From 6 Months to Life In Prison to Death. Truly a massive jump from Driving under the influence to Murder.
we can all agree we've done this once ☝️🤣(im going insane)
Yeah
And then Death
Driving under the influence of murder 🤨
@@hakim9602 true
How will William Afton ever come back from driving under the influence?! Hopefully he straightens up and becomes a better member of society 🙏
Not when he is strapped to the Death Penalty Chair.
Well about that,
@@clarkejoseph49
Well, what he suffered is worse than death, which is better than simply any death.
whos gonna tell em?
Don’t worry, I’m sure he’ll join an AA group, because he always comes back, even from alcoholism
One thing that should be pointed out is that according to Michael's monologue, William had asked Michael to go down there, fully aware of how dangerous the Funtimes are, which could be seen as a weird space between murder and attempted murder, rather than manslaughter and gross negligence (Might be a bit difficult to argue, though)
Yeah, but, I doubt that Michael and William had a good relationship

In regards to Sister Location, it's very possible that he actually had permits. It wasn't just a private lab but functioning as a rental service for his own Animatronics.
Well, permits for the building yes
But I doubt he got permits for “The Private Room” (where Ennard tries to kill you)
@@Connerthespider assuming that's not the Scooping Room you're refering to and it's the Sister Location Camera Room, debatable. It functions as a security room and him having cams on his kids can be excused as him being a helicopter parent.
If it is the Scooping Room, that room is intended for the animatronics to be gutted for inspection. Definitely negligent since that tool is shown to be able to gut people and no safety bars could lead to accidental deaths
@@leandraferesthogar7249 I did mean, the Camera Room
Even if that was the case, there’s 2 problems with it
1: that’s the only room in the building where the power can run out, which I’m not entirely sure, but that might be considered an OSHA violation
2: Handunit says something along the lines of “due to the sensitive nature of the chemicals that you may be exposed to, you will not be allowed to to leave until the Clean Up Crew arrives at 6AM”
Which implies dangerous chemicals, and in a room where, even if there was a warning on the door, you can’t see it, would probably be another OSHA violation
But since these are assumptions, it is still debatable, yes
@@Connerthespider one thing we can agree on is that even if the factory itself was legal and given permission, it would be shut down due to all yhe OSHA violations

According to steel wool studios (they made SB) burn trap is actually the mimic who is seen in the ruin dlc
Meaning that Afton actually died in fnaf pizzeria sim
But I might be wrong…idk
@@oj_originals4304 He didn't. Ultimate Custom Night is what happens to Afton after Pizzeria Simulator. Cassidy made sure some small part of him survived in the living world and created a sort of hell for Afton in which he will be tortured forever unless every last bit of him from living world is dead/destroyed.
@@kubox000that doesnt really count, that was just a tiny part of his soul. In essence, he died
I would love to see an animation with William Afton in a court room and after hearing all his sentences for the crimes, and as the judge says "And for the building of a unpermitted bunker, the bunker shall be removed and destroyed." And then William Afton just starts kicking and screaming cause it'd be really funny that over the multiple accounts of killing he only really cares about his bunker.
I will say, the killing of Charlie Emily was probably not First Degree:
The Midnight Motorist Minigame happens canonically before Charlie's death so it's clear to say that at that time, Willaim was drunk and was mentally unable to formulate a plan to kill Charlie, and it's been stated in the MatPat Lore video that this was more likely a thought of the moment, a way of making Henry pay for what his robotics did to William's child, so he couldnt have planned this before hand.
This would most likely fall under consideration of Second Degree Murder where the Person does not planned to kill before the act but felt like taking the life of the victim; William's selfish ways plus his grief towards his dead Son and the ammount of achohol in his body caused this crime which would intent a large emotional reaction that would give him the intent to kill Charlie, securing the 2nd Degree Murder instead of 1st.
Now, his sentence for the crime: We dont know where the location is in the US Charlie was murdered in, but we know the first location was opened in Salado, Texas so it wouldnt be unfair to assume the crime happened in Texas, wether in the first location or not; The federal Sentence in Texas for 2nd Degree Murder would be between 2 to 20 years in state prison and a fine of 10.000 Dollars at minimum, due to the victim of the crime being a child, it wouldnt be unlikely to assume this would get him the maximum sentence.
Meaning instead of getting charged with 1st Degree Murder and being getting a life sentence, For the death of Charlie Emily, William would be charged with 2nd Degree Murder and he would get 20 years in state jail and a fine of 10.000 Dollars.

