I watched nearly all your videos today! I have a suggestion. You should show how to use the remedies you make. for example use the scrub on your feet and show the routine as well. I am sure it works much better
Great idea! I use it for feet by mixing 3/1 three tablespoons arm and hammer baking soda to one part water (purified). Massaging on feet. I like the recipe of the sea salt and peppermint essential oil.
Hey If you dont have sea salt then u can use normal salt or sugar! Sugar works very well u can also use coconut oil or almond oil if u dont have Olive oil i used vegetable oil before it works u can also use baby oil! And u dont really need the peppermint extract but if you do want to use it u can i didn't use it and it still worked for me! Hope this helps you
Frequent showers and baths helps eliminate bad odour also....:p Thank you for this video! Making home made salt/oil scrub now :) *can I use regular Kosher Table Salt instead of Sea Salt? I don't have Sea Salt at the moment*
Can you tell me if ground coffee would be a good exfoliator for the body? Is it gentle enough? Or is it too rough? I was thinking of combining coffee grounds with honey to exfoliate my body.
***** I think I wouldn't want to use baking soda because it has a high pH and when that dissolves on the skin with water it can be drying and irritating.
Lovely demonstration
Thank you

why ur using brown sugar and essential oil
brown sugar is a good bit abrasive, while also water soluble, so it will exfoliate the skin.
