I like this theory, it brings up new ideas that others may not have considered, but I will address one pretty big detail.
Michael Afton drawing Nightmare Fredbear (or Nightmare, they look almost identical anyways) because he may have seen it in a drawing before is a weak counterpoint to the common theory that Michael Afton is who you play as in FNaF4. It's unsupported by evidence, unlike the idea that he drew it because he experienced it, which is supported by the question being asked to make him draw that image, "Do you have dreams?" FNaF4's events are portrayed as a waking nightmare of sorts, so by that logic, the person experiencing it could believe it as an actual nightmare.
It is easier to draw the conclusion that he drew that image because he saw it in what he thought was a dream, rather than having the convoluted steps of him having to see the image from William Afton's drawings or schematics, and then probably have a nightmare about it, which would mean he would provide it as a visual of his dreams. Occam's Razor and all that.
Thank you so much, and you're absolutely correct, I will admit me just saying that he probably just saw it somewhere was probably my weakest point of evidence.
idk i feel like there’s a lot more conclusions you have to make to get to it being william. especially how micheal would know of nightmare fred bear. if i’m not mistaken somewhere in the novels it says the hallucinations from hallucination disks make you see YOUR worst fear. so it would only make sense that it was micheal as william would see something completely different than micheal
I just started watching the video, and it is not the Crying Child's room.
Michael wouldn't just find random drawings of Nightmare Fredbear or whatever. That's a strange take that has no proof behind it.
William is not a grieving father.
I don't believe it's Cassidy but the identity of TOYSNHK isn't important to the video, anyway, TOYSNHK is attached to William god knows since when so him hearing the phone calls and using them against William is not that far fetched.
Nightmare Fredbear does not look like Fredbear.
Cameras back then didn't have that bad of a quality, they were just black and white. And I don't think he would record his son for no reason. He was watching him and talking to him, but there's nothing that can prove he recorded him.
I don't know how the first voiceline indicates he was spared and/or saved before, but sure. Though Idk what it has to do with the Nightmares.
The second voiceline from Nightmare alludes to him being an agony creature born from his wickedness.
They don't have to all reference being illusions in order to be ones. They used to be hallucinations caused by hallucinogenic gas.
No, it's just referring to the fact he's stuck in a nightmare he won't wake from like in The Man In Room 1280.

1:39 This all relies on the assumption that the phone calls are diagetic and not just a random meaningless easter egg. Where would these calls even be coming from if they were actually happening in-universe? I think they were just thrown in to be weird and creepy, not have lore significance. The entire rest of the game is about the crying child (really funny that he literally doesn't have a name, also), and it's literally in his room, so I can't agree with discarding the entire rest of the game for the sake of one easter egg detail that has no in-universe explanation in the first place.

And btw when I heard nightmarionne's voiceline from ucn he says "This time death cannot save you" the only character we know of that died and came back is literally William that means nightmarionne if he was an agony maybe from Charlie (because he takes the form of the puppet) he's trying to hunt William for what he did to her when he died in springtrap death saved him from nightmarionne