I know that this doesn't *_exactly_* apply to Afton's case, but I always love the verdicts in the video because sometimes you'll get a villain who gets like 24 death, 67 life, and 462 years, but then there's also a $250 fine, their pasta shop gets closed for OSHA violations, and 10 hours of community service in Guatemala or something on top.
Something about the little things at the end of a world record sentence is just so cosmically funny to me

There's no way a murderer has a smaller sentence than a middle age man who keeps getting stopped by a hat wearing platypus.
I really enjoy the content you do.
Well, the middle aged man is a cartoon villain so what did you expect really
He also got a smaller sentence than Megamind, we have no clue what that blu alien did to get 85 life sentences
Well, think about that. Afton made life worse or ended it for few dozen people. Doofenshmirtz and Megamind actively attacked in one way or another entire cities dozens (if not more) times, so their influence on the society was far bigger - so the sentences are as well.
Cartoon villains commit more stupidly large scale crimes so they’re likely to get like Rayo’s number of death penalties. William Afton’s vileness comes from how horrifying being one of his victims would be. Not how many of them there are.
@@kubox000But at least, Heinz and Megamind did something William didn’t do: They redeemed themselves. (But to be completely honest, I seriously doubt William is broken like them. It has been proven he psychologically abused his children and, in the Fourth Closet book, hit his daughter.)
There are a couple of problems with this
1. The jumpscares don’t count because they’re not canon
2. The jumpscares in the first 2 games don’t count because he wasn’t technically responsible for those same as the mechanics in sister location
3. Micheal’s death in sister location also doesn’t count for the same reason as the last one
4. The robbers in the movie don’t count because again he didn’t do it
Also, the salvage jumpscare doesn’t count at all.
He doesn’t even kill you there.

It's kinda lore fitting when you charge Afton with death AND life sentences. Something like Afton saying: "I always come back!" and the jury responding: "Great! You survived your death penalty! Now onto the 36 consecutive life imprisonment!"

@@pgreta1752true I don’t think you can justify brutally murdering 10+ children and inducing adults to suicide
I was instantly reassured when I heard he got his information from Matpat, the man knows more about these games than Scott Cathon
I have to wonder, in a court of law, what would they consider Afton’s crime when he tore apart the possessed animatronics?
I mean, it’s not like it matters too much seeing as he would already have multiple life sentences on top of a death sentence (depending on which state punishes him) but just for the sake of argument, what would it be considered?
On one hand, you could argue it’s murder, since the spirits are essentially living in the machines.
On the other hand, you could make an argument that the spirits are no longer alive, and instead destroying their vessels is more like desecrating a grave or final resting spot.
Either way, could see someone making a good legal argument for either outcome, on top of the fact that he broke into Henry’s private property to destroy the machines.
Honestly, I'm European and I might be interpreting US laws a little funny, but cops in general would be unlikely believe the spirit story, so a court would probably would only look at the property damage to the animatronics in that case. And since the spirits can barely utilize the animatronic's voice box to talk (we see in the first game that they can really only make creepy noises from time to time), I can't exactly picture them properly testifying in court at all on this. So William would be likely to get a vandalism charge for it, and given how much the animatronics are worth; it's probably classed as a felony (I looked it up; any damage done worth under 1000 dollars would be considered a misdemeanor in court, but an animatronic would DEFINITELY be more expensive than that to both build and maintain). I'm not sure how the sentence exactly works in the state that crime takes place in, so I'll leave figuring out the final sentence for that charge to the actual Americans.
Vandalism
6:40 I think that William Afton, in this instance, would be charged with identity fraud. Since, due to the somewhat transfer of consciousness, he would be impersonating Vanny.
Technically, that's straight up enslavement.
I think in FNaF VR the player gets trapped in the game. I may be wrong but if that interpretation is correct than Afton would also have a kidnapping charge for keeping someone in the game.

