Asking how people felt working with each other is most likely the boringest question to ask in an interview. I'm still waiting for that one moment the actor actually says it was horrible.
i dont know why the interviewer didnt ask any question to actor byung. he deserves much attantion and he is finest actor of all korean actors. even though he is not a hollywood sort of actor.
ikr! I as a non Korean was expecting to at least ask him a couple of questions instead he ignored this veteran actor and the other actor at the back!!!?!Also his questions were very shallow, typical and non informative
The interviewer asks about if they support animal rights and animal activists, but all the actors even the director go around the question. I thought that maybe they are trying not to give away too much about the movie, but maybe they just don’t want to start something to controversial considering that people eat animals all over the world but especially America. It kinda made me upset to think that after creating such an amazing movie based on an animal being tortured after being taken away from her home and Mija, that no one had anything to say about how this is occurring now.
May-Oh. P go to part 3 in this website. Bong jokes about how they’re gonna eat meat for dinner after production. To sum it up i’d say the movie IS inclided towards animal activism but fir some reason ( i totally agree with you) the producer himself Bong is actually not even an animal activist.? maybe he put himself in the eye of one instead.. i’ve searched up everything to do with activism and the actors but i have seen no sign, they acted for a movie supporting animal rights sadly lets just put it at that :( www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/ahn-seo-hyun-okja-breakout-acting-a-cg-animal-learning-tilda-swinton-1017427
@@zoobiedk5442 this is pretty late but the movie is more towards the treatment and cruelty of animals being slaughtered rather than being cruelty free. If it was I really don't think they would showcase Mija and the grandpa eating meat. So basically their technically advocating for better treatment for animals as foods and being treated the most humane way.
In another interview Director Bong said that he doesn't want to answer the questions about environmentalism and animal activism because he wants people to draw their own conclusions from the film, not ones that he plants in their minds. So I would suppose that's why the actors dance around the question as well, so as not to influence people to think the way they do.
epakerd exactly, and even if okja dies in the end, its at her home with mija that she can die happily and not in someones plate. And atleast she saved a baby pig
hottyloxie I get it I've been a vegetarian for awhile now and there was some scenes that I had to skip. Tbh I just watched it for Jake, but I feel like this movie is great for showing how the meat industry is.
so cool to hear three languages going at once

Steven Yeun lives in United States when he was kid, despite his English very good
@@americagreatagain818 they said byun, the actor who played mija's grandfather and sadly passed away a couple of years ago.

I wonder how many Devon fans are from #The100 ;)
Actually we're from #DiaryOfAWimpyKid
three languages in one translation kinda made my head hurt
What about Devon Bostick? :(
Tilda Swinton is always holding her co-star's hands whenever she's with them
okja made me kinda sad because their wasn't really a happy ending ...
hottyloxie it is called reality. Get used to it or change it.
Okja got to go back home at least

French are so stubborn to accept English as a international language. Making this potentially good interview complete mess.
Ooh they pronounced gyllenhaal wrong. I understand how he must have felt😬
As well as Yeun.
뒤에 웬 존잘이 있길래 누군가 한참 들여다 봤더니 더백에 재스퍼로 나오는 분인듯...
the100에서 jasper로 나온 배우요 본명은 모르겠어요~
eiii why he missed devon ?? :x
They need dubbing for Korean director and actor, except Steven Yeun.
And dub for French guy when he interviews all people
Lilly didn't even have much lines in the movie
i'm dizzi with the two languages
#IARA
Please mute the other languages. Keep English on. It's a mess when you keep both audio on. We can't here anything.
황금종려상 ㄱㄱ
This is not good, they mixed French, English, Korean
Korean to English to French, back to English than Korean.
they look so awkward. I don't think they're close enough.
rosey _ i think it is because of the languages barrear...
