    It's sad that people we're complaining about him using AI voices but you have to remember that there is a difference between an indie animator using AI for voice acting, and a company that can afford to hire voice actors using AI.
    Personally I think this is exactly what Al should be used for. Projects made by small teams or individuals who don't have the resources to pay people. It allows them to make their vision possible, and it's not taking work away from anyone.
    The people criticizing him for using Al are wrong. They probably thought the video was so well made that a large team with loads of cash was probably behind it.
    Anyways love the animation and its sad how quick people are to critique

      I personally think that using AI for just something small and innocent like a little animation such as this is completely fine as long as nobody who's voices you use specifically say they don't want AI voices of characters they voice. This isn't supposed to be a big public thing. It was just a thing somebody made for fun and they decided to publish it. I think AI generally is good in this situation. I use AI for a lot of things too. I never use it to cause any harm, just for harmless fun which is what I feel like AI should be used for.
      I know people have complained saying how you can easily find free voice actors and stuff with this project but if it was never intended to be anything more than a silly little animation that was never expected to get as noticed as it has, it shouldn't be an issue. Besides, not everybody finds it easy to get other involved with personal projects. I would never feel brave enough to ask others to do things for me, even for free. That's why I use AI for my personal things I'd never release publicly.

    Hey guys Eagan here.
    I’ve already apologized on Twitter over the AI stuff but I thought I’d comment here.
    This video was made by me and me alone as a joke. I’ve never had any experience with the voice acting community as I’ve only been animating for less than a year and I’ve never worked with anyone, so I didn’t understand that it was such a big issue.
    Im working on making a new version with voice actors and I have no plans to use AI in the future, it was just the means to an end on an already no budget project and I didn’t realize the harm in it.
    Sorry again, thanks everyone.

    The amount of effort that Eagan have put into this whole animation is absolutely insane and incredible at the same time! I've been a fan of Scooby Doo for so long now ever since I've watched it on TV, VHS, or even got introduced by my parents. i also love the Rankin Bass style for these characters and the stop motion type of animations throughout my childhood, ever since I watched Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer for the first time, and of course you've already know that I really love FNAF since 2014.
    Anyways, they did a pretty good job on capturing both Scooby Doo and FNAF pretty well, along with the Rankin Bass style of both animations and characters alike, and it brought back my childhood to life. It felt like I was watching Saturday Morning Cartoons all over again on TV in the 80s, 90s, or even the early 2000s. Definitely felt like a cream come true

    I've already watched this three times, and man, I adore it to pieces!
    I dunno if folks know this, but the style of the dolls in the animation is actually very reminiscent of those used by Rankin/Bass Animations in their stopmotion movies, of which include A Year Without Santa Claus. Aka, the one with Snow Miser and Heat Miser.
    The dolls in this animation however, are both true to the style of that company, and to the characters of the Scooby Doo show, but that's not even the part I find most impressive. Alongside the fact this was all animated in _Blender,_ and not with actual stopmotion (which I still find really hard to believe), they ported the elements of the FNaF series to this style almost seamlessly! The way Springtrap is shaped and designed, the way he poses, the way he runs after Scooby and Shaggy, he looks and _feels_ like a classic Scooby Doo monster! Same thing for the whole animation, the music used, the jokes and lines... literally everything feels very genuine!

    Why is Dawko so good at every voice???
    Never thought I'd see Fred from Scooby-Doo close the doors from fnaf nor Shaggy singing the "Los Toreadors" but here we are 😅
    Also a new episode of the Fredbear's Family Diner (the one you've previously reacted to) has released so it would be cool to see you react to it as well!

    The night guard is Special Delivery Kluger from Santa Clause is Coming to Town. He is the mailman who tells Santa’s story to the viewer. So no the night guard is not Mike Schmidt in this.

    It's honestly really sad because the creator is getting so much hate because Daphne, Fred, and Velma were voiced by ai. But he only had so much money and couldn't afford VAs.

    • @AbsolForLife
      @AbsolForLife Год назад +3

      Not really an excuse. There are other ways to get vas. Need be, do voices yourself or ask a close friend. And tbh if you look hard enough I’m sure someone would have been willing to help online. As an animation student myself I really do understand the struggle of finding voices for your film but there are always solutions that don’t resorting to Ai. The film is very well made otherwise

      @@AbsolForLifeyour point is valid but I really don't see the issue when this is just a fun fanmade video, not some corporate film made for profit, people are losing their minds over this for no reason

    • @AbsolForLife
      @AbsolForLife Год назад +3

      @@WibblyWobblyChannel generally I agree, since the isn’t monitised it doesn’t harm anyone in the long run but it’s more about the precedent it sets for the industry. People shouldn’t attack his film or him for doing it but more attack the concept of ai voices in general. The more people who get a pass for doing it, the more people who start using in general and the more those corporate films feel justified in doing it. It’s kind of a big domino system. It should just be “hey, this can be harmful, here are some alternatives” and move on. I definitely people shouldn’t lose there minds
