I wanted to honor Scooby doo by staying very true to the source material. As funny as fnaf and it’s dark lore can be, I wanted this to be appropriate for the younger fans of both FNAF and Scooby doo alike, because I feel like that’s what Scooby doo is all about! Introducing younger kids to horror and mystery and proving you don’t need excessive gore to make a compelling, dark and mysterious story!
@@eagtab i was honestly 50/50 till the end if you were going to put an actuall skull under the mask or make it just afton trying to scare people away xD
So this was entirely animated in Blender? It looks so...real, like they're actual puppets and actual miniature sets. That must have taken a long time. Honestly, respect.
I love how there's no blood, swearing or edgy humor. Some people would just make an adult parody but this feels true and faithful to the show. I love that!
I want to make a FNAF animation like this about kids that they're chased by Sprintrap (or other William form). The show will be something between Goonies and Kevin Home Alone.
@@Vvix0 In this version, there is no mention of the infamous murders and William Afton didn't suffer from the springlock failure, that would cause his body to be destroyed (+ Velma remove the head piece just fine). Becuase of this, there is simply no reason for blood to be there! You could even theorise it as Afton trying to scare away customers, by making it look like it's blood.
I had this playing on the tv on youtube and my Grandpa walked in and sat down saying, "I've never seen this episode before" I told him its an animated fan film and his eyes widened to the size of golf balls. He loves this and he said it reminds him of times when he'd sit infront of the tv when he was younger. Thank you for making this and keep up the good work man.
It’s a darn shame that this animation is going to be remembered mostly by the controversy it started rather than it’s actual content because this is one of the best and most unique FNAF fan animations out there
Tbf, I only heard about this animation because of the controversy, and it genuinely made my day. The video, I mean. Besides, with the way things are, it's probably better to not be involved in Hollywood.
@TheHigherUps. The creator used AI voices for Fred, Daphne, and Velma. Daphne's current voice actress was not too pleased with this information, and even after the creator apologized, is still trying to completly blacklist him from the animation industry. It's Twitter drama. What did you expect.
In a way, the controversy kind of helped him (although it probably ruined his view on Grey DeLisle). Before the whole Twitter thing, he had less than 500 subs, now he's at over 50K. If he's smart, he can use his channel to potentially make RUclips a real source of income with future projects.
It's not the animation or the AI or whatever else that blows me away. It's how you perfectly captured the feeling of that classic Scooby era. Truly magical.
How is it not the animation? making a digital animation look so much like stop motion is way more impressive then capturing the classic scooby doo era a book could do that and it has
Kept expecting it to get 'ironically gory' or edgy or something but instead it was an unironic straightforward emulation of old school Scooby Doo episode writing - which was charmingly refreshing. What an impressive project, all made in Blender. I knew about worthikids's Rankin Bass style stop motion blender vids, but the CG artifice of this this was so well hidden I didn't even know this was Blender until I saw the video description.
Robot Chicken is what soiled the feeling of this kind of animation parodying, to me. There was so much senseless edginess in it. Though alot of people love it, since it had a cultural impact I think.
@@Sadeness99Seriously. There's tasteful edginess and then there's edginess for the sake of it. Invincible has oodles of edginess, but it's tasteful. It isn't there just for excessive shock value that wears off because of overuse
@@wowalamoiz9489 I'm like bamboozled how you mentioned invincible while I was watching a clip of it the moment I got the notification. You're right too.
@@AlphaZeroX96 it all depends on how well written things are. Edgy could be used to define something as "dark but a bit cheesy", adult-themed with raunchy humor, or actually different and uniquely standing out from other stories in terms of it's dark or harder themes. That's what I think at least. Lots of meanings to the word than what most people think.
She's acting like a child over what is clearly a fan project that was made out of love instead of greed or hatred for the source material. She's a loser
@@halal_spider9722 The creator answered that but basically, Eagan wanted to create a horror animation that anyone could watch, especially the children since both Fnaf and Scooby-Doo have fans of all ages. Honestly, this is a breath of fresh air. Not only he stay true to the Scooby Doo animation (no really, damn, everything was on point, and the stop motion only added to its quality), but he also gave his own spin to the Fnaf side, turning into an old-school cartoon for kids (oh the nostalgia!). Nothing against the distorted/horror content around RUclips, there is plenty of high-quality content out there. But the thing is, the majority of it, barely asks if the viewer is 18+, and this is a problem for young ones. Don't forget about the fake kids channels too, sickening.