For and Vanny and Jeremy, I guess you could count them as psychological torture, as it drove them both to the brink of insanity and even causing one to commit suicide.

Yeah Williams crimes are fucking insane.
Why did I decide to read these comments? You could probably fill an entire FBI archive room with these comments alone
If we're charging William for the company's manslaughter of Phone Guy, we also should charge him with concealing multiple felonies. Phone Guy warns us on the very first night that if you disappear during your shift, the company will file a missing person's report within 90 days, or after the carpets have been changed and the floors and walls are properly bleached. If that's not bad enough, the warranties they make you agree to prior to signing up can't possibly be legal either. Add some more lawsuits to the tally.
Does Afton even own the FNAF 1 location? I've heard speculation that Afton died shortly before the FNAF 1 games took place, and I doubt Emily would be wantonly killing security guards for no reason.
william died AFTER he destroyed the FNAF 1 animatronics
they were intact when the first game took place
the classic animatronics' souls killed him after william released them
@@commentspae Sounds feasible. I think Id's Fantasy claimed that the secret rooms that Phone Guy mentions in FNAF 3 were closed off *because* they found William inside of Springtrap, which meant that FNAF 1 was after his death. In retrospect, though, the secret room could've been closed due to the initial Missing Children's Incident, too.
Who's to say that the false wall didn't just collapse in on itself in the state of disrepair the FNAF 1 location had during the minigames? And why would the ghosts go back inside the animatronics after being dismantled?

4:16 it wasn’t William Afton that burnt it down, it was Micheal Afton (his son) and the puppet from FNAF 2
In my school vr game, William did do some minor things, but they effect some major points in the game. For example, the BC 666 ST boss, where your comunit is hacked and is playing a jukebox, if you failed to fix it, Springtrap while jump on you and stab both your eyes with knives damaging your vision (its a story block because if it didn't happen Goalius will still lose his sight but by the infected dark speakerman) second is in Immora while having a conversation with Davoth wife there were supposed to be 5 Imps and a Prowler but there wasn't there are instead 6 Tyrants (a Tyrant is made by a victim who was mutilated on the arm and leg before death) and finally Afton during his boss fight confessed the murder of an entire Orphange while killing Goalius Sister Silver which caused Goalius to overheat so by doing the math he gets 7 mutilation a mass murder and a Regicide charge (no Silver isn't Royalty but sense shes Goalius sister whi is Royalty i believe that it counts)
4:03 Objection ! Canonically, no security guards died during the night of the games. Dying means retrying = You're not supposed to die.
Technically there are a few canonical jumpscares I know if:
-FNAF 3 phantom jumpscares could be canonical because they are non lethal
-Sister location Funtime Foxy jumpscare is canonical because that’s what leads you to being kidnapped
-Pizzaria simulator technically all of the “testing/interrogation” jumpscares are real because they are non-lethal, and only lead to them being in the vents
-UCN all jumpscares are canonical 😂
-VR Help wanted most jumpscares are canonical because of it being an in universe sort of thing
(I’m not sure from Security Breach- Ruin because I haven’t gotten there on Markiplier FNAF playlist lol)
But the phone guy never lies after all the script was written by the creator
This would be attempted murder
I agree with this, however, while it’s not murder, you can absolutely slap on x6 first degree attempted since even though we alone know for definite sure that he’s trying to kill him, the night guard can most certainly feel threatened and know what Afton is trying to do… especially given their connection…

