- It's finally that time! We put William Afton on trial for his crime, but now it is time to do the same for his son! Michael Afton is finally facing consequences for his actions! While we are the first to do it, it's probably because I am just weird.. Welp, let's put one of #fnaf most influential characters under the spotlight of the legal system!

Wouldn't Michael also be charged with Manslaughter as well? Since he accidentally killed his brother
could be aggravated manslaughter since he actively put his brothers life at risk.
Happened when he was a minor so it wouldn’t be taken into account

So, to clarify, Jeremy was a separate person from Micheal. There was Jeremy, who switched to the dayshift and got bit, and Micheal, who went by Fritz Smith since Micheal was most likely legally declared dead.
Jeremy wasn't actually bit! In help wanted he goes home after that shift and feels like he's being watched the entire time. Either the bite didn't happen then, or he was a witness, oddly enough

Objection your honor, Mr. William Afton does not meet the definition of 'dead' for the defendant to be charged in the crime of 'corpse burning' 🧐 I move to dismiss this unfounded charge.
wait when was the crime of corpse burning stated? the only crime pertaining to a corpse was abuse of one, which in all honesty is a weird name for not reporting the bodies
This is a hell of a mistrial.
There are certain things you definitely can't do in court and one of them is stating that you have an alternate motive for charging someone, especially in relation to an unrelated case to those charges.
But eh I could be wrong, I'm not a lawyer so.
This is just very very very cursory knowledge I've got.

@@paleodon6896 We can neither charge Micheal because he's dead after Fnaf 6 in canon. This is not about literal logic to begin with.
1:53 That was Jeremy Fitzgerald, though. Given context clues in that game and FNaF 1, it seems most likely that Jeremy, the guy who did that shift and then got moved to the day shift, is the one who got bit in 1987, thus making it highly unlikely that Mike was there that night. Plus, his Security Logbook _heavily_ implies that 1993 was his first time being employed at Freddy's.

Why is murder up there? The bite of 83 would be labeled as a freak accident.
Also, Jeremy Fitzgerald and fritz smith were confirmed as different people as Jeremy was on the day shift at that point. In fnaf 3 we didn't play as Michael the player character died in the fire though he could be the one who started the fire from the outside. But in the end, none of this matters since the court has no legal jurisdiction over the dead/undead, and no punishment given even if the court overstepped its bounds would be effective as the undead are immortal and they can't die a second time.
in fnaf 3 we were michael
(My Take) Convictions of Michael Afton based on the Games and Books:
Third Degree Murder by Proxy (Bite of '83.)
Psychological Abuse (Bullying his Brother.)
Psychological Torture (Bullying his Brother.)
Forced Confinement (Bullying his Brother.)
False Imprisonment (Bullying his Brother.)
Child Neglect (Bullying his Brother, and leaving him at Fredbear's.)
Unintentional Abuse of a Corpse (Multiple Counts)
Negligence (Multiple Counts) (This means he failed to alert authorities about the suspicious condition of the animatronics.)
Destruction of Property (Multiple Counts) (Tampered with Animatronics and got Fired.)
Identity Theft (Two or More Counts) (He used fake last names like "Schmidt" or "Smith" to cover up his real last name of "Afton". Also once used "Fritz" instead of Michael.)
Obstruction of Evidence (Multiple Counts) (He unintentionally helped his father cover up his crimes.)
Arson (Allegedly set fire to the Fazbear's Fright location, in an attempt to redeem his actions and kill his father.)
First Degree Attempted Murder (Same with the arson charge, attempted to kill his father.)
Also, if I were to recommend a video idea, how about suing Fazbear Entertainment?
You might be thinking, “We already have the Founders locked up!” Although that is true, Fazbear Entertainment has shown to have a CEO, who seems to be responsible for all the corporate corruption and greed within the company. Proof of this is found within the game ending newspapers found in fnaf 1 and 2, maybe more references in other games. Either way, Fazbear Entertainment has been under new management, considering how they later formed a Mega Pizzaplex, as well as making gags from their dark past to attempt to make it like a joke. One such example, hiring Scott Cawthon, an Indie Developer, to make games to attempt to make people think they are just fantasies.
What else have they done wrong? Covering up everything as mentioned earlier, using them for marketing appeals, cutting corners for more revenue, reducing customer and worker safety to save cash, almost ALWAYS saying they are not liable for anything to avoid lawsuits, they also even cover up anything left of you if you die, like how the fnaf 1 call says.
Tell me what you think of this idea.
Shhh you're going to spoil an upcoming video...
@@Sandwichly Crap, sorry your honor!