Yes, except that this is Freddy Fazbear’s pizza and not Fazbear’s fright. Because it’s not a place spring trap is supposed to be at the story for naff is not canon in this universe. Is it?
Yep, I saw "Created in Blender" at the end and was thoroughly blown away. Doing a 3D CG animation that looks like genuine stop motion while simultaneously remaining _completely_ faithful to the style of the traditionally-animated source material is no small feat. Those mediums are not interchangeable by any stretch of the imagination, yet this pulls it off perfectly.
And maybe a little bit to those who are fans of the whole Rankin Bass aesthetic. Just look at the animation for a moment. Doesn’t it look like it comes from a Rankin Bass movie?
This was so true to the spirit of the show! If you didn't know what Five Nights at Freddy's was you'd never realize it was a crossover. An obvious labor of love.
Agreed. I understand getting upset if small-time VAs get scammed out of their voices for actual money-makers, but not fan films and already-popular actors
The way this adapts the material of FNAF, recreates the vibe of Scooby Doo, and captures the magic of old stop motion movies is genuinely astounding. This is absolutely fantastic.
@@TomyDayosthat makes absolutely no sense to me especially since many studios have already shown they’re willing to utilize AI as well as CGI lookalikes for dead actors. They have budgets and resources, this guy didn’t. Would voice actors have been nice? Absolutely. Do I think it’s a cardinal sin to make an indie fan project by yourself or want to try something out for fun? No, I don’t.
@@TomyDayos Not blacklisted by Hollywood as a whole per say. Just blacklist by Daphne's VA, who's pretty prominent in animation. Dude might still make a career, but it won't be in any projects she's in.
The characters look so true to those old stop motion animations. The felt effect for the hair and fur is so detailed. The added sound effects, laugh track, and music from the original Scooby Doo really ties the nostalgia together.
Not only is this a hugely faithful rendition to the original scooby doo, it is very faithful to the FNAF franchise which is both awesome and respectable!
@@TheManinBlack9054 personally I’m not a huge fan (I’ve never actually played any of the games) but I am aware of its extensive lore (mostly because Game Theory put out a theory about it every other upload) so I think it’s awesome that this guy respected the lore of a children’s game enough to keep it relatively accurate and rather in depth with his portrayal. In other words the animator didn’t have to go so hard on the finer details but he did anyway and I have respect for that. Also as a side note I was never really interested in the game, I only followed it because I wanted to support MatPat’s channel.
@@TheManinBlack9054 huhh?? I think you're talking about security breach because the older games are DEFINITELY not kid friendly. The main antagonist (Purple Guy/William Afton) kills dozens of children and stuffs them into robot animal suits, and then he accidentally kills himself in a springlock suit (which makes your blood drown your voice out out your body as mechanical parts replace your actual organs, so you can't scream for help.) There's also other deaths such as Elizabeth (Afton's daughter) being shoved inside her favorite robot's stomach(said robot was meant to kill kids, which Elizabeth didn't know) and Elizabeth teaming up with 3 other robots to try to kill Afton, but they ended up killing her older brother Michael and didn't realize it. Also, Michael accidentally killed his younger brother (The crying child from FNaF 4) by shoving his head into his favorite animatronic's jaws, which was supposed to be a prank but the robot bit C.C's frontal lobe off. TLDR: There's tons of bloody and gruesome deaths in the FNaF franchise in general, and that's why it's rated 12+
@@TheManinBlack9054 And Scooby Doo is a kids' cartoon. What's your point? You're a kid, aren't you? Also, I'm pretty sure FNAF isn't for kids considering it has rotting human remains & many many dead kids.
I actually avoided this for a time thinking it was going to be one of those 'edgy', 'shocking' horrors. Instead it was perfectly in the realm of Scooby Doo and I now adore this as one of the best videos on youtube! You did a truly stellar job on this!