Now I’m curious about Vanessa’s (movie version) sentence.
Because even small things she does like littering Mikes prescription medication is both stealing and littering, not to mention she throws it into the water, meaning the pills will dissolve and likely harm wildlife.
And that’s ignoring the fact she was using police equipment with evil intent, threatened to shoot Mike for no reason
She also assisted William in the luring part of murders, and kept her job as a cop despite knowing of the murders her dad committed and never admitting to legal authority.
I know there’s more to her crimes, but I’m genuinely curious what her realistic sentencing would be
Assistant to murder would definitely be a crime. She should be convicted considering she was responsible for helping him in the first place
Because she helped him in the murders knowing it was wrong she should be convicted of a life sentence and potentially the death penalty we don’t know how many victims she killed or assisted in but assuming that she became a cop when she was 18 or so continuing on helping her father despite having a way to tell the police force of him! Is telling its self. He is one of the most straight up evil villains in any game ever. I don't think being insane would save him from being killed in prison or sentenced to death so it really doesn't matter.
One of the few characters who could reasonably receive the death penalty and still be charged further lmao
He always comes back
You should do a video of William Afton getting executed by the electric chair.
Saul Goodman could'ved argued it down to 8 years, maybe 5 with good behavior
Considering William Afton's sentence is of 1 death + 22 life + 92 years + removal of bunker + $141M fine in the games, and considering the games lore, we can reduce his life sentence with what has happened to him:
Springlock failure: -1 death.
The springlock would remove him his death sentence because he died biologically meaning that he has died and we can remove him the death sentence. So -1 death here so far.
Getting burned in FNAF 3: -1 life.
The fire in FNAF 3 could be considered that it was lethal to kill anyone, therefore William died again, and dying means that you end a life sentence. So -1 death -1 life here so far.
Getting burned in Pizzeria Simulator: -1 life.
The fire in PS totally destroyed him and he went to Hell after, so that means he died again. And since he died again, he just finished another life sentence. So -1 death -2 life here so far.
Getting burned in SB: -1 life.
Same here as FNAF 3 and 6. William Afton died again burned getting destroyed again, and dying means finishing a life sentence. So -1 death -3 life here so far.
And those are all the times he has died in the games, therefore his sentence for his crimes in the games is reduced and now it is: 19 life + 92 years + removal of the bunker + $141M fine.
As William Afton is an immortal person, he can complete this life sentence. He just needs to stop doing crimes, die another 19 times, wait 92 years after all these deaths, get his bunker removed and pay the $141M which I don't how he'll get the money considering that he has lost everything lol.
Freddys is clearly very profitable seeing as how parents continued bringing their children there after the death of at the very least 1 child (crying boy) and at the most 5 children

