords and knives.

I think I’m beginning to understand the deep and horrifying lore of war hammer.
Don't worry it does in fact get worse
They have yet to fight skaven, it can only get worse
I would recommend trying to get into fantasy first, in my opinion its easier to understand than the tidal wave of lore that 40k is.
As far as the old world i concerned, this is but the beginning.
No larger ork variants or sight of the various monsters they like to bring along. Trolls, wyverns, manticores and the ever adorable building sized Arachnorok Spider capable of spawning massive broods of spiders the size of a large dog if threatened.
As for the undead, we got to see their elite grave guard infantry, but when it comes to monsters Crypt horrors, the big red things, are the last of your concern. No spectral cavalry, no balefire draining the life from anything nearby, no undead dragons or any sigt of the vampires that tend to lead the forces of the vampire counts.
And to make things worse, the orks and the vampire are arguably some of the tamer factions present in the old world.
@Kyle Just wait til the chaos dwarves from the dark lands make their presence known with dreadquake mortars, deathshriekr rocket launchers and blunderbusses...far too much dakka for the empire to handle imo.

In terms of this operation it’s not a mystery that Warhammer Fantasy is one of my favorite universes so the fact that we now have a full conversion mod in arma of all games for it is just fantastic. Hope I did a decent job of conveying how much fun it was!

Somebody give this man an imperial merit. Just spent over 12hrs working on shitty university assignments for engineering control systems (more pages of math than in the sagas of sigmar & karl Franz combined). Yet all that frustration and anger disappeared within a fraction of a second when my gaze met the thumbnail of fantasy-warhammer arma shenanigans, instantaneously overwhelming my heart and soul with joy, splendor, and fulfillment ❤.
Loved your content ever since I first stumbled on these 40k & fantasy mod scenarios, and I hope they never cease. I'm sure they don't feel like much when being made, but their influence on my day is unfathomable & unquantifiable, as I'm sure is the case for many viewers. Funny little thing about the eye patches, they can be used to allow for a "night vision" eye. So a squad of elite gunners running primitive night vision is funny if you think about it.

Honestly, the average warhammer fantasy human might just be able to take on some of the monstrosities of warhammer 40k with relative ease. I mean, they're surviving on a world fully filled with beasts and horrors to kill them and they're doing fairly okay!

One horrific world full of horrors I’d love to see in Arma is battle star galactica
Bruh either way Ignix Corps playing as the colonials would get shafted (nuBSG) whether by First War Models which are pretty much walking tanks, or by the Second War Models who somehow managed to fit a dimension full of ammo in their arm guns while also being fast as shit.