Like, the decision to remake the original Scooby-Doo intro in stop motion must've been an ambitious task in and off itself, but to make what is essentially an entire actual episode, complete with the proper music cues and laugh track... this is beyond talented. This is art, man.
Still haven't seen anyone point out how amazing it is that they replicated the look of old stop motion in Blender, this whole episode is CG animation. And unless you really know what to look for it's basically impossible to tell, great work!
This is genius. He changed everything that is dark to something light that fits with the formula of most Scooby doo episodes. Like the deadly springlock suit changed to just simple robot costume and William Afton being dead by the mechanicals to William Afton wearing a suit with metal like parts to mimic a robot like parts
@@Madbandit77 , they'd be found in some grandparents attic in rough shape, quickly sold and displayed either in some prissy millionares collection or at the Smithsonian. Kinda like the og Rudolph doll
The fact that you made this in blender instead of actually using stop-motion rigs is Miles more impressive considering how believable it looks like a stop-motion animation
9:25 3 people did very good job using Scooby-Doo characters impression voice, while they're using 4 voice Ai to voice Fred Jones, Daphne, Velma, and S.G. Kluger!
I'm actually shocked that this was done in Blender. Thought it was physical stop motion the entire time. Awesome job, and such a faithful recreation of the original!
The quality on its own is impressive! But to mimic stop motion so accurately in Blender? Imagine what this guy could do learning from the right mentor!
It’s perfect. Every last frame, down to the little VHS scratch marks. Everything fit, from the voice acting, the Rankin-Bass stop animation, to the lore friendliness. This kind of masterpiece comes only once in a blue moon and it makes me salivate wondering how this would have blown up if it came out five years earlier
Really love how this not only captured a legit old Scooby Doo episode but the animation itself really does nail the old Rankin Bass stop motions. Very impressive work!
it looks like all the old christmas movie stop motions. i ws even stareing at them thinking that they looked like them like someone found the old ones and redressed them
I’ll never understand why people hated this when it first came out. This is great, not only did you capture the same essence the original show had, but you even captured the same energy that those old stop motion Christmas Specials have
People were worried about job loss for me, not thee so suffering multi millionaire multi mansion hollywood vas who get paid 200k a year off royalties from 10 year old clips harassed him and sent mobs after this kid, a struggling down on his luck passionate kid. Well, any sympathy I had for the the strikers just went down the drain for targeting the gentleman who animated this. Not that I had much sympathy to begin with considering the hubris they had to demand influencers do this and that or don't do that or this.
@@Madison-iw8ix literally the entire point of the strike is because of studios using AI to replace writers and actors/living human beings who are struggling to make money because the studios don't want to pay them a living wage for doing their jobs. Combining Scooby Doo and FNAF makes a lot of sense. This feels a lot like a 70s Scooby Doo episode. Mystery Incorporated is very cute in a stop motion style.
This full length animation crosses 3 things from my childhood beautifully. Not only does it combine Scooby Doo, Where Are You and FNAF, but it also captures the exact same style as the Rankin/Bass stop motion animation Christmas movies from the 60s-80s. Name doesn’t ring a bell? Ever seen Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Santa Clause is Comin to Town, or even Jack Frost? All made by the amazing animation studio.
I was literally thinking the same thing. Mike or the security guard is the same type model from something like Rudolph. I’m so happy some else noticed that
Ironically, actor Mathew Lillard known for playing Shaggy in the live action Scooby-Doo movies recently plays Springtrap in the new Five Nights at Freddy's movie. Dang it Shaggy you went from unmasking bad guy's to being the bad guy behind the costume.
Can't say I was expecting a saturday 70's cartoon to be revived in the stopanimation style of Rankin&Bass, glad to see the classics are still appreciated today.
I am so happy that this was nothing edgy or bloody; everything that makes Scooby-Doo so endearing is in this, and I absolutely love it. Thank you so much!
I've seen every episode of Scooby-Doo Where Are You more times than I can remember. This is the most perfect fan project for classic Scooby that I have ever seen. The gags were on point, the dialogue was perfect, the run/walk cycles were accurate. Everything was just perfect.
It’s amazing how close to the source material this video is. It’s feels like an authentic Scooby Doo episode. Nothing too much or too little. Just right.
