My understanding is that our old boy willy (purple guy) is being kept alive by Cassidy (golden freddy) because they are angered by their murder by William. So Cassidy tortures him in a death loop with every horror from every game up to this point, pretty much creating his own personal hell. Which is unc. So yes they are no longer an illusion like they were in fnaf 4 hence the "I am no longer a nightmare line" because they can truly kill William. And the other line plays into that by saying "this is nightmare u won't wake up from" cuz well this shit ain't a nightmare no more its real. And while usually you can always console yourself when you wake up from something scary by saying it wasn't real so that line is just there to say "no buddy ur truly and honestly fucked".
