- To take down a corrupt record executive, the LEVERAGE team infiltrates the world of country music and inadvertently turns Eliot into a genuine country music star. John Schneider (Smallville, Dukes of Hazzard) guest stars. Christian Kane sings a song that he wrote with Blair Daly called "Thinking of You." The song will be available on iTunes immediately after the episode airs on July 18, 2010.

This song is so inspirational for us Ole dogs that have all but given up.

Parker acting like a proud sister. Nate and Sophie like a proud mother and father and then Hardison as the arrogant brother but still proud. Perfect scene.

It’s always fun when they reveal hidden facets to Eliot. He’s not just a guy who punches other guys - he’s crazy smart, understands horses, appreciates the finer details of professional fighting, is a culinary master, understands art history & fashion, and has musical training.
He could just sing nursery rhymes and look beautiful; that would be enough!!!💖
One of my favorite scenes and episodes from Leverage. Eliot getting to sing this song feels like a callback and resolution to him having to leave his first love from the "The Two-Horse Job" in the first season. Parker gets to act weird (or is she really just her being herself, lol) when they visit the studio AND we watch her pickpocket an entire bar. Nate and Sophie looking on with pride, while Hardison bickering with Eliot and his "Pitchy" singing in the recording studio was classic Eliot and Hardison. Such a fun episode.

Good day, "Leverage" ISN'T coming back. They're making a show called "Leverage" but, it won't have Timothy Hutton as 'Nate' and only RARE appearances of 'Hardison'. Don't get me wrong, I have all 5 seasons and binge watch it at LEAST once a month, but not having these 2 there would be like rebooting 'Seinfeld' without Elaine, Kramer or George.

This episode and the one with Alec playing Sherazade are my favorite. Christian has an Amazing voice.

Funny story: my wife and I were watching "The Fiddle" episode of Leverage, and heard this song, and she thought it was a voice-over, but I insisted that it was a legitimate vocal by Christian. At the time, I had absolutely no idea he was an actual recording artist. Can't wait to let her know I was right.
I'm not a country fan, per se, but I may just have to check up on more of his music. I know this particular song is fantastic, especially acoustic.

I could scream that Leverage is gone. Leverage-Redemption (2022) has given me back my faith in writers and producers. I wish they would being this show back. I LOVE Christian Kane!

I like this clip, because even though in real life he is also a singer in the show you'd never see that coming. His character a roughneck hitter singing a country love song the writers took it to a whole new level there. Using his character in the show and his real life talent as a singer and bringing the 2 together amazing i hate that they ended the show especially after 5 seasons

Christian Kane outclasses everyone on this show acting wise, plus he can sing. I became a fan when he was on Angel. Man it was amazing
he's just the most well known besides hutton but all of them can act and act pretty good. To say he outclasses everyone there is a bit of a stretch......they worked so well with each other Leverage just looked natural

Loved this show...although I think Hardison and Sophie both seemed to be able to do a wide range of characters in their "cons". Really though, they are all pretty good in my opinion and I agree that they should have more roles.
Also, the actor who portrays Hardison has been in the last couple of episodes of the AMC series TURN, and it looks like he may become a regular on it at least for a while. Not trying to advertise or anything, but fans of Leverage might enjoy seeing something else he is performing in.