Man this straight up feels like an old episode of Scooby Doo! I was sitting here smiling all the way through. And it doesn't overdo it with any unnecessary horror that I was kinda waiting on, just really leaning into the classic Scooby. Bravo, good sir. Bravo
I totally thought the pizza sauce was going to turn out to be blood and they were going to lean into the horror of FNAF, but I was quite content that this turned out to be a straight up Scooby Doo Where Are You homage/tribute.
I was hoping they find afton's dead body and realized there actually were ghosts. *sigh* such a shame. No wonder the first scooby doo was uninteresting to watch

@@joeybaseball7352 it's really terrible on the internet when someone who is doing his best for a fun project of his own using AI voices, the way i think AI voices were MEANT to be used: for fun projects like personal videos, projects, or ai covers of songs, and he got bullied to hire people to voice.
@@ProtoAlpha yeah, that, people dissing sequels for being more modern and using cgi (Star Wars, I’m a prequel fan, originals are good but prequel better), and people who make it their lives just to shit on an actor, creator, characters, or a series itself just for clout and because they have nothing else to do with their lives but ruin other people’s lives are the things I cannot stand with media and fandoms.
This is pure talent, it's sad that someone who can create something this good gets pushed to the side while Hollywood makes crap like the Velma series.
I don’t care if the voices were AI-Made. This is glorious! I love the Rankin-Bass like style as well. Even having that one narrator dude was there as the security guard. You don’t deserve all of this hate man. Just ignore what everyone says and keep doing your best!
absolutely agree. No one was hurt here, this is a passion project showing great skill. The fact the VA is being a cunt about it ahows more on them than the creator
As someone who’s seen most of the Scooby-Doo media out there, this is probably one of the best fan projects I’ve ever seen to come out of this franchise. They got the atmosphere and writing down flawless and feels like it jumped straight out of the original Where Are You series. The added bonus of it being animated in the Rankin-Bass stop motion style is just icing on the cake, it also pulls the look off flawlessly and genuinely feels like it could’ve jumped right out of the early 70s. I can’t even tell if it’s actual Stop-Motion or CGI so if that isn’t high praise I don’t know what is. I didn’t mind the AI voices of Fred, Daphne, and Velma all too much because I can understand why that was done. Then there’s the fact that this is a FNAF crossover and if I had to nitpick anything, I would say that the fact that SpringTrap is the monster of the week doesn’t really amount to anything interesting because this short doesn’t explore a lot of interesting thing within the FNAF canon in the short 11 minute runtime. Maybe if it were 22 minutes long like a classic Scooby-Doo episode, it could do more with the FNAF elements, but I’m just nitpicking because animation is very taxing. So yeah, I adored this more than most modern official Scooby-Doo media and it’s beyond faithful to the original Hanna-Barbara tone of Scooby-Doo and the style of Rankin-Bass all at once. Banger work, you knocked it out of the park
@@TomyDayos plus, it's a RUclips fan project, do these people seriously expect a random 23 year old youtuber to get actual voice actors for something like this? People need to chill out.

A faithful recreation of the tone, style, sound, and writing of a classic Scooby Doo episode, without modern, pessimistic jokes or violence, etc., just to recapture the feelings of a classic show and animation style of times gone by? Heck yeah.
I was honestly afraid to watch this thinking it was gonna be a disturbing parody. But not only am I relieved, I love every second of it. Great job everyone who worked on this. I hope you all go far. ✌️
AI voices have been around for years. Grey just lost her mind because she's insecure and misery craves company. The AI voice isn't even Grey's and she even admitted it wasn't (but continued her tantrums), it's actually Daphne's first VA's voice. What's more, she literally stole artwork to be used for her promoting her own products whilst mad at this creator for not even using her own voice for a project that's non-profit. Aka, she's a major hypocrite, an _Actual_ thief (illegally), and a bully. A fan animation giving FREE, undeserved credit to Grey, and she acts like such a petty, narcissistic brat. Even one of the makers of Scooby Doo supported this animator's work. I hope she gets b*tch slapped with karma. 😂
I don’t know how people see the stuff AI creates and still get this worked up. Look at artwork, videos, scripts etc made by AI and it’s all awful. It’s not a replacement for human imagination.
