The Wallke H7 AWD ebike has a pretty darn large battery stored in the "correct" place on the bike for weight distribution, and it powers a set dual motors on mag wheels. Lightweight isn't an adjective I'd use to describe this electric bike... but fun, fast, and long range are accurate words to describe this lithium ion powered machine.
✅ My #1 Favorite Ebikes w/ pedals:
This is like the "Trophy Truck" of ebikes, like a pick-up truck with a nitrous switch, huge and has ridiculous power, big 26" off road tires, and big plush suspension... you'll get more smiles per gallon instead of miles per gallon, don't watch this if you aren't prepared to drop $2k today:

Your regular route is *extremely* valuable - it's one of the things that makes your channel stand out from the millions of identical enthusiastic shills. That said, including the extended hill section was super interesting and useful info.... would be good to see bikes that pass your short 20% grade test getting the extended hill test so we can see if they're reliable for us folks who live in hilly places. Btw, there's no reason you can't integrate exploring new places in between regular route sections. Anyway, thanks for your work man 👊... And petrol is about 3X what you guys are paying over here in the UK🎉
Agreed 💯
Cali usually has the record for petrol.
Yup would work out to £8 a gallon ish. I ride my 1500w ebike all around the country it's brilliant. If I lock it at legal speeds I can do 100 mile range.
@@General1Cal wtf is petrol, do you mean GAS
In USA price is: dollars per US gallon.
If You calculate, UK has nearly twice more expensive fuel
As a person who sits in front of their computer all day I am getting an ebike and we'll see if this "outside" is all it's cracked up to be!
Funny
You also have to touch grass, that's how you get the superpowers.
There are too many angry car drivers
The graphics are good and you don't need an expensive gpu 😅
I've lived at the same house for a decade and I just found a dope path on the ocean with crazy sunsets that's less than a mile away. I never drive that way, so I've never seen it. Its now my new joint spot so yes, get a bike and explore!
Love the new route, please do more route changes in the future. Hello from Ontario, Canada.
Sarnia ,Ont. also here!!
@@kdscrapping4452 I dated a nice lady from Sarnia! I live in Michigan, eh! 😊
@@ChristmasEve777 Hey !!
Dude, love your channel. I’ve become interested in searching for an E-bike and your channel keeps popping up. Your enthusiasm is infectious and your reviews are top notch. Love it!
Nice tour! You really put this bike through the test. I like this bike. Thanks Matt.
I Loved your energy and personality in this vid man, keep having fun
Been waiting for this
This dude here is funny as all get out and his reviews are crazy entertaining and informative. Love it!
This was the best bike review I've ever seen - you went everywhere - serious hills, beaches, highways - used all motor modes, brake tests - interesting narration all the way about the LA region - just frick'n awesome - made me want this bike & see this city - dude, you could work for LA county bureau of tourism & in any serious bike manufacturer's R&D - really appreciate your efforts & attention to detail - thanks - new sub!
Thanks for the great review I will purchase one through your link I have been waiting for a dual motor step through it checks all my boxes.
As much as seeing the same route is cool and gives a certain comfortable feeling of familiar sights... I loved the new routes! Definitely would like to keep seeing new sights. But mix in the original route some too! And always love the personal bits and your sense of humor 😆
Nice route, something scenic was fun to watch, not that I mind the California incline. lol. Thanks for your content. I purchased a Wired Freedom partly due to your review. thanks for the content
Love your reviews. Explains what each bike will and will not do. Thanks!🚴💥😎
I really like you took this bike on a long range ride I've been shopping around for a ebike that has a battery that can take a beating and go the distance with throttle definitely helped me decide I have this ebike on the top of my list on my decision 🙏
very impressive bike... Thanks for the review!
Just ordered this bike For myself and my Dad. Looking forward to it!
Thanks for your posts on the bikes...I got a cheaper "out road" after losing my car in a head on...have a new car but will still use e bike for local shopping and just fun
I love the new route!
Hey, I remember seeing your review of the Aipas A6 Cargo Ebike, I was wondering if you ever plan on reviewing the Aipas A2 Folding Ebike.
Loved the new route as it really put this bike through a variety of terrains. I've got a Wired Freedom but if I were to get a second bike this would be it. It's perfect for camping or hunting/fishing with the power, suspension and hauling capabilities.
