What's Doctor Who without the monsters? IMO still a good show though not as interesting.
After the gallery of villains, I like how you featured those who appear as monsters but possess as much humanity as we do, if not more so. They are a part of why Doctor Who is so good.
I hate good wizards in fairytales, they always turn out to be *him*