As someone who grew up watching old reruns of the classic scooby doo, i can say withoutba doubt that you absolutely nailed the comedy and feel of the original cartoon. If scooby doo had been stop motion instead of traditionally animated, it would have 100% looked like this. You have earned yourself a sub my good man
You not only scripted perfect Scooby Doo dialogue that feels incredibly authentic and true to the franchise and somehow managed to tie it in with freakin FNAF, but you also captured the exact feel of a Rankin Bass film. Props to you, you must have put so much effort into this.
I was thinking the same thing!!!! also thank you for giving me the name of the production company! I never knew what it was, and your comment taught me something. So thank you.
@@sourlab Someone should start a pedition to cancel Velma. That show is like someone put dog shit in a blender with soysauce and wasabi and then drank it afterwards!

Hey, just wanted to say - from a former stop motion animator to a newbie - phenomenal work. Wverything from the puppets to the set design were top-notch, and i do appreciate that this was more of a genuine parody rather than an edgy one. Kudos, dude. Hope your career goes swimmingly.
I legit expected this to be from robot chicken. Even tho it isn't, it's still awesome. I love the stop motion asthetic similar to the Wallace movie, plus I love the mashup of the scooby doo and fnaf references
As a lifetime lover of original Scooby Doo, I can't express how much this feels like a Scooby-Doo episode. You absolutely nailed everything, especially the music/sound effects. It's so on par with a typical episode. I'm literally so impressed (Also, the clay figures remind me so much of the original Rudolph figures and that makes it so much more endearing)
Yeah, basically Rankin Bass type of animation, despite someone mentioned it was made on a computer. Still though, it looks like as if it was photographed in real life. EDIT: Turns out this is animagic, a type of stop motion animation Rankin Bass used animated by Japanese animators for their Christmas specials. Also, Special Delivery Kluger makes an appearance in this that I never thought he would be brought back in 50 years or so.
The fact this is made in blender is beyond real, it looks just like an original Rankin/Bass. You can feel the amount of love for scooby in every second of these amazingly solid 10 minutes of animation. I felt like a kid watching boomerang again and catching an old scooby cartoon I never saw before. Thank you.
Absolutely terrific. I can't believe how accurate the writing was to the real show. I remember watching old Scooby cartoons on VHS when I was younger, and this really takes the cake for not being overbearingly FNAFy, and keeping hold of the classic Scooby vibe.
As a big fan of scooby doo aswell as fnaf this honestly feels exactly how an episode would play out. The animation is stunning, the facial expressions are so fitting and the movements too. I genuinely thought it was stopmotion until I read that it was made in blender. And the voice acting is really accurate.
The Scooby Doo formula is so ironed out, basically the only reason this is shorter is because a lot of the episode exposition is sped up and the "middle" of the episode between commercials where Scooby and Shaggy first get chased by the monster was blended into the resolving chase and team B didn't get their cluefinding portion. Add in a trap explanation and failure and boom, feature length episode.
I really liked how you didn't go the usual parody route of having it be really dark. It could have been a genuine Scooby-Doo episode shown to its original target demographic with no issues. Even the lore was made kid-friendly while keeping the key components of William and Henry's relationship.
Never thought I would see a rankin bass style scooby doo episode crossover with FNAF of all things, but it’s perfect in every way. The script, the models, the gags are so accurate to the source material! Super impressive
as a giant fnaf fan i approve of this video. and also the refrence that one of the actors of one of the scooby doo movies shaggy being william afton in the fnaf movie im proud! good job also SCOOBY DONT LEAVE ME HERE
As someone who draws occasional Scooby-Doo crossovers (Like meeting Freddy Krueger, Chucky, Michael Myers, etc.), this is really good! It feels very in spirit of the original series and even stays true to the lore, just dumbing it down enough to fit with the tone of Where Are You. Not gonna lie, I was expecting a Matthew Lillard joke at the end of it since both played Shaggy.
I intentionally avoided that bc I didn’t want to put in a ton of work for a full episode and then the reveal be a joke that didn’t make total sense. Plus I really wanted to sculpt a super stylized William afton haha
As someone who grew up with scooby doo and fnaf I love how much dedication you put into this project like everything from the dialogue to the visual/sound effects is so authentic and true to the classic series. It really felt like I was watching an episode from the dvd I had as a kid, thank you so much!!