I like the Mix of the new Off Road Bike Path, Michiganja here
Seems like a well made commuter/shopper bike.
L.A. Spring Water...Yum!
Loved that route
I love you going too a different place especially on the ebike with huge batteries. I am wanting a second ebike the Wallke H9 for distance ✌️
Great video. Wish you would review the wallke x3
Hey, I really appreciate your reviews! The views and scenes are so interesting:). In digging into what e-bike I want to buy, I discovered my biggest concern is the battery cells inside the battery pack. I'd love to have you include the name brand of the battery cells if you can on all the bikes you review. For instance, I love the Wallke H7, but worried about the battery. Also, if you have any recommendations about replacing lower-end battery with a battery packs that has one of the big 5 battery cell makers batteries/cells...i.e Sony or Panasonic. Again, thank you!
Wallke bikes are awesome ❕
Looks like a great bicycle, thank you for the video, always look forward to them .👍👍
This is my favorite test
Nice bike!!
The OG route is indeed handy and fun to try and recreate with GTABikeV but I do dig this new route too! I want to try and get out that way this year at some point and ride on these amazing trails. My city has a fairly decent trail system but being land locked, pretty much everything looks the same and is relatively flat. super jealous of all the terrain types and views out there!
Did you just troll shoo the chit back with your tire spinning😂
new circuit obviously a stronger test for a bike that can handle it. 1 mile in sand also a hard test (would crush all other challenges on usual route). Bike looks good, basically. Heavy is very tough to take offroad because of possible obstacles needing a lift over. You did a good job with handling, again a good reflection on the bike.
New route! 🤯
So much to like about this bike. I wish it had mounts for a front rack, tilting seat to make removing the battery easier and (for me) 3" street tires.
Curious to see how this will compare to the dual motor Aniioki coming out in May.
Good changeup
Grin posted a series/talk about dual motor setups which would be good for you to check out. Really dives deep into the pros and cons. Generally speaking, though, if you have dual motors, run them both together all the time.
😢😢
I have the H9 and its amazing.
whats the total range before charging?
On throttle alone?
@@kenmonroe35 yes. Thinking of carrying a second passenger, so there would be basically no pedal assist. 130lbs scooter plus 100 lbs girl + 170 lbs me. 400 lbs to pedal is no joke.
Do you have a suspension seatpost for your H9? Because I like the mechanics of the Suntour Suspension type but it would be a hassle to raise the seat every time you want to remove the battery. I dont really like the cheap coil suspension.
I have the stock seat.
Bro is almost at 100k
Los Angeles is looking as beautiful and sketchy as always.
i prefer a bit larger tires but i am very impressed on the range all the way from home base to baldwin hills then west to venice beach then back.
The 40amp hour battery is sick, if you use rear motor only on electric only you are getting 60 miles of range basically
Will you do a Fucare bike review?
Seeing your videos really makes me want to move down to socal. There are so many places to see and cool trails to ride. Always wanted to ride in the LA River where they filmed the race in Grease
After that fantastic climb I think this may be THE ONE for me under $2K
Been looking at this bike for one i can actually pedal. I have the Motor Goat v3 but it's not a pedal bike. I like this cause you can pedal and it's got long range and speed. It's really a nice bike, built in rack and all.
Can anything make the motor goat a pedal bike?
This looks like a pretty terrible bike for pedaling though. Ghost pedaling past 17 mph on the video and the bottom-of-the-line tourney derailleur and a cadence sensor. RipCurrent S has 1/2 the battery and one motor but no ghost pedaling and a great torque sensor. Almost certainly a better pedaling bike.
@@stevendennis9417 Never said it was the BEST pedalac bike out there. Did I? I said it was much better for pedaling than the 50mph bike I have, I dont need high end pedaling. I want low end cruising. There are certainly better bikes then the Ripcurrent, I would buy the Racer before that. If I remember correctly, the Current doesn't even have half the battery capacity, but cost more.. I specifically said I like this bike because it has long range, built in rack & the dual motors are a bonus. It's a low end bike that you can cruise around pedaling, still get some exercise & do little errands around town. Juice Bikes are 💩
@@andyfumo8931 Are you asking if it has a pedal option? Because you can buy those bikes without pedals, just have foot pegs instead. If you're asking about anything to make the bikes better for pedaling, then no, not really. They are moped style ebikes, they have big, wide moto style seats, and they are just not the best option for pedaling. Honestly, though, when you get on it, you're not going to want to pedal. Haha they have so much torque and power that you just mash the throttle right away. You CAN pedal though.. I should say that, you can definitely pedal. You can tame the power output and cruise, but you are not in the best position for a long trip.
