the problem in video games doesn't come from the game testing, but more from the fixing side.
it costs a lot of time, and studios have deadlines, so they are required make some priority for the worst ones
and maybe later in a patch the little ones will be fixed (that's why i don't buy big games D1)
I haven't encountered these literally at all but I do a lot of stealth and didn't try this much to exploit the games physics mid battle so to me, it's been a great game. These also aren't exactly bugs...they're just bad AI

Literally had the same thought, such a tired combat style. Not sure how much of it is down to AI limitations, but they really need to up the response time and fluidity. At this point it’s so stale and I haven’t enjoyed the combat style for years and years, especially after souls and other sword-based games that are of much higher quality.

This could be linked back to one of dunkey's csgo videos where he regarded having something make your month is far inferior to having something make you a pizza. This also shows the value of pizza to humans and the spiritual connection they have with them. To them pizza is life, pizza is love, pizza is friend.
