Foot cleanse remedy 1:
Fill a tub with warm water
Dip your feet in it and soak for 10 mins
Take the pumice stone
Rub your heels and toes with it
Scrub both your feet thoroughly
Wash off
Dry your feet and put the banana mix on your heels and toes
Let it stay on for some time, and then wash off
Foot cleanse remedy 2 :
Scrub your feet as shown in the previous remedy
Take some coconut oil in your palm and rub on your heels and toes
Rub it into your skin
Cover your feet with a pair of clean socks