Do you have a review on the H9 or could you do one, ugh I’ve been searching a e-bike for two months now, I’ve only got one shot so don’t wanna get the wrong one, I need big range and this seems like it’s got the power I’ll need, trying to decide between walkie and aniioki dual motor, is their anything else I should consider with long range, anything you’d prefer over walkie and aniioki or are these the top range bikes? I just cruise and ride like you do, js to give you an idea, I really hope you’ll give me some advice, idk anyone that has a e-bike to ask anything about them
Love your reviews with all these bikes. My main concern is not the speed, power or size. I'm just worried about the bike getting stolen. Sadly, when I lived overseas, I never had a problem with leaving my bikes anywhere. Here in the US, I can't even count how many bikes I've lost. No matter where I parked or what kind of locks and security I used, a thief will find a way to get it. I think besides upgrading motors, frames, gears, etc., security should be at the top of the list. These bikes cost $1000 or more after all. Thank you for another great review.
I added zero deductible insurance for my Juiced bike to my home insurance for $10 a month.
Change of scenery especially during the next few months would be great.
can you review the aipas M2 Off-Road
I may need to get one. I was told this is better than Aniioki.
You can get the 60AH H9 for $1799 with $300 off code
I'm guessing that using both motors easy will give better mileage than just rear pushing front turned off?
What if the front hub motor go out will the rear hub motor still work. What shops can I take it to to get it fix if 1 of the hub motors go out ?
Hi, I've been wanting to tell you, I've learned that regular gloves won't help you with broken wrists when falling on a bike at speed. You need ones with hard skid pads to lessen the blow impact...
Just a FYI, since your risk may be greater on reviews.
Make a review of the HappyRun G100 plsssss
Welp...now you have to go do all the bikes over on the new route too. You brought this on yourself :)
If you're looking for a similar bike with similar range under $1K then consider the Romatlink Dolphin. Of course, that price difference will come with big compromises but it folds, has a huge 30A battery and a REAL 60 mile range with pedaling.
12:28 the kids lol ❤
These Ebikes are crazy. 😅
Not living in a city, this would be great with a larger tire
This bike is really cool but according to website the rear motor only version puts out higher peak, which should equal higher top speed. Just not as quick as awd
Im 149 lbs i hope that aids my ebike range and speed, ive never been this light but it makes me want to go electric, i really want to get my gas scooter running i miss it dearly, i hope its not got a crack in thr head gasket
Excellent video. Great bike. Q: How do they get around the 750 law rule with the 1000w rear hub motor. Educate me please. I have researched the laws somewhat. The feds state 750w max. Walke's website say it is legal. So how do I explain it to the police if I get stopped!!!! I'm saying I like this bike very very much but ........
could u please revue Vamos EL Doublez thanks
If it has fat tyres + a double-shock suspension in the back, then it needs a Saxon-Motodd suspension in the front to avoid tank-slapper events.
Tourney + mass of the bike is a breakage waiting to happen, it needs an immediate upgrade.
Just my 2 cents as a 2-wheeled-vehicle mechanic.
What is a tank slapper event?
@@stevendennis9417 "tank slapper" is a rapid uncontrollable front wheel self-steering/oscillation side-to-side. The "speed wobbles" that get so bad on motorbikes that the handlebars start to slap the fuel tank, hence the term "tank slapper".
The WALLKE h6 max 48v 40 ah battery is not a Samsung. Does that mean I will have to replace it in 1 year? Also where can you find a battery like like since the WALLKE website doesn’t even sell it. Amazon Canada is selling the h6 max bike for 1699 cad + 300 for shipping. I really want to buy it but scared cause the battery is a no name brand.
Which riverbed are you riding Rio Hondo ?