good luck comming back from nine death sentences buddy!
Allow me to add a few more to this list: if we're under the assumption that Glitchtrap is in fact William Afton and not the Mimic1 program, then his crimes as Glitchtrap stretch far beyond just what happened to Vanny and Jeremy.
1. Since you're counting Vanny's crimes as Afton's, that would mean that Patient 46 (Gregory) would fall under this category too as he was the one who gave Afton control of the Glamrocks, making Afton responsible for almost every crime the Glamrocks end up committing over the events of Security Breach and all the deaths they caused as a result of Gregory's tampering, giving him more second degree murder charges for the 3 therapists that were killed by the Glamrocks.
2. Since you skipped over FNAF AR, in the unused emails for the game, it was revealed that Vanny hacked all of the Fazbear Funtime Service animatronics and turned them aggressive while also getting all of the employees killed by giving Glitchtrap control over their circuit boards, and while it isn't specified just how many people worked at the Funtime Service, there are a total of 7 known employees that worked at the service during the time of Vanny's infiltration, which would give him 7 more first degree murder charges for each of them.
No way DUI has a 6 month penalty.
I love your pfp, a bit random I know 😭but dinosaur king is like super rare online to see lol
Here we go:
-As another comment states, the underground bunker is used in some capacity as an actual rental service for the animatronics. There's a chance he got permits as he also has employees at this location, though 2 disappear and nobody comes looking so it's very hard to say conclusively.
-While its hard to be sure who is directly at fault for the strength and safety of the animatronics jaws, we can at least include a criminal negligence charge on top of the murder for the baby's killing of elizabeth. As her father, he had an obligation to be sure his daughter was safe and making an animatronic for killing that she could access endangered her life. I consider the negligence of leaving a dangerous object around a child a separate charge from the murder charge.
-Springtraps jumpscare in FNaF 3 isn't a canon event. Furthermore, he would have no way to actually kill the security guard as he is immortal. Though perhaps he would simply trap michael and set him on fire?
-Speaking of fire, the FNaF 3 fire is not believed to be caused by William. The common theory is that michael afton set the place on fire to kill springtrap, but springtrap escaped.
-Springtraps fnaf 6 salvage minigame jumpscare is also not canon. But when it does occur, the nightguard does not die. The animatronic escapes into the pizzeria after presumably attacking the guard non fatally. [Also the guard is still immortal.] This should be assault. HOWEVER, springtrap has a seperate jumpscare that "can" occur in the office that ends in a proper game over, so that could be considered murder if we assume springtrap deliberately sets michael on fire after knocking him out. [In FNAF 6 specifically, the most likely scenario of a game over is the animatronic attacks michael then leaves the pizzeria, meaning henry's trap has failed and the spirits cannot be put to rest.]
-New lore suggests that burntrap is not the original william afton, but a mimicking AI replicating his identity and MO. As such, william should lose any charges related to glitchtrap or burntrap as his soul is canonically trapped in hell during these events.
-For FNaF 1 jumpscare, michael afton is forcibly shoved into a freddy suit. He would survive this but his body would likely be forever trapped and also quite mutilated, practically combined with the suit like springtrap. We'll call this Mutilation as far as charges go, though such a charge is highly unusual on a corporate level. it may simply fall under corporate negligence with a harsher penalty. FNaF 2 jumpscare, jeremy would die of course. But he is already counted in the bite of 87 death as he is commonly accepted as the victim.
And finally, the movie is it's own timeline so merging the crimes into one raplist wouldn't be accurate as we'd be doubling up on murder charges for children he killed in both timelines.
Let's not forget the 5 extra kills he tallied in FNAF 2. Those are likely the same 5 children mentioned in the missing children incident.
@@RWQFSFASXC-qc5fq the foxy minigame and save them minigame are likely both 5 kills each. Foxy was already in disrepair by fnaf 2 so he could not observe the dead kids in that missing children's incident. That must have occurred at the location before fnaf 2 (seems to be the same building as FNAF 1 but occurs earlier in the timeline)
Afton's not trapped in hell. The only time he could have would be in between FNAF 1 and 3. UCN was a short temporary thing inside his mind.
@@RWQFSFASXC-qc5fq no, the DCI is separate, but Mousait did count them.
@@Scar-PredatorNope, UCN occurs after FNAF 6. This is confirmed by cassidy speaking through the mediocre melodies. "He tried to release you. He tried to release us. But i'm not going to let that happen. I will hold you here. I will keep you here. No matter how many times they burn us."
Cassidy is fueled by Agony most likely, and given that quote implies that agony cant be destroyed by fire like remnant. Afton is trapped in a purgatory for the rest of time, unless cassidy can ever finally find inner peace.
2:20 not saying, I support Williams actions, or his line of thought but he does have a point in Matt Pats timeline. It was the robotic part that failed which means he would only be partially responsible. He helped Henry, but Henry build the Springlock suits would also get part of the blame. I’m no legal expert, but I would assume that the blame and charge would be split 50-50 between William and Henry as they are the the two owners of the company and they both worked on animatronics together
Well not really. Henry built the original ones, but those get expensive to maintain, so replacing them was William's fault, not Henry's. I mean, Henry wouldn't have been able to make the endos he built be detachable to have the suits themselves be costumes.
make the bryson charge please
@@anglepsycho Im no expert either but i'd say that Henry would be charged with negligence