I mean, 3/5ths of the main cast are AI, how is that good voice direction? It's cheap and taking jobs away from people. I mean, the video got 300Kish views in 1 day, how can you not afford any voice actors?
@@Kosher3864 have you not seen the view counts on this dudes other videos? 10-12k max. I think the use of resources here was incredible for what it was seeing as this is a relatively small channel. Sorry you weren't as impressed as me I guess lol. AI isn't some omnipotent big bad all the time. Additionally, this project is literally not monetized. It's not like some 5 extra voice actors aren't feeding their children because this video exists. It isn't their IPs, or their music or their anything but animation work. The editing was fun and unique, it mimics an animation style that is otherwise completely dead, the music and timing were all on spot.
This was a joy. I expected some bloody edge-fest, but it really is just a distilled version of the show. Fantastic work on this whole thing. From getting the right backing tracks to the general setup, this made my day.
I am genuinely shocked to see the talent this man has. I have never seen fnaf put into this light before and it certainly is crazy. This man's got a long road of success waiting for him.
This is absolutely amazing. You remained as faithful as possible to the source material while also adding your own flavor. There isn't any blood or gore, no edginess or subversive horror, and there's no swearing, either. It just feels like a good old-fashioned Scooby-Doo episode from the 60s. Even the voices of the main characters have been authentically replicated and sound exactly like the Scooby Gang from the actual show. Whether they are cloned AI voices or they are actual impressions is hard to say, but they're authentic nonetheless. This is so faithful that it feels like a lost special Scooby-Doo episode from the 60s. If you told me that this is a long-lost episode of Scooby-Doo, I probably would have believed you. This is literally the best Scooby-Doo & FNAF fan media I have ever seen. I am blown away, this is truly a beautiful work of art. Scott Cawthon needs to see this. ❤️
Near the end of the credits, it shows its a mixture of AI voices and real actors. There's some voices so iconic I don't think anyone could have replicated them.
HOLY CRAP This is made IN BLENDER?! THE WHOLE TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS STOP MOTION!! All the details, the hair and texture on the characters... wow. This man dropped this phenomenal peice of work all of a sudden and not many talk about how professional this looks. His work is so good he shouldn't just be hired by a studio, he should be the manager of a studio! Also, to me being threatened by a voice actor is more like an achievement and it just shows how powerful you are that a professional voice actor cares about your work.
Its really unfortunate this amazing piece of animation is shadowed by controversy. But, don't let it get you down. This is something to be proud of. Keep up the good work!
Yup. The deviantart mspaint anti ai crowd, wanting to get people to their cause tried to get voice actors to lash out at small time creatives under the banner of anti ai, mspaint, voice or not. There are legitimate concerns i don't want to spend too much time repeating. But yeah, im a pro hobbyist, and i love to see hobbyist use of people using it to make their dreams that otherwise couldn't be feasible come true! The problem is, a lot of the hate crowd is very self focused. When someone creates something without them, they don't think. "Wow, that's cool, im so glad it was possible for them." they go. "AI IS THEFT! IT SHOULD BE ME, I WANT TO BE PAID 1000$S OF DOLLARS, WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK, AND MY 0.25$ VALUE MSPAINT ART SHOULD BE WORTH 40000$", i jest. But that's about the tempature somedays. Thankfully it cools down. It stems from worries(?) i think about ai replacing them, making it harder for the voice actors or artists in their first entry level 1-4 years of development (when everyone's art, is admitably developing), to have a rough start or less bites. But yeah, most of it is just morals based on whatever is most financially convenient to them. Many anti ais will have no hypocrisy alarm in saying along the lines of. 