Nice....I like to see demonstration too but the tips are still good,I guess I'm spoiled with watching other videos.....I love coconut oil for a few uses.I'm going to sleep with it on my feet with the socks....why not??? I like my feet warm when I sleep so I put cream,instead I'll put coconut oil....thank you.