Would you consider doing one but with Circus Baby? The same certain animatronic that ripped poor Mike's insides out?
He is dead, he is just a walking corpse, he doesent care if he breaks the law anymore, plus when he accidentally killed his brother, his dad made nightmarish animatronics to scare michael as a punishment, so he allready got charged by that crime

WE NEED TO DO GREGORY NEXT! But heck.. if anything let’s see.. from the different endings we can hopefully agree his charges would be:
Arson, the fire ending
A degree of murder, he made staff bots rip Vanny apart-
Trespassing, no faz pass!
Possible identity thief, saying as his name might not be Gregory and he could be lying-
Damaging personal property, the animatronics he destroyed maybe?!
(Comment down below any I might have missed!)
Breaking and Entering
Tampering with an Animatronic
Destruction of Private Property
Wth would his name not be Gregory? He stuttered when he said it sure but that doesn't mean jack
And killed the 3 therapist as ggy but it will be dismissed cause he was controlled or mentally manipulate to kill people by vanny and giltch trap/mimic
OBJECTION!
To start your honor, in the fire ending, it is clearly seen in security footage that GLAMROCK FREDDY is the one that started the fire, not Gregory. My client doesn't even own a lighter nor does security camera footage show that at any point did he have a lighter. I request that these charges also be dismissed, your honor.
Second off, in the ending he makes staff bots kill Vanny, it was previously shown that Vanny had the staff bots rip apart Glamrock Freddy, the closest thing Gregory had to a guardian at the time. After which she chased him until he was in a corner, where his only chance of survival was to turn the staff bots against her or die. This is a simple case of self-defense and I request these charges also be dismissed, your honor.
Third off, the identity theft charge is a baseless accusation without any proof to back it up. May you dismiss these charges, your honor.
Fourth off, it was shown that the whole time my client was attempting to leave the premises; meanwhile having 3 animatronics attempting to maim and/or murder him. Also, my client was locked inside the building and had attempted to leave the premise and being prevented by doing such by the door shutters. So, it's shown that my client didn't even want to be here, also I request that we investigate why the place is open until 12:00 AM despite most kids likely leaving around 9:00 PM, and for these charges to be dropped also your honor.
And to finish off, as I stated before. the properties he destroyed were actively chasing and attempting to harm and/or kill him, so as with the charge of "murdering" Vanny, it was an act of self-defense.
I rest my case, your honor.

Jeremy Fitzgerald is a reoccurring character in fnaf lore. It wasn't Michael. Jeremy was the victim of the bite of 87
The withered animatronics are broken in a way that suggests that Fazbear Entertainment tried to remove the bodies without dismantling the robots so that they could still use them for parts, as pointed out by someone I forgot the name of. After this, the likely disposed of the bodies. I got this from the "did fazbear entertainment find the bodies" video by the guy I was talking about.
Honestly, I think William afton did the most worst crimes.
Another Awesome Video, I'm Glad ur channel has grown so much man
That was intense. Why cant court hearings irl be this interesting? XD
Plot twist: Henry uses the Uno reverse and burns everything down
5:58 wasn't he trying to release the souls of the animatronics (or maybe even self defense)
Same here he was TRYNA DO GOOD
you most sus but Michael afton 100% safe
4:02 the bodies were removed by this point why would they redesign the suits and then out the bodies which are known to bleed through the costumes back in
The video was very fun to watch and the editing was top tier! Yes there are some errors or things missing but its still a very entertaining video, also, Fnaf lore is extremely confusing
Michael is exactly like his dad

