Kenzie and Valeria, What you're referring to is called a pallete knife. Usually Michaels sells them for cheap. They're by the tubed paint and paintbrushes.
If you are watching on a computer (as opposed to a mobile device), I would suggest using RUclips's speed feature, which you can access by clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the video. If you watch the video in 1.25x or 1.5x speed you may find it a bit more satisfying! :)