I have a Wallke H6 that died after only 1 1/2 years and 2283 miles. The company would do nothing to help with repair even though the bike was out of warranty for only 6 months. I'm not sure what I can do to repair the bike without buying new parts from the Wallke company only to have a bike that will last less than 2 years. Notably, 90% of the miles were street miles on paved streets, with no mountain trails.
Can you do ouxi v8 or v20
Not for me I think I’m going for a Billy Goat
Tough call, i think the Ghost Cat is going to be a better hill climber.
Ecells fivestar all day
@@blown9646 I like how you can get upgraded suspension on the e cell right out of the box, but you still have to ditch those stupid BMX bars and convert it back to a mountain bike.
I almost got the GOAT. It is a nice looking bike but the way laws are going and the heat us e-bikers are getting from the popo lately made it a big pass for me as some cops Will harass and give you a bad day if it looks like a motorcycle and not an electric bike if this makes sense:)
@@JCIIIBULLET E bIke restrictions getting worse all the time in the UK now along with e scooter and unicycles e folding bikes banned from bus/tram/train. Insanity!!

What is the number for the website to buy the bike?
Halo
I intend to buy this bike, and from the explanation and watching the video, are there any spare parts for this bike? I searched on Amazon and Google and did not find anything related to this bike.
If you have addresses or locations for spare parts for this machine, please send me these addresses or locations
All thanks and respect to you
I wish you a good and beautiful day

I got the H9, coming in May!
13:53 anyone know what that buzzing noise is when he pulls the break? Sounds like an electric bubbling noise.
Left, back break, is making the noise it looks like.
What’s also next ? for big power ? The Eahora 2 52v AWD 😊
This brand has cheap Chinese batteries that are not UL certified. They intentionally misspell Samsung when posting their products on Amazon. And I bet they put a wad of cash in there with the bike for you to overlook 😂
It will barely carry the spare battery! I have a question though; why do all ebike reviews have the headlight pointed to the sky instead of the road??
I cant believe they didn't include a brake light on a commuter bike. Lectric has crappy light on all their bikes but to not include a brake light is negligent.
There is a brake light.. No blinkers though.
I'm concerned if I buy a bike online, I'll have trouble getting it fixed. Would anyone be willing to give me some advice. Ty.
Yes. Call around to all the bikes shops near you before you purchase. Chances are there is one someplace that will do any ebike. While there were plenty around me that won't, I found two that will. Invest in a rack so you can get it there.

Интересно, для чего такая толстая рама? При том что батарея не спрятана в ней..
We have different definitions of affordable when it comes to ebikes, lol
It might be good value given the specs but it's still 1900 bucks
you get what you pay for
Need you to re-evaluate what affordable is. $1899? I would say sub-$1000 would be more affordable.
"what is wrong with me"
A lot
Needs a rear view mirror.
Wonder when munincipalities are going to stop persecuting users of these.
How is that a bike? The wheel alone weighs 18 pounds? 90 pounds total? You couldn't pedal that thing uphill, you couldn't even pedal it on the level. That is an electric motorcycle, and should fall under all the same requirements and regulations. Hope it doesn't burn your hose down.
By law, in every state in the US it is an ebike. What is the point of having ebikes if they are built exactly the same as regular bikes? They weigh more, they go faster, they have a motor and battery. That is what an ebike is. I am confident the world, and your mind, can tolerate the concept of both regular bikes and ebikes.
@@justinwhite2951 Remember gasoline mopeds? Little motorcycles masquerading as bicycles. They became a real nuisance and danger until the laws caught up with them. Then they disappeared. E-bikes are exactly the same, except an e-bike is much more likely to explode in flames.
@@utoob7361 While I agree that regulations will catch up (and are currently) with bikes, the gas mopeds were loud and inefficient. Ebikes are here to stay in one form or another. But first, you must accept that they are different than regular bikes and that they exist.
Too bad once you buy the bike your on your own. No warranty help and a fake UL certification💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
🤣
I need the phone number so I can purchase the bike
Pathetic range for a 40 Ah battery. Dual motors is a gimmick.
Better option??
odd, this isnt affordable compared to most dual motor ebikes, talk about grab words that are a straight up lie
true