2. Is purple
3. Because his dad died in an animatronic
4. He died because animatronic inside him

Love this please continue stuff like this
Fnaf 2 was one of the only games where Michael Afton has no part
micheal is my favorite character in the series tbh
The murder charge would be wiped from his criminal record due to him being a minor at the time and it being manslaughter
Sandwichly, I HAVE A OBJECTION TO HENRY'S ARREST:
Henry was just the owner of fazbear entertainment, but but we know there was 2 owners, the co-owner William and the owner Henry, William Killed Henry's daughter and he had a suspicion William had killed her. WILLIAM'S DESIRE TO KILL WAS NOT FORMED BY HENRY ENCOURAGING HIM BUT BY THE DEATH OF HIS OWN CHILDREN 1 FROM CIRCUS BABY (Williams robot) AND 1 FROM A MALFUNCTION IN A ROBOT DESIGHNED BY THEM BOTH, SOWILLIAMS DESIRE TO KILL WAS NOT FUELLED BY HENRY
1:50 in games we actually don't get the memo about place being locked, the only memo we get is "welcome to the family"
So it seems there going to charge Henry next he is a good guy in Series but not entirely, you see William had killed kids, but Henry (even though not directly) killed his own employees, placing them as a night guard in his dangerous pizzerias. He knows that something is wrong with animatronics and yet he still sends people who may have just wanted a normal job in grave danger . Plus he tells his employees that nothing is wrong and basically straight up lies to them, he does not tell them the truth of the animatronics or that the animatronic want to literally kill them. Some other information is in Fnaf Pizza Simulator’s insanity ending where once you have seen the secret tapes the player get thrown into the back of van and sent to somewhere idk where but it is probably not pleasant since they are wearing a straight jacket. So yea that basically my Summary. :)
You forgot he killed his younger brother in FNAF 4
I swear you are doing the most zesty poses possible 💀
FATHERRRR DONT LEAVE ME HEREE! FATHER! FATHER!
heheehehehehehheehehhehehheh
I Declare Michael Afton, Not Guilty.
He killed his brother, sure, but he still had a lot of guilt from it. Plus, it was an accident.
And I love the plot twist:0
1:57 that phone call was in the summer while michael went there in a whole other season
One thing they didn't bring up was him putting his brother in the freadbear animatronic, would they not charge him for that or?
No because it was an "accident"
Thats fair.@@Sandwichly
The children's bodies weren't placed in the FNAF 1 animatronics, but in the Withereds (before they withered of course), the reason why the FNaF 1 animatronics are haunted is because parts of the Withereds were used for some parts for the animatronics. Micheal didn't use abuse corpses
“May I begin my opening statement.” FNAF security breach ad pops up
Michael never went to the Fnaf 2 location
Jeremy Fitzgerald is not Mike. I don’t think Fritz is Mike either but it makes more sense that jeremy
Idk Fritz can be Mike
Ideas if minecraft gameplay was charged for their crimes if mascot horror villains were charged for their crimes case 1 twisted alice from bendy and the ink machine case 2 mommy long legs from poppy playtime case 3 mr peterson from hello neighbor case 4 banban from garten of banban
About that one with the corpses... Well... Fazbear's Entertainment also did that when they reformed the Withereds. So, it could have been possible that they removed the corpses from the inside of the Animatronic, and as we all know, the corpses are not what makes the Animatronics move.
So, Michael is 100% not Guilty.
Agreed
Please do “We put Freddy Fazbear on trial for his horrible crimes” next after Henry it would be so funny
Your honor technically the "man" being suspected for these crimes is barely a man and had a bundle of like 5 to 6 people or 4 animatronics shoved down his throat and scooped. And hes purple

henry banned will from entering jr. and will was arrested but all charges were put down bc the bodies were not found
yeah the thing henry did was wrong not only did he found the bodies which would be enough evidence to convict william but henry didnt report it
Objection, your Honor!
About the impersonation charge, the accused Mr. Afton didn't impersonate Mr Fitzgerald. Mr Jeremy Fitzgerald was his own person and an employee of Fazbear entertainment. He couldn't come to testify today because of a tragic injury that happened on his workplace, in 1987.
The bite of 83 be like: 👁👄👁
Nice that this is left till 2023 because otherwise the arson wouldn’t count and you’d have to do this again
That was a good twist ending
Man michael doesnt deserve this. He set spirits free, even after someone killed him. He litterly went against his own father cuz hes a murderer.AND HE TOUCHED CHILDRENS BODIES TOO SET THERE SOULS FREE SND END SUFFERING. Therefore that part is justified. Id say he gets a small scentance only because most of his acts are justified
When i saw this , my immediate thought was "Odor" from FNaF 1
why did the murder charge get dropped? like the arson part I get, but murder?
Good grief Michael afton ain’t a villain he’s a protagonist for a reason
This would be good if it wasn’t all theories. There’s no proof at all he was in fnaf 2. If anything it’s more likely he wasn’t. Also despite the fandom agreeing on it Mike isn’t confirmed to be the main character in fnaf 1.
2:53 Fritz Smith is Mike, though. Not Jeremy Fitzgerald. Jeremy got bit by Mangle but survived, at the cost of losing his frontal lobe.
Michael smells bad because he's a walking corpse because ennard hid inside of his body
he does stink
Jermey was actually the person who was in fnaf 2
NOT THEM TRYING TO PUT HIM IN PRISON FOR SMELLING BAD- 😭
this trial is probably goofier than anything in a phoenix wright game.
lots and lots of issues but i feel this one is the biggest: being found not guilty of arson does not magically make a murder charge go away. by that logic a property owner could conspire to have someone killed by hiring a third party to kill them in a building fire then dropping the charge. completely ridiculous.
i would appreciate it if you talked to an actual lawyer for help writing the script, and maybe took yourself a bit more seriously. i mean jeez i'm not asking for a completely accurate trial that lasts for hours, but just something that at least makes sense.
I apologize that my video was too goofy and silly for your liking. This video was an attempt at satire and jokingly putting a video game character on trial. I also don't know a real human lawyer who would care enough to put this fictional video game character on trial. Google and the internet were used in the making of this specific video. I hope you find the video you were looking for.