Death Sentence? That won't work, he'll just come back.
Willam: _"YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!!!!" _*_(gets frickin' springlocked)_*
Since he put the dead body inside animatronics, shouldn't he also be charged with corpse desecration and healthcode violation
I feel like you could also charge him for reckless endangerment, as the funtimes and the older animatronics were all dangerous, with the funtimes holding most likely illegal functions and/or weaponry and the poor jaw mechanics on the old models, despite Afton being well aware of the threats they posed
also Michael's case could be considered dismemberment, permanent bodily altercation and maiming fyi as he was turned into a zombie
2:44 in official fnaf guidebook there's written that Henry built Fredbear
The police and investigators to Willam Afton: “I promise. I will prove you guilty, the court will find you guilty, for all the blood you spilled”!
Willam: “……You can’t”.😈

4:25 understandable, however it's speculated that Michael Afton was the one who set fire to Fazbear's Frights.
So we would remove that charge to William.
Souls of the kids: haha you are dead
Wiliam Afton: I always come back...
I wouldn't charge him with Arson in FNAF 3 as the motive behind it doesn’t make sense. We know Afton enjoys killing people (considering hes done it over a dozen times) and during FNAF 3, Fazbear's Fright is only a week from opening with him being able to freely roam around it. Seems like a perfect murder ground for him to take advantage of, and also him burning down the place and potentially killing himself in process just doesn't add up with his character since Afton is shown time and time again to have intense self preservation instincts. One of his man goals in this franchise is trying to achieve immortality due to his innate fear of death.
In FNAF 6 during the salvage minigames, when you get jumpscared, the animatronics don't kill you, it seems you just knocked out since the game doesnt end and you continue as normal, with the downside being the animatronics are now loose in the restaurant. So the charge should most likely be "Attempted Murder" if anything, or at least an first degreee assult charge.
You missed a crucial part about the bunker, its a was revealed in one of the novels it served as an underground testing facility where Afton not only stored his Funtime Murder Robots, but specifically, he took children he kidnapped and experimented on them with hallucinogenic gas, while keeping them trapped in fake testing chambers designed to look like a house (the rooms in FNAF 4). I don't know what kinds of charges all of that falls under, but its definitely not a light one.
The fact that most of these are all murder really shows how vicious William is.
I thought it was all first degree murder, but then that streak ended in last when he stabbed Vanessa.
Edit: you forgot to add an assault and battery charge for what he did to Mike when William entered in the suit , as he just tackled and kicked Mike in the face, and also a first degree attempted murder charge for William.
7:02 could technically be torture, if you think about it
Maybe some sort of Rape of the non sexual variety, definitely some sort of violation of self
The thing is. All death and life sentences are instantly taken out of the picture. He Always Comes Back,
You cant give william a death sentence,he always comes back🗿
2:08 Ah, I see you are also a man of culture.
One video game villiain that would be interesting is Dr. Eggman/ Robotnik, only in the games (Sonic Forces specifically) alone he became a dictator in a lot of countries
Maybe also Michael De Santa from GTA V. He faked his death, killed multiple people, committed armed robbery a few times, and even blew up a building and an airplane
@@Anxietygirl462 in this case i think every GTA protagonist has a lot of sentences on their back
not to mention its attempted world destruction (several times), enslavement of a race of aliens, universal destruction (partial), infection at a planetary level, and several attempts at world domination.