'making a image, that used no labor, had no 1:1 copy, but was made by a ai and competes for attention is stealing, BUT PIRACY IS MORAL! BECAUSE the people who MADE IT don't deserve money from struggling artists like us!' It's a strawman for a jest. But there are real fears about being replaced. But a lot of the time, it feels like some of the morals correspond to whatever is most financially convenient. They wanted to attack a small time creator and harass them with a group of 50-500. It backfired though as 7000-200,000 people came to defend them in a almost 99% support ratio. That isn't to say that their fears are (entirely) misplaced. If ai was ever 1000% commercially adopted, expectations vs reality (enabling projects of our dreams!) vs (doing a break for cheap, lazy execs to shit out the lowest quality products (etc: velma, Boobwoman without a personality "movie stars" #47, racist or uncalled for genderbends after the well written black panther made money. (Hollywood: MAKE SHAGGY BLACK, MAKE VELMA BLACK, MAKE EVERYONE BLACK! YOU'RE A BLACK, YOU GET TO BE BLACK, EVERYONE GETS TO BE BLACK!). is rather tasteless. Hollywood, frankly, doesn't always care much about a good product. Chatgpt has already shown they'll fire good(?) writers for a product CLEARLY not made for it. Chatgpt, even as a pro tech / ai person. Has critical holes in it's memory. 2-4 pages or not, it doesn't write fulfilling 30-500 page relevations or long plot development. And yet hollywood has shown it'll attempt to fire people and undercut wages and strikers with unregulated corporate ai to make the human more disposible, while the hobbyist is just trying to do the best feasible work within (feasible means). That's the thing, i understand how people have a real and very legitimate concern over being replaced or the worker rights relationship to unhindered corp ai. But 90% of reality vs expectations seems hate for small time creators and hobbyists, while they bend down to lick the feet of the corps stepping over them as they grovel at their feet and lick them to get their table scraps. It's honestly disgusting. They'd rather bite the people that are kind and speak kindly, than the people who'd starve them for amusement or to save 1% of income.. but give them their food bowl with a team of lawyers and corp paychecks on their side.
I know it's already been said, but what's impressive about this is how true it stays to the style and humour of the 60s Scooby Doo while still being charming. I imagine it would have seemed easier to go for something like Robot Chicken. It's a small detail, but 4:49 is EXACTLY the kind of gag the show would have done, with the canned laughter and hard-frame reaction shot. William Afton being an actual purple guy was funny too.
@@fentropic By 'style' I mean things like the style of story, the pacing, the presentation of the characters and the setting, and even the humour itself in the most broad terms. I know that this isn't emulating the animation style of the 60s show itself.
This animation is evidence that a Five Nights At Freddy's and Scooby-Doo crossover would definitely work. This feels like I just watched one of the lost episodes of Scooby-Doo. The voice acting, the sound effects, everything about this is awesome. I especially love how you even made character designs for the FNaF characters if they were in Scooby-Doo. You even captured the essence of the OG Scooby-Doo cartoons as well when it came to everything....ESPECIALLY the chase scene! That was genius!
It's eerie how well you captured the classic Scooby-Doo experience while making it feel new and fresh. I feel like a whole official series in this style would be a big hit.
Hey Eagan, this is downright incredible! After reading all the AI discourse down in the comments, don’t let any of that stop you from creating animations. I’m kind of split on using ai voices, I think it’s really cool how they sound exactly like their actual voices, but I also don’t think they should be used for professional work. This is a fan project though and no one should be blacklisted just because they used ai for something.
I think AI has the potential to be abused by big companies, but I’d say its fine for relatively little projects like this There’s no jobs at stake here and effort was clearly put into the rest of it.

Completely agree. Its a shame that she would make such a threat against him. But I know where my support lies.
Agreed, they did a very good job!

So cool, don't care if people hate the AI voices, this project shows more respect to the source than hollywood has had.

@@chadderbug7587 then again I would do it too if I did not have money and worked alone mainly

As someone who draws occasional Scooby-Doo crossovers (Like meeting Freddy Krueger, Chucky, Michael Myers, etc.), this is really good!

BECAUSE the people who MADE IT don't deserve money from struggling artists like us!'
It's a strawman for a jest.
The stop motion puppeteering looks more like Rankin and Bass's works, such as the Rudolph TV movie from the 60s.
@@fentropic By 'style' I mean things like the style of story, the pacing, the presentation of the characters and the setting, and even the humour itself in the most broad terms. I know that this isn't emulating the animation style of the 60s show itself.