It's so funny to me how William Afton's sentence is worse than DEADPOOL because of the death sentence
1:46
I heard of the Cassidy one, it was insanely brutal!
6:51 i feel this could be either kidnapping, hostage, or manipulation, as though he doesnt outright kill Vanessa, you could argue he is possibly threatning her life or manipulating her into doing his bidding, which would Also make him semi-responsible for manslaughter of gregory is he dies to vanny or Vanessa as he manipulated her to do it. It might be kidnapping because of the digital transfer, depending on if she stays there for life or not.
5:47 Also, you could argue, depending on the State of the bodies, that these two commited suicide by themselves without any involvment from the animatronics, but making it corporate manslaughter is fair.
6:51 I would say identity theft but that is probably the closest thing that I could get to
That or brain washing
@@shannonhopper2141or psychological/emotional abuse
I’d say it constitutes more towards blackmail/manipulation and identity theft. Considering the action was against Vanny’s wishes, and also that the ordeal was carried out someone bearing Vanny’s appearance.
I feel like in this case, you need to specify how many death penalties, because he'll keep coming back as a rabbit through each of them
All these super long explanations of vague scenes followed up by the springtrap jumpscare was so funny
The fact that William could serve his whole sentence except for the fine maybe is hilarious
8:46 i like how this implies William Afton is 4' tall
He’s wearing his invisible very very high heels
The Fazbear Frights burning incident, was actually caused by Michael Afton (his son) and at the time he didn't know his father's soul was trapped inside an animatronic
I feel like the FNaF movie deaths (the ones by the animatronics) wouldn’t count, since technically, the people were trespassing on HIS property, and they also destroyed some of it, as well as breaking and entering. The animatronics were simply protecting the pizzeria.
8:29 There is a slight discrepancy here. The people getting killed in this scene were paid by the proantagonist's estranged aunt to trespass and mess up the place, so her nephew would lose custody of his sister.
2:38 the crying child is one of William’s sons, so this would count under child negligence, child murder, corporate manslaughter, and violation of OSHA regulations.
Not to mention it was micheal afton who did it.
@@JesseGray-ce6fi not to mention William owns Fredbear and Friends Family Diner
@@cyrix6165 I’m saying it’s also on micheal for doing that

I find it strange, Does a regular murderer who kills Adults get the same amount of harsh treatment than Child Murder?, Child Murder is the most cowardly thing a Human can do.
i love how the most replayed part is the movie spoilers
I think there's such a charge as Murder Suicide where your actions intentionally or unintentionally caused the Victim to take their own life, so that's a probable.
As for Vanny/Vanessa 9Security Breach version), there's always a good old coercion or demanding with menace.
there is a slight chance he could get away with this. Idk what part of the fnaf timeline I missed but I believe the death of the crying child, Afton's son, drove him insane. So following the Vince Lee event where he killed the guy sitting next to him and proceeded to eat his body in front of people who fled the bus, was released after 9 years in a psychiatric hospital. So theoretically he could plea for insanity.
Yes and no
Yeah, William could most certaintly count as insane, as he talking about harvesting soul juice, being immortal, and reviving his dead children.
What you're wrong about is when. He was depressed after his son died but never insane until he figured out the animatronics could move on their own
the DOD would probably force him to work for them , I mean the guy makes fully autonomous robots and mech suits there's no way the CIA wouldn't want a piece of that
Remember guys, even if he gets any sentences he will always come back.
"I ALWAYS COME BA-- holy [censored] that's a long sentence."
2:50
Fun fact: The crying child is William’s son, apparently according to MatPat!
Technically Michael getting scooped was more so mutilation than murder or gross negligence
I think the Springtrap jumpscares shouldn't have been counted as murder charges, because they didn't canonically happen
The intent was definitely there so i let it pass.
@@guythathatesbull462then its attempted manslaughter
Free william he didnt do nothing wrong
Also, the one in the salvage minigame should have been labeled as "assault", since when you fail a salvage minigame, after the animatronic attacks you, they hide in the pizzeria and you don't get salvage money
You forgot one crime: NOT STAYING DEAD
This ought to be good considering there was a video (I can't find it now?) well over an hour long listing all OSHA Violations Freddy Fazbear's has.
4:53
“Spy sappin’ my Freddy!”
Lol
Not really related but preventing any deaths from the guests in the pizzeria due to the animatronics would be quite easy. Just put some sort of pressure sensor in their mouths. If the sensor detects anything in the way between the top and bottom jaws, the mouth would be set to release.
0:58 victkusa: According to the fnaf sister location, William has some rooms, work shops, etcetera. similar to gru
Hey mousait! I really enjoy your videos and I was wondering if you could charge gruntilda from banjo kazooie, tooie, and nuts and bolts for her crimes!
Fredbears mouth only needed a flat piece of metal to work, unless it had a set movement pattern that it was programed to follow there should've been no reason to why Freadbears mouth could've killed a child.
